Efficient synthesis of complex glycopeptides based on unprotected oligosaccharides

N-Glycopeptides containing 1 to 4 trisaccharide chains, with the carbohydrates vicinal to each other in the multivalent glycopeptides, were efficiently synthesized by using the glycosylated Fmoc-asparagine as a key building block. While the couplings of amino acids with glycopeptides could be achieved in the homogeneous solutions in N-methylpyrrolidinone (NMP) to give excellent yields, all products were conveniently isolated from the reaction mixtures through a precipitation method by using the free carbohydrate chains as phase tags. Commercially available pentafluorophenyl (Pfp) esters of amino acids were employed for the glycopeptide elongation. Longer glycopeptides were constructed by means of a highly convergent synthetic design that is based on the coupling of glycopeptide/peptide fragments. Hydrogen bond interactions between free oligosaccharides were proposed to explain the exceptionally high efficiency of the couplings between two glycosylated building blocks.     

Photocatalytic degradation of methylene blue on Fe3+-doped TiO2 nanoparticles under visible light irradiation

Fe³⁺-doped TiO₂ composite nanoparticles with different doping amounts were successfully synthesized using sol-gel method and characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and ultravioletvisible spectroscopy (UV-Vis) diffuse reflectance spectra (DRS). The photocatalytic degradation of methylene blue was used as a model reaction to evaluate the photocatalytic activity of Fe³⁺/TiO₂ nanoparticles under visible light irradiation. The influence of doping amount of Fe³⁺ (ω: 0.00%–3.00%) on photocatalytic activities of TiO₂ was investigated. Results show that the size of Fe³⁺/TiO₂ particles decreases with the increase of the amount of Fe³⁺ and their absorption spectra are broaden and absorption intensities are also increased. Doping Fe³⁺ can control the conversion of TiO₂ from anatase to rutile. The doping amount of Fe³⁺ remarkably affects the activity of the catalyst, and the optimum efficiency occurs at about the doping amount of 0.3%. 反向流动注射化学发光法测定痕量铁

基于邻菲别名林对高碘酸钾－碱性鲁米诺－铁体系发光强度的增敏作用建立了水体中总铁的反向流动性化学发光检测方法。该法线性范围在１×１０＾－４－１０ｍｇ／Ｌ，检测限为３×１０＾－６ｍｇ／Ｌ，对于５×１０＾－３ｍｇ／Ｌ Ｆｅ测定９次的相对标准偏差为０．９％。此方法已用在水处理中总铁的监测。     

铕掺杂BaPbO3的EXAFS研究

采用扩展Ｘ射线吸收精细结构方法，研究了铕掺杂ＢａＰｂＯ３多晶粉末中Ｅｕ，Ｐｂ两种原子的近邻结构。Ｅｕ的掺杂，导致八面体中金属Ｐｇ，Ｅｕ的配位数降低。     

A Minor New Flavone from Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi

A new flavone,6,2′-dihydroxy-5,7,8,6′-tetramethoxyflavone,was isolated from the roots of Scutellaria baicalensis. Its structure was established on the basis of spectral evidences.     

两组份互穿网络聚合物的合成研究

以蓖麻油聚氨酯和聚醚聚氨酯的不同重量比与光敏剂、催化剂、稀释剂、促进剂所组成的多相体系为反应物,分别在紫外光照射和加热的条件下合成网络Ⅰ和网络Ⅱ的互穿网络聚合物(IPN)。改变网络Ⅱ聚醚聚氨酯中各组份的摩尔比制得系列样品。红外光谱,应力-应变曲线和动态力学性能测定发现,样品的力学性能与两组份重量比和网络Ⅱ中不同组成都存在着一定关系。这些结果,为该体系IPN的合成和应用提供了一定依据。     

钯的高选择性流动注射分析方法的研究

Pd(Ⅱ)与DBC-偶氮氯膦在硫酸介质中经加热发生络合显色反应,将此显色反应与流动注射分析技术结合,研究了影响该流动注射显色体系的各种因素,建立了钯的流动注射分析方法.用该方法可不经分离直接测定二次阳极泥和氯化渣中的钯.     

Studies on solid state reactions of coordination compounds. LXIII. Solid state synthesis of a series of tetranuclear Mo(W)—Ag mixed-metal clusters. Crystal structures of [(n-Bu)4N]3[MoOS3Ag3Br4] and [(n-Bu)4N]3[WS4Ag3Cl4]

A series of tetranuclear Mo(W)-Ag mixed-metal clusters have been synthesized by making use of the solid state reactions of [NH₄]₂[MYS₃](M= Mo, W; Y= O, S), AgX(X= Cl, Br, I) and (n-Bu)₄NX' (X' =Cl, Br), two of which [(n-Bu)₄N]₃[MoOS₃Ag₃Br₄] (1) and [(n-Bu)₄N]₃[WS₄Ag₃Cl₄] ( 2 ) have been structurally characterized by X-ray analysis. The crystal data: 1 , cubic, P4 3m, αequals;12.093(4) Å, Z=1, R =0.076; 2 , cubic, P4 3m, αequals;12.059(2) Å, Z =1, R =0.075. The cluster anion core [Ag₃MS₃X'] of the two compounds can be viewed as a cube in which the four metal atoms and the four non-metal atoms are statistically distributed, respectively. Substitution reaction with PPh₃ ligand is also discussed for this type of tetranuclear clusters.     

Rapid 3-dimensional shape determination of globular proteins by mobility capillary electrophoresis and native mass spectrometry

Established high-throughput proteomics methods provide limited information on the stereostructures of proteins. Traditional technologies for protein structure determination typically require laborious steps and cannot be performed in a high-throughput fashion. Here, we report a new medium throughput method by combining mobility capillary electrophoresis (MCE) and native mass spectrometry (MS) for the 3-dimensional (3D) shape determination of globular proteins in the liquid phase, which provides both the geometric structure and molecular mass information of proteins. A theory was established to correlate the ion hydrodynamic radius and charge state distribution in the native mass spectrum with protein geometrical parameters, through which a low-resolution structure (shape) of the protein could be determined. Our test data of 11 different globular proteins showed that this approach allows us to determine the shapes of individual proteins, protein complexes and proteins in a mixture, and to monitor protein conformational changes. Besides providing complementary protein structure information and having mixture analysis capability, this MCE and native MS based method is fast in speed and low in sample consumption, making it potentially applicable in top–down proteomics and structural biology for intact globular protein or protein complex analysis.

Using native mass spectrometry and mobility capillary electrophoresis, the ellipsoid dimensions of globular proteins or protein complexes could be measured efficiently.     

在肽库中进行小肽筛选的初步研究

以合成六肽ＤＧＧＳＡＡ为模型对在噬菌体肽库中进行小肽筛选做了初步研究。结果表明，含有可形成氢键和离子键残基的小肽能够在噬菌体肽库中进行筛选。并用明显提高了筛选的专一性。
