A novel and practical procedure was developed for the abnormal Beckmann rearrangement of steroid 17-oximes. Treatment of the 17-oximes with TFA/CH(OMe)(3) in boiling THF for 2 h gives the corresponding 13,17-seco alkene nitrile products in unprecedented high yields (70-92%). Since the alkene nitriles can be subsequently converted into 18-norsteroids, this general method provides a highly efficient route to these biologically important compounds and, by extension, to other structurally related natural products. 相似文献

The reactivity of the bidentate ligand 2,3-bis(diphenylphosphino)-N-phenylmaleimide (bppm) with the tetrahedrane cluster PhCCo3(CO)9 under thermolysis and ETC conditions has been studied and found to ultimately give Co3(CO)6[μ2,η2,η1-C(Ph) ${\text{C}}{\text{ = }}{\text{ = }}{\text{C(PPh}}_{\text{2}} {\text{)C(O)NPhC}}$ (O)](μ2-PPh2) as the final product. The intermediate cluster compound PhCCo3(CO)7(bppm), which was observed by IR and 31P NMR spectroscopies, readily and rapidly transforms into the product cluster under the reactions conditions. The solid-state structure of Co3(CO)6[μ2,η2,η1-C(Ph)fptt(O)](μ2-PPh$_{2})$ was unequivocally determined by X-ray crystallography. Co3(CO)6[μ2, η2, η1-C(Ph)Õ(O)](μ2-PPh2) crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P2(1)/n, a = 11.825(5) Å, b = 31.20(1) Å, c = 11.831(5) Å, β = 108.720(7)°, V = 4134(7) Å3, Z = 4, d calc = 1.567 Mg/m3; R = 0.0350, R w = 0.0817 for 4747 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). The X-ray structure confirms the coupling of the benzylidyne ligand with the bppm ligand in Co3(CO)6[μ2,η2,η1-C(Ph)Õ(O)](μ2-PPh2). The course of the thermolysis reaction is identical to those reactions carried out with the related diphosphine ligands bma and bpcd. The utility of electron-transfer catalysis (ETC) in the preparation of PhCCo3(CO)7(bppm) is discussed relative to the reduction potential of the bppm ligand and the tricobalt cluster PhCCo3(CO)9. 相似文献

Described herein is the Pd(0)-catalyzed coupling cyclization reaction of 1,2-allenyl ketones with organic halides leading efficiently and conveniently to not only 2,3,4- and 2,3,5-trisubstituted furans but also 2,3,4,5-tetrasubstituted furans. Furthermore, this method showed high substituent-loading capability and tolerance of various substituents. The reactions of 1,2-allenyl ketones 1 e, 1 p, 1 q, and deuterated [D]1 c were performed for a mechanistic study, which demonstrated that instead of an enolization pathway, the reaction may proceed via the intermediacy of dienolate palladium and intramolecular nucleophilic attack on the pi-allyl palladium intermediate by the carbonyl oxygen. 相似文献

A new cycloartane triterpenoid, named gardenolic acid C (1), a new ursane triterpenoid, named 3β,16β,21β,23,24-pentahydroxy urs-12,18,20-trien-28-oic acid γ-lactone (2), together with three know triterpenoids, gardenolic acid A (3), gardenolic acid B (4), and 3α,16β,23,24-tetrahydroxy-28-nor-ursane-12,17,19,21-tetraen (5) were isolated from the fruits of Gardenia jasminoides Ellis. The structures of these compounds were elucidated by analyses of spectroscopic data. All isolates were evaluated for their neuroprotective effects in vitro.

A coordination polymer, {[Cu4(nip)4(4,4′-bipy)4(DMF)4]·CH3OH}n, have been synthesized by the layer method using 5-nitroisophthalic acid (H2nip), Cu(CH3COOH)2 and 4,4′-bipyridine(4,4′-bipy) with three solutions in a marrow tube and structurally characterized by X-ray single-crystal structure analysis. 在室温下测定了CCl_4溶液中,18-冠-6的亚甲基、Eu(fod)的t—丁基质子的PMR化学位移与溶液组成的相互关系。提出了生成配合物RS,R_2S,R_2,R_3(S为18-冠-6,R为Eu(fod)_3)的模式。求得了平衡常数值(升/摩):K_1=[RS]/([R][S])=2.O×10~5,K_2=[R_2S]/([R][RS])=1.0×10~3,Q_1=[R_2]/[R]~2=4.2×10~2,Q_2=[R_3]/([R_2][R])=4.0×10~1。并测得在配合物RS,R_2S中18-冠-6质子的平均化学位移分别为4.90,10.84(ppm,相对于纯18-冠-6); 在配合物R,R_2,R_3,RS,R_2中t-丁基质子平均化学位移分别为1.53,2.33,0.54,1.02,2.42(ppm,相对于TMS)。 根据配合物的化学位移值,并考虑分子及分子轨道的对称性、位阻等因素提出了配合物R_2,RS,R_2S的可能的结构模型。 相似文献
