Oxidative reactivity of S-nitrosoglutathione with Hantzsch 1,4-dihydropyridine

[formula: see text] S-Nitrosoglutathione oxidized 4-substituted Hantzsch 1,4-dihydropyridines in CH3CN/H2O or CH3CN/phosphate aqueous buffer solution to give aromatic products in various yields.     

NMR spectroscopic analysis of neferine and isoliensinine

Neferine and isoliensinine are the two major compositions of the Chinese medicine lotus plumule. They have extensive cardiovascular activity, such as antiarrhythmic, antithrombic and antihypertensive. In order to confirm the structures reported in the literature by explicit 1H and 13C assignments, we used a series of NMR experiments including 1H, 1H-COSY, HSQC and HMBC. The absolute configuration of neferine (C-1 and C-1') was determined as R and S and that of isoliensinine (C-1 and C-1') was determined as R and R.     

Nafion化学修饰圆盘预富集-石墨炉 原子吸收联用法对牛血超氧化物歧化酶中铜、锌分布状态的研究

本文研究了Nafion化学修饰钨丝圆盘预富集-石墨炉原子吸收(GFAAS)方法测定牛血超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)中游离态Cu～(2+)及Zn～(2+)的方法,并用GFAAS法直接测定SOD中铜、锌的总量,证实了牛血SOD中金属辅基铜、锌原子个数比为1:1,初步探讨了一定浓度的牛血SOD中Cu～(2+)、Zn～(2+)的表观离解平衡常数。为提高SOD的活性和稳定性的研究,提供了一种有效的方法。     

Thermal decomposition of Mn(II) complex of nicotinamide

The complex Mn(Nica)₂Cl₂ (Nica=nicotinamide) was prepared, and its decomposition was studied by means of TG and DSC. The IR spectra of the products of thermal decomposition were examined at every stage. Kinetic analysis of the first stage of thermal decomposition was performed via the TG-DTG curves, and the kinetic parameters were obtained from analysis of the TG-DTG curves with integral and differential methods. The most probable kinetic function was suggested from a comparison of the kinetic parameters. Mathematical expressions were derived for the kinetic compensation effect.

Zusammenfassung Der Komplex Mn(Nica)₂Cl₂ (Nica steht für Nikotinamid) wurde hergestellt und seine Zersetzung mittels TG und DSC untersucht. Die thermisch zersetzten Substanzen jedes Schrittes wurden mittels IR-Spektren untersucht. Anhand der TG-DTG-Kurven erstellte man eine kinetische Analyse des ersten Schrittes der thermischen Zersetzung, die kinetischen Parameter wurden aus den TG-DTG-Kurven unter Einsatz von Integrations- und Differentialmethoden ermittelt. Durch Vergleich der kinetischen Parameter wurde die wahrscheinlichste kinetische Funktion vorgeschlagen. Mathematische Ausdrücke für den kinetischen Kompensationseffekt wurden erhalten.

     

Survival paths for reaction dynamics in fluctuating environments

We study rate processes in general Gaussian fluctuating environments using a path integral formalism. We derive a variational equation for the dominant survival path when the fluctuations relax exponentially or according to a stretched exponential law. In the case of a slowly varying barrier, the equilibrium regression approximation which is used by Frauenfelder and coworkers emerges. In this approximation, the survival path follows the ordinary law of relaxation to equilibrium. If the rate coefficients vary rapidly with environmental variables, however, the dominant survival paths exhibit more complex behaviour. Many phenomena analogous to geometrical optics occur. These include reflection off of rapid variations in rate constant, as well as refraction, giving paths very different from the equilibrium relaxation properties. A model with a piece-wise linear rate exhibits the basic phenomena, and the survival path equation is exactly solved for the general stretched exponential relaxing environment.     

Enhancement of photocurrent generation by honeycomb structures in organic thin films.

A light-emitting poly (distyryldimethylbenzene-co-triethylene glycol) rod-coil block copolymer was used to fabricate films with three-dimensionally ordered honeycomb structures by the breath-figure method. Photocurrent generation and photovoltaic performance are studied, and the dependence of photocurrent on applied electric field is investigated. Introducing the ordered porous structure significantly improves the photoelectric conversion behavior, because porous structures not only enhance the light-harvesting efficiency but also benefit charge separation and charge transfer. This phenomenon may have great prospects for enhancing the photovoltaic behavior of organic thin-film devices.

A series of epoxy-based azo molecular glasses with four-arm architecture was synthesized, characterized and applied to holographic recording.     

Controlled/“Living “Radical Polymerization of(-)-Menthyl Methacrylate

The atom transfer radical polymerization(ARP)of (-)-menthyl methacrylatc((-)-MnMA) mediated by CuCl/bipyridine and ethy1 2-bromopropionate or 1-phenylethyl bromide in THF system has been studied.The dependence of the specific rotation on molecular weight and the CD of Poly((-)-MnMA) thus obatined was investigated.     

阴阳离子型表面活性剂双水相萃取色氨酸衍生物和牛血清白蛋白

溴化十二烷基三乙胺（Ｃ１２ＮＥ）和十二烷基硫酸钠（ＳＤＳ）在一定条件下混合可以形成具有清晰界面的两个水相，称为阴阳离子型表面活性剂双水相。作者研究了利用该双水相萃取３种色氨酸衍生物和牛血清白蛋白的可能性．文中采用工作曲线校正扣除表面活性剂背景的影响，萃取结果准确可信。     

几种卟啉在化学还原沉积银膜上的表面增强拉曼光谱特征

应用 Ｊｏｂｉｎ－Ｙｖｏｎ Ｕ—１０００型拉曼光谱仪和ＬＡＢＲＡＭＩ型拉曼光谱系统研究了 ３种卟啉ＴＯＨＰＰ、ＴａｍＰＰ和ＴＳＰＰ在化学还原沉积法制备的银膜上的ＲＳ和ＳＥＲＳ光谱特征。结果表明：化学还原法制备的银膜可以作为这几种卟啉的拉曼增强活性载体。这３种卟啉在获谱的过程中都形成二聚态化合物和发生银离子搀和作用，较长的放置和测谱时间有利于银离子的搀和。
