Based on the change of diffraction pattern, a microfluidic chip electrophoresis detection system is developed. Using tris(hydroxymethyl)aminomethane (Tris) of 10 mmol/l as buffer and sucrose solutions (with concentration of 0.054, 0.1725, 0.24775 and 0.2975 g/ml respectively) as samples, quantity as tiny as 55 pl (pico-liter) of sucrose solution in the microfluidic chip (with a channel diameter of 60 μm) is detected successfully with an unfocused He-Ne laser beam (633 nm, 1 mW). The electronic structures of BaWO4 crystals containing F-type color centers are studied within the framework of the fully relativistic self-consistent Dirac-Slater theory, using a numerically discrete variational (DV-Xα) method. It is concluded that F and F+ color centers have donor energy level in the forbidden band. The optical transition energies are 2.449 and 3.101 eV, which correspond to the 507 and 400 nm absorption bands, respectively. It is predicted that 400-550 nm absorption bands originate from the F and F+ color centers in BaWO4 crystals.  相似文献

We present a density matrix of a mesoscopic RLC circuits to make it possible to analyze the connection between the initial condition and the certain temperature. Our results show that the quantum state evolution will be closely related to the initial condition; the system evolves to generalized coherent state if it is in ground state initially, and evolves to squeezed state if it is in excited state initially. In addition, we also obtain squeezed minimum uncertainty state with satisfying certain condition in mesoscopic RLC circuit.  相似文献

Stop coannihilation may bring the relic density of heavy supersymmetric dark matter particles into the range allowed by cosmology. The efficiency of this process is enhanced by stop-antistop annihilations into the longitudinal (Goldstone) modes of the W and Z bosons, as well as by Sommerfeld enhancement of stop annihilations and the effects of bound states. Since the couplings of the stops to the Goldstone modes are proportional to the trilinear soft supersymmetry-breaking A-terms, these annihilations are enhanced when the A-terms are large. However, the Higgs mass may be reduced below the measured value if the A-terms are too large. Unfortunately, the interpretation of this constraint on the stop coannihilation strip is clouded by differences between the available Higgs mass calculators. For our study, we use as our default calculator FeynHiggs 2.13.0, the most recent publicly available version of this code. Exploring the CMSSM parameter space, we find that along the stop coannihilation strip the masses of the stops are severely split by the large A-terms. This suppresses the Higgs mass drastically for \(\mu \) and \(A_0 > 0\), whilst the extent of the stop coannihilation strip is limited for \(A_0 < 0\) and either sign of \(\mu \). However, in sub-GUT models, reduced renormalization-group running mitigates the effect of the large A-terms, allowing larger LSP masses to be consistent with the Higgs mass calculation. We give examples where the dark matter particle mass may reach \(\gtrsim 8\) TeV.  相似文献

We report a new type of black silicon: flexible black silicon. A silicon-on-insulator (SOI) wafer is irradiated by automatically scanning a femtosecond laser and then split by etching out the SOI silica middle layer. Large-area, uniform micro spikes on the surface of a very thin flexible silicon layer are obtained. The black silicon shows good flexibility and optical properties. The absorption spectrum of the flexible black silicon is as high as 97% in the visible and insensitive to the change of the incident angle of the light, which makes it a potential good candidate as an absorber for the solar-thermo generator.  相似文献

The Wigner-Araki-Yanase theorem puts a limitation on the measurement of observables in the presence of a conserved quantity, and the notion of Wigner-Yanase skew information quantifies the amount of information on the values of observables not commuting with the conserved quantity. We demonstrate that the statistical idea underlying the skew information is the Fisher information in the theory of statistical estimation. A quantum Cramér-Rao inequality and a new uncertainty relation in terms of the skew information are established, which shed considerable new light on the relationships between quantum measurement and statistical inference. A simple, inexpensive and environmental chemical treatment process, i.e., treating porous poly(tetrafluoroethylene) (PTFE) films by a mixture of potassium permanganate solution and nitric acid, was proposed to improve the hydrophilicity of PTFE. To evaluate the effectiveness of this strong oxidation treatment, contact angle measurement was performed. The effects of treatment time and temperature on the contact angle of PTFE were studied as well. The results showed that the chemical modification decreased contact angle of as-received PTFE film from 133 ± 3° to 30 ± 4° treated at 100 °C for 3 h, effectively converting the hydrophobic PTFE to a hydrophilic PTFE matrix. The changes in chemical structure, surface compositions and crystal structure of PTFE were examined by attenuated total reflection-Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (ATR-FTIR), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), environmental scanning electron microscopy (ESEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), respectively. It was found that the F/C atomic ratio decreased from untreated 1.65-0.10 treated by the mixture at 100 °C for 3 h. Hydrophilic groups such as carbonyl (CO) and hydroxyl (OH) were introduced on the surface of PTFE after treatment. Furthermore, hydrophilic compounds K0.27MnO2·0.54H2O was absorbed on the surface of porous PTFE film. Both the introduction of hydrophilic groups and absorption of hydrophilic compounds contribute to the significantly decreased contact angle of PTFE.  相似文献

In this Letter, we report single-mode fibers made of chalcogenide glasses with low loss in the 5-12μm range. Glasses from the Ge-As-Te-Se system were optimized to prevent nucleation and to exhibit low density of charge carriers. Single-mode fibers were obtained through the rod-in-tube method by substituting 2% Te/Se between the core and cladding glasses. The resulting single-mode fibers had a core diameter of 30μm and exhibited losses of ~6 dB/m at 10.6μm, and as low as 3-4dB/m in the 6-10μm range.  相似文献
