The tridentate organic ligand 4,4′,4′′‐(4,4,8,8,12,12‐hexamethyl‐8,12‐dihydro‐4H‐benzo[9,1]quinolizino[3,4,5,6,7‐defg]acridine‐2,6,10‐triyl)tribenzoic acid ( H3L ) has been synthesized (as the methanol 1.25‐solvate, C48H39NO6·1.25CH3OH). As a donor–acceptor motif molecule, H3L possess strong intramolecular charge transfer (ICT) fluorescence. Through hydrogen bonds, H3L molecules construct a two‐dimensional (2D) network, which pack together into three‐dimensional (3D) networks with an ABC stacking pattern in the crystalline state. Based on H3L and M(NO3)2 salts (M = Cd and Zn) under solvothermal conditions, two metal–organic frameworks (MOFs), namely, catena‐poly[[triaquacadmium(II)]‐μ‐10‐(4‐carboxyphenyl)‐4,4′‐(4,4,8,8,12,12‐hexamethyl‐8,12‐dihydro‐4H‐benzo[9,1]quinolizino[3,4,5,6,7‐defg]acridine‐2,6‐diyl)dibenzoato], [Cd(C48H37NO6)(H2O)3]n, I , and poly[[μ3‐4,4′,4′′‐(4,4,8,8,12,12‐hexamethyl‐8,12‐dihydro‐4H‐benzo[9,1]quinolizino[3,4,5,6,7‐defg]acridine‐2,6,10‐triyl)tribenzoato](μ3‐hydroxido)zinc(II)], [Zn2(C48H36NO6)(OH)]n, II , were synthesized. Single‐crystal analysis revealed that both MOFs adopt a 3D structure. In I , partly deprotonated HL 2? behaves as a bidentate ligand to link a CdII ion to form a one‐dimensional chain. In the solid state of I , the existence of weak interactions, such as O—H…O hydrogen bonds and π–π interactions, plays an essential role in aligning 2D nets and 3D networks with AB packing patterns for I . The deprotonated ligand L 3? in II is utilized as a tridentate building block to bind ZnII ions to construct 3D networks, where unusual Zn4O14 clusters act as connection nodes. As a donor–acceptor molecule, H3L exhibits fluorescence with a photoluminescence quantum yield (PLQY) of 70% in the solid state. In comparison, the PL of both MOFs is red‐shifted with even higher PLQYs of 79 and 85% for I and II , respectively. 相似文献

Ti02/EDTA-rich carbon composites(TiO_2/EDTA-RC) have been successfully synthesized via a low temperature carbonization process. TiO_2/EDTA-RC exhibits marked absorption of visible light and excellent photoreduction of Cr(Ⅵ) activity under visible light irradiation(λ420 nm). Due to the high carboxyl group content and strong coordination ability of EDTA, TiO_2-EDTA complex can be easily fabricated between EDTA incorporated in carbon sheet and titanol group on the surface of TiO_2. TiO_2-EDTA complexes on the surface of TiO_2/EDTA-RC, the LMCT complex, are responsible for the prominent photoreduction of Cr(Ⅵ) properties of Ti02/EDTA-RC under visible light irradiation. In addition, the unique structure ofTiO_2/EDTA-RC is also propitious to the visible-light photocatalytic reduction of Cr(Ⅵ).Carbon sheet of TiO_2/EDTA-RC acts as a supporter. TiO_2 nanoparticles and EDTA homogeneously disperse into the carbon sheet supporter and form the TiO_2-EDTA complexes, which can avoid the aggregation of TiO_2 nanoparticles in the aqueous solution and provide more photocatalytic reaction points for the reduction of Cr(Ⅵ). 相似文献

The purpose of this paper is to study the relationships between the support of a refinable distributionφand the global and local linear independence of the integer translates ofφ. It has been shown elsewhere that a compactly supported distributionφhas globally independent integer translates if and only ifφhas minimal convex support. However, such a distribution may have “holes” in its support. By insisting thatφ∈L2() and generates a multiresolution analysis, Lemarié and Malgouyres have ensured that no such holes can occur. A library of 90 carboxamide-containing oxepines and pyrans was synthesized. A dual-branching strategy was used where a common intermediate, an allenyl-hydroxy ester, was either allylated or propargylated then subjected to rhodium(I)-catalyzed carbocyclization reaction conditions to afford an oxepine- or triene-containing pyran, respectively. The oxepines were selectively reduced to afford two functionally unique scaffolds using complementary hydrogenation conditions. Diversification of the oxepines and pyrans involved conversion of the methyl carboxylate group to a carboxamide via either a microwave-assisted amidation using polymer-bound carbodiimide (DCC) and 1-hydroxybenzotriazole (HOBt) or a NaCN-catalyzed aminolysis. The scope of a rarely used carbonyl-yne reaction was expanded to the preparation of 10 new allenyl-hydroxy esters using microwave irradiation. Finally, a cell-based diversity analysis using BCUT (Burden (B) CAS (C) Pearlman at the University of Texas (UT)) metrics calculations and two-dimensional fingerprint similarity approaches shows that when compared to the 100,000 Pittsburgh Molecular Library Screening Center (PMLSC) compound database and PubChem the new compound library occupies a unique chemical space. 相似文献

Crystallization-driven self-assembly (CDSA) was employed for the preparation of monodisperse cationic cylindrical nanoparticles with controllable sizes, which were subsequently explored for their effect on antibacterial activity and the mechanical properties of nanocomposite hydrogels. Poly(ɛ-caprolactone)-block-poly(methyl methacrylate)-block-poly[2-(tert-butylamino) ethyl methacrylate] (PCL-b-PMMA-b-PTA) triblock copolymers were synthesized using combined ring-opening and RAFT polymerizations, and then self-assembled into polycationic cylindrical micelles with controllable lengths by epitaxial growth. The polycationic cylinders exhibited intrinsic cell-type-dependent antibacterial capabilities against gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria under physiological conditions, without quaternization or loading of any additional antibiotics. Furthermore, when the cylinders were combined into anionic alginate hydrogel networks, the mechanical response of the hydrogel composite was tunable and enhanced up to 51%, suggesting that cationic polymer fibers with controlled lengths are promising mimics of the fibrous structures in natural extracellular matrix to support scaffolds. Overall, this polymer fiber/hydrogel nanocomposite shows potential as an injectable antibacterial biomaterial, with possible application in implant materials as bacteriostatic agents or bactericides against various infections. 相似文献
