Preparation of Epoxy-Functionalized Magnetic Polymer Nanospheres for Magnetically Targeted Radiotherapy

Magnetic poly(styrene?methyl methacrylate-glycidyl methacrylate)/Fe₃O₄ nanospheres with epoxy groups were prepared by modified one-step mini-emulsion polymerization in the presence of Fe₃O₄ ferrofluids. The products were characterized by fourier-transform infrared spectrum, transmission electron microscopy, thermogravimetric analysis and vibrating sample magnetometer. After surface modification with diaminopropane, histidine was covalently linked to the amine group of magentic nanospheres using glutaraldehyde as crosslinker. Finally, the preliminary labeling study based on non-radioactive rhenium was carried out and the labeling efficiency reached 80.4%. Such magnetic nanospheres had promising potential in magnetically targeted radiotherapy of cancer.     

Synthesis and characterisation of photopolymerisable liquid crystals based on the π-extended fluorene core and their corresponding non-reactive analogues

We have synthesised a series of new reactive mesogens with photopolymerisable di-acrylates and their corresponding non-reactive analogues based on the π-conjugated aromatic core, fluorene (F)-di-[thiophene (T)-benzene (B)], using the Stille and Suzuki coupling reaction. The effect of lateral alkyl chains on the 9-position of the central fluorene moiety as well as α, ω- side alkyl chains attached to the π-conjugated aromatic core on the mesomorphism was investigated by utilising differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and polarising optical microscopy (POM). A wide angle X-ray scattering (WAXS) study at the various temperatures was also carried out to reveal phase structures. Photopolymerisable di-acrylates connected directly to the rigid aromatic core showed higher phase transition temperatures, probably due to the induced dipole moment in comparison with those of a non-reactive methyl–ether counterpart.     

Reductive Aromatization of Quinols with B2pin2 as Deoxidizing Agent

We have demonstrated B₂pin₂ as superior deoxidizing agent for the reductive deoxygenation of quinol derivatives under basic conditions. A wide range of highly functionalized phenols were obtained in good yields including a complex drug molecule, which revealed the high functional group tolerance of this protocol.     

50,52,53,54Cr光核反应数据评价

通过分析光子诱发52,50Cr核反应的各类实验数据,澄清52Cr光子吸收截面评价数据与中子、质子出射截面测量值间的分歧,给出了52Cr中子出射截面实验数据的修正;选取EGLO模型光子强度函数,结合准氘模型,给出光子吸收截面。在此基础上,采用最新研制的光子与中重核反应计算程序MEND-G,通过优化理论模型参数,包括剩余核的能级密度和对能修正参数,给出光子能量在200 MeV范围内的n、p、${{\rm{\alpha }}}$等粒子出射核反应的截面,52,50Cr的计算结果在30 MeV以下能区很好地符合了现有实验数据,并按国际标准ENDF/B-6库格式给出了50,52,53,54Cr的全套数据文档,便于核工程用户使用。     

稀土-二甲酚橙络合物的胶束液相色谱分离与测定

本文应用一种新的高效液相色谱-胶束液相色谱法,在Shim-Pack CLC-ODS(150mm×6.0mm)色谱柱上,用含1.6×10~(-2)mol/L的CTMAB和pH=7.40的三-(羟甲基)-氨基甲烷缓冲液的甲醇/水(5:95)作流动相,对15种稀土元素-二甲盼橙络合物进行分离,取得了较满意的结果。     

杂多酸盐(TBA)_n[XW_9Mo_2(CH_3SiOSiCH_3)O_(39)]的合成和表征

具有Keggin衍生结构,以α-[SiW_(11)(RSiOSiR)O_(39)]~(4-)(R=C_2H_5、C_6H_5、NC(CH_2)_3、C_3H_5)为阴离子的杂多酸盐已有报道,但以[XW_9Mo_2(RSiOSiR)O_(39)]~(n-)为阴离子的杂多酸盐尚未见报道。本文首次合成六种以[XW_9Mo_2(CH_3SiOSiCH_3)O_(39)]~(n-)以及[XW_(11)(CH_3SiOSiCH_3)O_(39)]~(n-),(X=Si,P,Ge)为阴离子的杂多酸四丁基铵(TBA)盐,并对它们进行了表征。     

A C-N insertion of β-lactam to benzyne: unusual formation of acridone

Intermolecular insertion of benzyne into the C-N bond of a β-lactam is described. This σ-insertion is followed by ring expansion that produces dihydroquinolinone, which rapidly reacts with an additional benzyne unit to afford an acridone through intramolecular C-C bond formation to the carbonyl group and rapid elimination of ethylene.     

High-power continuous-wave operation of a diode-pumped laser at

The continuous-wave laser properties of an efficient diode-pumped Nd:GdVO₄ crystal operating at formed with a simple plane-concave cavity have been studied. With the incident pump power of 21 W, an output power of 6.9 W was obtained, giving an optical conversion efficiency of 32.8% and a slope efficiency of 35.3%. The laser characterization of two different Nd³⁺-doped concentration of Nd:GdVO₄ crystals were studied.     

卵磷脂抗石英毒作用的研究

本文采用家兔肺泡巨噬细胞(AM)体外培养法,以细胞内游离钙浓度([Ca~(2+)]_i)、细胞存活率、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)和酸性磷酸酶(ACP)活性为指标,观察了卵磷脂、脑磷脂及现用防治硅肺药物克矽平(PVPNO)、柠檬酸铝等抗石英毒效果。结果表明:卵磷脂在所试各药物中效果最佳.初步探讨了卵磷脂拮抗石英细胞毒性的机理.卵磷脂有成为防治硅肺药物的可能性.
