Estimation of kinetics parameters for the adsorption of human serum albumin onto hydroxyapatite-modified silver electrodes by piezoelectric quartz crystal impedance analysis.

The adsorption of human serum albumin onto hydroxyapatite-modified silver electrodes has been in situ investigated by utilizing the piezoelectric quartz crystal impedance technique. The changes of equivalent circuit parameters were used to interpret the adsorption process. A kinetic model of two consecutive steps was derived to describe the process and compared with a first-order kinetic model by using residual analysis. The experimental data of frequency shift fitted to the model and kinetics parameters, k1, k2, psi1, psi2 and qr, were obtained. All fitted results were in reasonable agreement with the corresponding experimental results. Two adsorption constants (7.19 kJ mol(-1) and 22.89 kJ mol(-1)) were calculated according to the Arrhenius formula.     

一种新颖的用于光腔模式及光束传输模拟的特征向量法

根据有限元法单元划分的思想，提出了一种新颖的模拟光腔模式及光束传输的特征向量法. 该方法的关键之处在于基于衍射积分理论构造了一种新的光束传输矩阵，通过求解特征矩阵方程可一次性得到谐振腔的一系列特征向量，每一列特征向量即代表了腔镜上光场的一个确定模式的振幅及相位分布. 并可采用该方法模拟光场传输到腔内或腔外任意地方的场分布. 该方法将传统方法中大量的迭代过程转化成为本征积分方程特征向量的求解过程，并与初值取值无关，且可一次性求得多个模式分布，从而可方便地分析谐振腔的模式鉴别能力. 特征向量法对圆形镜共焦 关键词： 谐振腔 特征向量法 模式分布     

Yb:FAP和Yb:C_3S_2-FAP晶体光谱的温度特性和选择激发

报导了Yb :FAP和Yb :C3S2 _FAP晶体在不同温度下的吸收光谱和荧光光谱实验结果 ,研究发现由于电子_声子近共振耦合作用 ,Yb :FAP和Yb :C3S2 _FAP晶体均存在有明显的振动谱 ,Yb :FAP晶体的零声子线在低温下还劈裂为相差 10cm- 1 的两条线 .采用激光选择激发技术研究了Yb3 离子在FAP和C3S2 _FAP晶体中的格位特征 ,结果表明Yb3 离子在这两种基质中都只占据Ca(Ⅱ )格位 ,但由于CaF2 的挥发 ,导致了Ca(Ⅱ )格位的局部畸变 .     

Direct Observation of Non-covalent Complexes for Phosphorylated Flavonoid-protein Interaction by ESI

Diethyl flavon-7-yl phosphate was synthesized by modified Atheron-Todd reaction. The result of ESI shows that the phosphated flavonoids possess stronger binding affinities toward proteins such as myoglobin, insulin and lysozyme and are easier to form the non-covalent complexes with them.     

Baker＇s Yeast Mediated Reduction of Optically Active Diketone

Baker‘s yeast mediated reduction of optically active diketone is described. The two keto groups are efficiently differentiated and the ee value of the recovered material is considerably raised. It affords highly optically active key intermediates efficiently for the synthesis of natural polyhydroxylated agarofuran products.

A Glaser coupling reaction of terminal alkynes in the presence of nickel chloride withoutany organics and bases in hot water has been developed, which produces the correspondinghomo-coupling products in good yields.     

Synthesis of Novel Monomeric Dyes with Anthraquinone Residue

Two novel polymerizable dyes with anthraquinone residue have been prepared, and their structures were characterized by FTIR, ^1HNMR and EA.     

Galerkin method for optimal control of second‐order evolution equations

This paper presents the Galerkin approximation of the optimization problem of a system governed by non‐linear second‐order evolution equation where a non‐linear operator depends on derivative of the state of the system. The control is acting on a non‐linear equation. After giving some results on the existence of optimal control we shall prove the existence of the weak and strong condensation points of a set of solutions of the approximate optimization problems. Modelling of an underground waste disposal site by upscaling

In this paper, we study the global behaviour of an underground waste disposal in order to have an accurate upscaled model suitable for the computations involved in safety assessment processes. We start from a detailed model describing the transport of pollutant leaking from a high number of units. Using the method of homogenization, going to the limit, we obtain first a macroscopic model where the sources are now appearing globally. Dynamic boundary stabilization of a Reissner–Mindlin plate with Timoshenko beam

This paper is concerned with well‐posedness results for a mathematical model for the transversal vibrations of a two‐dimensional hybrid elastic structure consisting of a rectangular Reissner–Mindlin plate with a Timoshenko beam attached to its free edge. The model incorporates linear dynamic feedback controls along the interface between the plate and the beam. Classical semigroup methods are employed to show the unique solvability of the coupled initial‐boundary‐value problem.
