TiO2 粉末催化剂光催化降解室内 空气中有机污染物   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
本文制备了一系列 TiO2粉末催化剂, 用光催化法降解室内空气中各种微量有机污染物,最终降解率 接近 100%. 考察了晶型对光催化剂性能的影响, 结果表明,锐钛矿型 TiO2 的催化性能最好. 最后,分析了 TiO2 光催化反应机理.  相似文献

It is demonstrated that many novel vacuum effects will be caused if an anisotropic electromagnetic environment, which can break the universal symmetry of vacuum, is achieved. It is thus possible for the momentum to be transferred from the vacuum zero-point field to the anisotropic electromagnetic media. In addition to the effect considered by Feigel more recently [A. Feigel, Phys. Rev. Lett. 92 (2004) 020404], there may exist another vacuum-fluctuation contribution to the momentum of a medium. Such an effect has a relativistic origin (resulting from the relativistic transformation of the optical constants), which, however, was not taken into account by Feigel.  相似文献

本文建立了一种考虑通货膨胀与时间价值的变质性物品的库存模型,在模型中允许短缺发生且拖后的需求速率与在缺货期间已经发生的缺货量有关.和已有相关模型的主要区别在于本模型把一个可重复的订货周期内的最大平均利润的净现值作为目标函数,且增加了在缺货期间最长顾客等待时间的限制,以确保库存系统拥有较高的服务水平.然后讨论了模型最优解的存在性与唯一性,并提供了寻求模型整体最优解的算法.最后用实例说明了此模型在实际中的应用.  相似文献

The adsorption of alginate (Alg) onto the surface of in water dispersed Fe3O4 nanoparticles and zeta potential of alginate-coated Fe3O4 nanoparticles have been investigated to optimize the colloidal stability of Alg-coated Fe3O4 nanoparticles. The adsorption amount of Alg increased with the decrease of adsorption pH. The zeta potential of Fe3O4 nanoparticles shifted to a lower value after adsorption of Alg. The lower adsorption pH was the lower zeta potential of Fe3O4 nanoparticles became. The Alg-coated Fe3O4 nanoparticles were found to be stabilized by steric and electrostatic repulsions. Those prepared at pH 6 were not stable around pH 5, and those prepared at pH 4 became unstable at pH below 3.5. Alg of Mw 45 kDa was a little bit more adsorbed onto nanoparticles surface than that of Mw 24 kDa. An average Fe3O4 core size of 9.3 ± 1.7 nm was found by transmission electronic microscopy. An average hydrodynamic diameter of 30-150 nm was measured by photon correlation spectroscopy. However, an average core size of 10 nm and an average hydrodynamic diameter of 38 nm were estimated from the magnetization curve of the concentrated magnetic fluids (MFs). The maximum available saturation magnetization of MFs was about 3.5 kA/m.  相似文献

The purpose of this paper is to report some experimental results with HfSiO films formed on silicon substrates by electron beam evaporation (EB-PVD) and annealed at different temperatures. The images of atomic force microscope (AFM) indicated that HfSiO film annealed at 900 °C was still amorphous, with a surface roughness of 0.173 nm. X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) analysis revealed that the chemical composition of the film was (HfO2)3(SiO2) and Hf-Si-O bonds existed in the annealed film. Electrical measurements showed that the equivalent oxide thickness (EOT) was 4 nm, the dielectric constant was around 6, the breakdown voltage was 10 MV/cm, the fixed charge density was −1.2 × 1012 cm−2, and the leakage current was 0.4 μA/cm2 at the gate bias of 2 V for 6 nm HfSiO film. The annealing after deposition effectively reduced trapping density and the leakage current, and eliminated hysteresis in the C-V curves. Annealing also induced SiO2 growth at the interface.  相似文献

The polymerization of cyclopentadiene (CPD) was effectively initiated by methylaluminoxane (MAO) to generate poly(cyclopentadiene) (polyCPD). The effects on the polymerization of some reaction parameters such as the monomer concentration, the initiator concentration, and solvents were investigated. The conversion of CPD was monitored with gas chromatography to investigate the reaction kinetics. The polymerization rate was proportional to the concentrations of MAO in the first order and of the CPD monomer in the second order, and a reasonable cationic polymerization mechanism was suggested on the basis of the kinetic study. PolyCPD obtained at a low temperature could be dissolved in toluene or chloroform, and this indicated lower cross‐coupling during the polymerization reaction. 1H NMR and IR analysis of the polymer indicated that there were almost equal amounts of 1,2‐enchainment and 1,4‐enchainment in the polymer chain. The measurement of polyCPD showed its unique properties as a potential candidate for stable wrappings or electronic packaging materials. © 2005 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Uracil‐derivatized monomer 6‐undecyl‐1‐(4‐vinylbenzyl)uracil and diaminopyrimidine‐derivatized monomer 2,6‐dioctanoylamido‐4‐methacryloyloxypyrimidine (DMP) were synthesized and polymerized by atom transfer radical polymerization (ATRP). A well‐defined, highly soluble, uracil‐containing polymer, poly[6‐undecyl‐1‐(4‐vinylbenzyl)uracil] (PUVU), was prepared in dioxane at 90 °C with CuBr/1,1,4,7,10,10‐hexamethyltriethylenetetramine as the catalyst and methyl α‐bromophenylacetate as the initiator. PUVU was further used as a template for the ATRP of DMP. The enhanced apparent rate constant of the DMP polymerization in the presence of PUVU indicated that the ATRP of DMP occurred along the PUVU template. The template polymerization produced a stable and insoluble macromolecular complex, PUVU/poly(2,6‐dioctanoylamido‐4‐methacryloyloxypyrimidine). Unintentionally doped and zinc-doped indium nitride (U-InN and InN:Zn) films were deposited on (0 0 0 1) sapphire substrates by radio-frequency reactive magnetron sputtering, and all samples were then treated by annealing to form In2O3 films. U-InN and InN:Zn films have similar photon absorption characteristics. The as-deposited U-InN and InN:Zn film show the absorption edge, ∼1.8-1.9 eV. After the annealing process at 500 °C for 20 min, the absorption coefficient at the visible range apparently decreases, and the absorption edge is about 3.5 eV. Two emission peaks at 3.342 eV (371 nm) and 3.238 eV (383 nm) in the 20 K photoluminescence (PL) spectrum of In2O3:Zn films were identified as the free-exciton (FE) or the near band-to-band (B-B) and conduction-band-to-acceptor (C-A) recombination, respectively.  相似文献
