A semi-implicit multi-layer spherical spectral method for simulating stellar core convection is described. The fully compressible three-dimensional hydrodynamic equations with rotation and energy generation are solved. Prognostic variables are expressed as finite sums of spherical harmonics in the horizontal directions and handled by the finite difference method in the radial direction. The stratified approximation is used to simplify the nonlinearity to quadratic. A multi-layer scheme is employed to overcome the time step problem arising from shrinking grid sizes in the physical space near the center of the star. Despite of the different spectral truncations in different layers, round-off conservation of the total mass and total angular momentum of the whole domain can be maintained, and were confirmed numerically. The code is parallelized; with 12 processors the speedup factor is about 9. The solutions of model core convection with and without rotation are discussed.  相似文献

Wetting process of electrolyte in high density Cu/Sn micro-bumps electrodepositing is reported in this paper. Three methods were adopted to enable electrolyte to permeate photo-etching micro-holes with high aspect ratio, including plasma treatment, adding wetting additive in electrolyte and mechanical action. Wettability of the samples with electrolyte was improved by the first two methods, according to contact angle and surface tension measurement. However, electrolyte still cannot reach up to the bottom of micro-hole. And then, electrolyte was subjected to mechanical action, including agitation and ultrasonic vibration. Under mechanical action, void free Cu/Sn micro-bumps fabrication was achieved in photo-etching micro-holes with depth of 60 μm and radius of 30 μm. At last, we proposed a model to show wetting process of electrolyte in photo-etching micro-holes.  相似文献

利用CCD和宽视场体视显微镜相结合的技术,拍摄了矩形毛细微槽内液体工质在三角形区域的润湿图像,并进行了图像处理,研究结果表明:随着热流密度的增加,三角形区域内的三相接触线向微槽底角收缩,导致三相接触线的长度减小,液膜厚度减小;随着微槽深度的增加,三角形区域的接触线长度减小;随着微槽宽度和倾斜角度的增加,三角形区域内的接触线长度增加,液膜厚度增加.  相似文献

The nonisothermal decomposition kinetics of Ginkgo biloba leaves polyprenol (GBP) and cleaved situation of its chemical bond during thermal decomposition process were first investigated using thermogravimetric (TG) and TG‐FTIR technology. The results of thermal decomposition kinetics revealed that the nonisothermal decomposition mechanism of GBP corresponds to first‐order chemical reaction with n = 1, integral form g(a) = –ln(1 – a) and differential form f(a) = 1 – a. TG‐FTIR results demonstrated that absorbance of –CH3, unsaturated C–H bond, =CH2, accumulated C=C, –OH, and so on constantly increased with thermal decomposition reaction went on. In addition, storage life of GBP was also evaluated. These data could provide theoretical guidance for purification under high temperature and other thermal application of GBP.  相似文献

The debromination of vicinal dibromo compounds to generate alkenes usually requires harsh reaction conditions and the addition of catalysts. Just recently the visible‐light‐induced debromination of vicinal dibromo compounds emerged as a possible alternative to commonly used methods, but the substrate scope of this reaction is limited and a photocatalyst is necessary for the successful conversion of the starting compounds. A catalyst‐free visible‐light‐induced debromination of vicinal dibromo compounds with a base‐activated Hantzsch ester as photosensitizer is reported. Knockout reaction experiment was carried out by using the 6He beams at 61.2 MeV/u impinging on a CH2 target. The α core fragments at forward angles were detected in coincidence with the recoiled protons at larger angles. From this exclusive measurement the valence nucleon knockout mechanism and the core knockout mechanism can be distinguished by the relation between the polar angles of the core fragments and the recoiled protons, respectively. It is demonstrated that the core knockout mechanism may result in some strong contamination to the real invariant mass spectrum.
