羧甲基壳聚糖对胆红素的吸附性能研究

合成了不同取代度的羧甲基壳聚糖(CM-CTS)作为吸附剂，研究了不同条件对CM-CTS吸附胆红素性能的影响．结果表明：在实验条件下，随着羧甲基取代度的增加和体系温度的升高．最大吸附率和吸附速率均相应增加：在接近人体血液pH值的条件下，CM-CTS对胆红素的吸附性能较佳：人血清白蛋白和离子强度的增加对CM—CTS吸附胆红素有明显的抑制作用。     

Indium-mediated Facile Synthesis of （6-Chloropyridine-3-yl）methyl Heterocyclic Thioether Derivatives in Aqueous Media

A series of substituted (6-chloropyridine-3-yl)methyl heterocyclic thioether derivatives were prepared by indium mediating in water. The preliminary biological tests showed that compound 3d exhibited good antiviral activity.     

Quantitative study on La~(3+) influx mediated by sodium-calcium exchanger in human lymphocytes

Whether La3+ can enter human peripheral blood lymphocytes by the Na+/Ca2+ exchanger or not and the effect of La3+on the Na+/Ca2+ exchanger activity are examined by fura-2 technique. And that whether La3+ is sequestered by intracellular organelles (mainly endoplasmic reticulum and mitochondria) is studied by this method. La3+uptake is obviously stimulated by pre-treating the cells with ouabain and by removing extracellular Na+, and intracellular La3+concentration ([La3+]i) is directly proportional to its extracellular concentration ([La3+]o). But when [La3+]o exceeds 0.4 mmol/L, the 340/380 nm ratio of fluorescence is no longer varied and the maximum [La3+], is 1.5×10-12 mol · L-1. The higher concentration of La3+ (0.1 mmol/L) increases Na+/Ca2+ exchange-mediated calcium influx, but lower concentration (10 μmol/L) appears to block calcium influx. 2,7,12,18-Tetramethyl-13,17-di[3'-N,N'-di(2"-chloroethyl)aminopropyl]porphin and it's 3,8-di(1'-alkyloxyethyl)-analogous or porphyrin-nitrogen mustards were synthesized for the first time Their structures were determined by spectroscopics and elemental analyses.Most of the compounds possess both the chemotherapeutic and photodynamic effects on tumor and deserve further investigation.

Preparation of Co3O4 Nanofibers via an Electrospinning Technique

Thin PVA/cobalt acetate composite fibers were prepared by using sol-gel processing and electrospinning technique.After calcination of the above precursor fibers,Co3O4 nanofibers with a diameter of 50-150 nm could be successfully obtained.The fibers were characterized by SEM,FT-IR,WAXD,respectively.     

Design,synthesis and biological activity of novel herbicides targeted ALS(Ⅻ)--Quantitative structure-activity relationships of herbicidal l,2,4-triazolo[l,5-a]pyrimidine-2-sulfonanilides

The herbicidal activities of a series of 1,2,4-triazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine-2-sulfonanilides containing various substituents on the benzene ring were quantitatively analyzed with physicochemi-cal parameters by using Hansch-Fujita method.Variations in the activity were parabolically related to electronic parameters with the optimum pKavalue being about 6.93.The hydrophobic factor in addition to the electronic property seemed to have important effect on the activity.     

STUDIES OF MULTICOMPONENT COMPLEX OXIDE CATALYSTS FOR OXIDATIVE COUPLING OF METHANE VI.SURFACE BASICITY AND SURFACE ACTIVE OXYGEN SPECIES OF LiTi_xLa_(1-x)O_2 λ MULTICOMPONENT OXIDE CATALYSTS

The surface basicity of Ti-La-Li multicoinponent oxides has been investigated by means of CO2-TPD. The experiment results show that C2 (C2H6 C2H4) selectivity is related to surface basic strength. The surface active oxygen species have also been characterized by means of XPS, O2-TPD and so on. It has been indicated that C2 selectivity and CH4 conversion are correlated with lattice oxygen and the adsorbed oxygen on the surface of the catalyst respectively In the O2-TPD experiments, it has also been found that there are three kinds of oxygen species on the surface of the series catalvsts, which are a (100℃ 750℃) Among them α-oxvgen causes deep oxidation whileβand γ oxygen species are related to oxidalive coupling of methane (OCM).     

一阶导数光谱K系数法同时测定硝基酚钠三组分

研究和建立了同时测定硝基酚钠混合三组份的新方法——一阶导数光谱K系数法。确定了最佳实验条件和测定波长,方法简便、快速、准确。通过对动植物细胞赋活增进剂中邻硝基酚钠、对硝基酚钠、5-硝基愈创木酚钠三组份的直接测定,其相对误差小于2%,相对标准偏差小于3%,回收率为99～103%。     

人γ晶体蛋白的一级结构测定 1.γ晶体蛋白的分离提纯及其顺序测定方法(GC/MS法)的研究

成功地从人眼晶体中分离出单纯组分的γ晶体蛋白,对γ晶体蛋白的纯度、相对分子质量、氨基酸组成、N末端氨基酸组成等进行了测定,利用酸水解法和酶解法对γ晶体蛋白进行了水解和酶解条件的摸索、找出了使γ晶体蛋白断裂成适合于GC/MS联用仪进行结构测定的肽段的裂解条件。对进行氨基酸顺序测定的GC/MS法化学衍生化条件作了一系列的摸索,找出了化学衍生化的合适条件。对衍生化过程中的一些影响因素也进行了探讨。
