ZnO quantum-dot chains codoped with Eu3+ and Er3+ were synthesized by the chemical precipitation method and the codoping effects on the structures, morphologies and optical properties of the powders were briefly investigated. The X-ray diffraction (XRD) and energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS) results indicated the Eu3+ and Er3+ were incorporated into the crystal lattice of ZnO host. Transmission electron microscope (TEM) measurements showed the sizes of the ZnO quantum dots decreased with the increase of Eu3+ and Er3+ doping concentration, and the quantum-dot chains were formed by codoping with Eu3+ and Er3+. The green emissions in the photoluminescence spectra were attributed to 4f-4f of Er3+ inner shell 2H11/2 → 4I15/2 and 4S3/2 → 4I15/2 transitions, and the characteristic red emissions of Eu3+ ions were attributed to the 5D0 → 7F1 and 5D0 → 7F2 transitions, respectively. Moreover, the red emission of the Eu3+ ions gradually decreased with the Er3+ ions doping concentration increased, which may be due to the different energy storage centers in the powders.  相似文献

用表面粗糙度评定方法和分形几何方法,结合原子力/摩擦力显微图象的特点,编制了包括Ra,Rq,Sm,S,λa,λq及高度分布、承载率曲线、相关函数、功率谱和分形维数等参数的图象分析与测量的FORTRAN程序;用STR-180和STR-1000标样作了高度标定,对国产Nature磁带和进口Sony磁带的原子力/摩擦力显微图象进行了分析测量.结果表明:Nature磁带的粗糙度和粒度均比Sony磁带的大;微摩擦力与表面轮廓及表面轮廓斜率之间均有良好的对应关系.  相似文献

针对含有运动边界非结构网格点的显式有限体积方法,研究了如何使用HLLC方法处理运动边界条件,计算了活塞拉伸、压缩问题,并和解析解进行了比较.作为应用示例,比较了静止圆柱绕流和静止流场中运动圆柱的绕流情形。结果表明:应用HLLC方法处理运动边界是可行的。  相似文献

Skutterudites CoSb(3) with multiple cofillers Ba, La, and Yb were synthesized and very high thermoelectric figure of merit ZT = 1.7 at 850 K was realized. X-ray diffraction of the densified multiple-filled bulk samples reveals all samples are phase pure. High-resolution scanning transmission electron microscopy (STEM) and energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDS) analysis confirm that multiple guest fillers occupy the nanoscale-cages in the skutterudites. The fillers are further shown to be uniformly distributed and the Co-Sb skutterudite framework is virtually unperturbed from atomic scale to a few micrometers. Our results firmly show that high power factors can be realized by adjusting the total filling fraction of fillers with different charge states to reach the optimum carrier density, at the same time, lattice thermal conductivity can also be significantly reduced, to values near the glass limit of these materials, through combining filler species of different rattling frequencies to achieve broad-frequency phonon scattering. Therefore, partially filled skutterudites with multiple fillers of different chemical nature render unique structural characteristics for optimizing electrical and thermal transports in a relatively independent way, leading to continually enhanced ZT values from single- to double-, and finally to multiple-filled skutterudites. The idea of combining multiple fillers with different charge states and rattling frequencies for performance optimization is also expected to be valid for other caged TE compounds.  相似文献

This paper presents sufficient conditions for the existence and multiplicity of positive solutions to the one-dimensional p-Laplacian differential equation (?p(u))+a(t)f(u,u)=0, subject to some boundary conditions. <正>We describe a mobile molecular Doppler wind lidar(DWL) based on double-edge technique for wind measurement of altitudes ranging from 10 to 40 km.A triple Fabry-Perot etalon is employed as a frequency discriminator to determine the Doppler shift proportional to the wind velocity.The lidar operates at 355 nm with a 45-cm-aperture telescope and a matching azimuth-over-elevation scanner that provides full hemispherical pointing.To guarantee wind accuracy,a single servo loop is used to monitor the outgoing laser frequency to remove inaccuracies due to the frequency drift of the laser or the etalon.The standard deviation of the outgoing laser frequency drift is 6.18 MHz and the corresponding velocity error is 1.11 m/s.The wind profiles measured by the DWL are in good agreement with the results of the wind profile radar(WPR).Evaluation is achieved by comparing at altitudes from 2 to 8 km.The relative error of horizontal wind speed is from 0.8 to 1.8 m/s in the compared ranges.The wind accuracy is less than 6 m/s at 40 km and 3 m/s at 10 km.  相似文献

Mn-doped ZnO nanorods were synthesized from aqueous solutions of zinc nitrate hexahydrate, manganese nitrate and methenamine by the chemical solution deposition method (CBD). Their microstructures, morphologies and optical properties were studied in detail. X-ray diffraction (XRD) results illustrated that all the diffraction peaks can be indexed to ZnO with the hexagonal wurtzite structure. Scanning electron microscope (SEM) results showed that the average diameter of Mn-doped ZnO nanorods was larger than that of the undoped one. Photoluminescence (PL) spectra indicated that manganese doping suppressed the emission intensity and caused the blue shift of UV emission position compared with the undoped ZnO nanorods. In the Raman spectrum of Mn-doped ZnO nanorods, an additional mode at about 525 cm−1 appeared which was significantly enhanced and broadened with the increase of Mn doping concentration.  相似文献

Methyl orange (MO) molecules had been removed from aqueous solution by nano-TiO(2)/exfoliated graphite composites with the combination of ultrasound/adsorption/photocatalysis. The experimental results had showed that nano-TiO(2)/exfoliated graphite composites provided with the adsorptive capability of exfoliated graphite and the photocatalysis capability of nano-TiO(2) synchronously. It had been proved that the removal ratios related to the adsorption and photocatalysis capability of the composites and were influenced by US and UV irradiation, the reaction times, the reaction temperatures, the initial pH values, the dosages and the initial MO solution concentrations. Moreover, it had been illuminated that the combination was very effective and useful on removing MO molecules from aqueous solution.  相似文献
