Atomic momenta states of the neutral atoms are known to be decoherence resistant and therefore present a viable solution for most of the quantum information tasks including the quantum teleportation. We present a systematic protocol for the teleportation of high-dimensional quantized momenta atomic states to the field state inside the cavities by applying standard cavity QED techniques. Tea bags including fruits of Ammi visnaga L. are used in Egypt as remedy for the treatment of kidney stones. Our study focuses on developing simple and rapid method utilising HPLC for quantitative estimation of khellol glucoside (KG), khellin (KH) and visnagin (VS) simultaneously. Their concentrations were determined in A. visnaga L. fruits at different developmental stages and in pharmaceutical formulations together with following up them during shelf life. Separation was accomplished using HPLC. Perfect resolution between KG, KH and VS was possible through using a mobile phase consisting of water:methanol:tetrahydrofuran (50:45:5, v/v/v). Peaks were detected at 245 nm. The suggested method for the determination of KG, KH and VS was successful in determining the analytes of interest without any interference of other compounds and matrix. All validation parameters were satisfactory and the procedure was relatively easy and fast as extracts are evaluated without previous steps of purification.  相似文献

Two new spiroketals, didemnaketals D (1) and E (2) were isolated from a marine ascidian species belonging to the genus Didemnum. The structures of the compounds were elucidated by extensive 1D (1H, 13C, and DEPT) and 2D (COSY, TOCSY, HSQC, HMBC, NOESY, and ROESY) NMR studies and high-resolution mass spectroscopic data. The new didemnaketals differ from the reported ones in which that they lack the methyl functionality at C-6 and the hydroxy moiety at C-21. Instead, they possess an ester moiety at C-6 in addition to new oxygen functionality at C-20 of the didemnaketals. Compounds 1 and 2 were evaluated for their protein kinase inhibitory activity against different kinases (CDK5, CK1, DyrK1A, and GSK3) at 10 μg/mL. Compounds 1 and 2 showed moderate activity against these kinases. In addition, the compounds displayed moderate antimicrobial activity against Staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus subtilis, respectively.  相似文献

Unlike the comprehensive development of tandem multi-metallic catalysis, bimetallic synergistic catalysis has been challenging to achieve high stereoselectivity with the generation of multi-stereogenic centers. Herein, an efficient synergistic catalysis for the diastereo- and enantioselective synthesis of multi-substituted tetrahydrofuran derivatives has been developed. Under mild reaction conditions, a series of target molecules with three consecutive stereocenters were synthesized by a palladium(0)/rhodium(III) bimetal-catalyzed asymmetric decarboxylative [3+2]-cycloaddition of vinylethylene carbonates with α,β-unsaturated carbonyl compounds. The corresponding adducts were obtained with moderate to high yields (67 %∼98 %) and excellent stereoselectivities (>20 : 1 d.r., up to 99 % ee).  相似文献

Solubility of phytoconstituents depends on the polarity of the extraction medium used, which might result in the different pharmacological responses of extracts. In line with this, ethnomedicinally important food plant (i.e., Caralluma tuberculata extracts) have been made in fourteen distinct solvent systems that were then analyzed phytochemically via total phenolic amount estimation, total flavonoid amount estimation, and HPLC detection and quantification of the selected polyphenols. Test extracts were then subjected to a battery of in vitro assays i.e., antioxidants (DDPH scavenging, antioxidant capacity, and reducing power estimation), antimicrobial (antibacterial, antifungal, and antileishmanial), cytotoxic (brine shrimps, THP-1 human leukemia cell lines and normal lymphocytes), and protein kinase inhibition assays. Maximum phenolic and flavonoid contents were computed in distilled water–acetone and acetone extracts (i.e., 16 ± 1 μg/mg extract and 8 ± 0.4/mg extract, respectively). HPLC-DAD quantified rutin (0.58 µg/mg extract) and gallic acid (0.4 µg/mg extract) in methanol–ethyl acetate and methanol extracts, respectively. Water–acetone extract exhibited the highest DPPH scavenging of 36 ± 1%. Total reducing potential of 76.0 ± 1 μg/mg extract was shown by ethanol chloroform while maximum total antioxidant capacity was depicted by the acetone extract (92.21 ± 0.70 μg/mg extract). Maximal antifungal effect against Mucor sp., antileishmanial, brine shrimp cytotoxicity, THP-1 cell line cytotoxicity, and protein kinase inhibitory activities were shown by ethyl acetate-methanol (MIC: 50 µg/disc), n-hexane (IC50: 120.8 ± 3.7 µg/mL), ethyl acetate (LD50: 29.94 ± 1.6 µg/mL), distilled water–acetone (IC50: 118 ± 3.4 µg/mL) and methanol–chloroform (ZOI: 19 ± 1 mm) extracts, respectively. Our findings show the dependency of phytochemicals and bioactivities on the polarity of the extraction solvent and our preliminary screening suggests the C. tuberculata extract formulations to be tested and used in different ailments, however, detailed studies remain necessary for corroboration with our results.  相似文献

Negative ion electrospray ionization mass spectrometry (ESI-MS) was used to compare the binding affinities and stoichiometries of the alkaloid berberine, a 13-substituted indolyl berberine derivative, SS14, and the chemotherapeutic agent, daunomycin, for 16-mer double-stranded (ds) DNA (D1 and D2) and for an 8-mer tetrameric quadruplex, Q1 (d(TTGGGGGT)(4)). Under the experimental conditions presented here, ESI mass spectra of Q1 showed that the major ions were from Q1 with three ammonium ions bound in the structure. Ions from Q1 with four ammonium ions were of lower abundance. In agreement with other work, there were multiple binding sites on the dsDNA and the quadruplex for daunomycin and berberine. The binding of SS14 to both dsDNA and Q1 was less extensive. Although the binding affinity of SS14 for Q1 was modest, this compound showed a clear preference for Q1 DNA over D1 or D2 DNA. Berberine and daunomycin bound with greater affinity to both types of DNA secondary structure, with the former showing a slight preference for Q1 over D1 while the latter showed a slight preference for D1 over Q1. While at least five berberine molecules bound to Q1, this quadruplex could accommodate only two SS14 molecules. These investigations show that SS14 is a promising lead compound for drugs that may selectively bind quadruplex over duplex DNA.  相似文献
