Synthesis of tetrahydrofuran and tetrahydropyran derivatives catalyzed by tungstophosphoric acid (H3PW12040) were conveniently performed with high yield from the corresponding unsaturated alcohols in ionic liquid. Sufuric acid (H2SO4), trifluoromathanesulfonic acid (TfOH) and p-toluenesulfonic acid (TsOH) were also explored for preparing these products in ionic liquid. In this communication, we report the first simple and fast one-step method for synthesizing highly monodisperse micron-size PMMA particles in organic media through dispersion polymerization in the presence of PHSA (a polyhydroxyl-stearic-acid graft PMMA copolymer) as a stabilizer. There are two significant advantages of our method over earlier methods. First, by optimizing the composition of a solvent mixture of hexane and dodecane, we were able to increase the concentration of monomer up to 50-56% and obtain unusually large (up to 10 mum in diameter) PMMA particles. Second, by strictly controlling the nucleation time, we were able to make PMMA particles with a low polydispersity of around 1%, much lower than has ever before been achieved for such large particles. We also report an unusual apparent metastable state in the nucleation stage.  相似文献

A 3 D-QSAR about nAChRs agonists epibatidine analogues was performed using theCoMFA and CoMSIA. The correlation coefficients were R2cv = 0.546, R2cv = 0.907 in CoMFA andR2cv = 0.655, R2,~ = 0.962 in CoMSIA of the final model. The prediction using the final models tothe test set was r2 = 0.675 in CoMFA and r2 = 0.462 in CoMSIA. This model will be useful in thedesign of novel compounds with high affinity.  相似文献

提出一种多升温速率-等温法确定机理函数g(α)的新方法;并用迭代的等转化率法求出较为可靠的活化能Ea;在Ea和g(α)的基础上计算出指前因子A.用该法对二水草酸锌(ZnC2O4•2H2O)脱水反应的热分解动力学三因子进行了求算,得出Ea为87.22 kJ•mol-1, A为4.2120×108~7.2328×108 s-1;以及随机成核和随后生长型机理函数Am(Avrami-Erofeer),其积分形式g(α)=[-ln(1-α)] 1/m和微分形式f(α)=m(1-α)•[-ln(1-α)](1-1/m),调节因子m=1.85~2.00.  相似文献

研究了不同溶剂中的醋酸乙烯酯在硅橡胶上的辐射接技状况及接枝后硅橡胶表面结构情况.结果表明:(1)在硅橡胶-乙酸乙酯-醋酸乙烯酯体系中,接枝有自加速效应;(2)适量加入对苯二酚,接枝诱导期延长,接枝速率下降,凝胶效应消失,辐射接技经验关联式为RP=0.27×[D](-0.560)×[I](0.490)×[C](0.920),接核反应为扩散控制反应;(3)不同的溶剂对硅橡胶接枝有不同的影响,如甲醇发生敏化作用,提高接枝速率,而苯发生惰化作用,降低接枝速率;(4)在合适的甲醇和苯配比时,接枝反应几乎恒速进行,用扫描电镜(SEM)观察断面,接枝区比较均一,出现微相分离.  相似文献

An alternative substrate is described for enzyme immunosaasay with electrochemical detection. Alkaline phosphatase (EC.3.1.3.1) activity is determined by using p-aminophenyl phosphate as the enzyme substrate. Enzyme-generated p-aminophenol is detected amperometrically at a glassy carbon electrody by liquid chromatography with electrochemical detection. The oxidation potential obtained for the detectionof p-aminophenol is lower than that for phenol, the previously used substrate product. The detection limit for p-aminophenol is 0.20pmol. A detection limit of 30 pg ml-1 for digoxin and a 5-min incubationtime for the enzyme reaction were obtained with the new system.  相似文献

Photocatalysis has been extensively studied due to its potential ability to avoid the excessive use of chemical reagents and reduce the energy consumption by employing solar energy. Moreover, to alleviate the reduction in the membrane permeation selectivity, separation efficiency, and membrane service life caused by the emerging micro-pollutants and membrane fouling, membrane technology is often coupled with microbial, electrochemical, and catalytic processes. However, although physical/chemical cleaning and membrane module replacement can overcome the inherent limitations caused by membrane fouling and other membrane separation processes, high operating costs limit their practical applications. In this review, common preparation methods for TiO2 photocatalytic membranes are described in detail, and the main approaches to enhancing their photocatalytic performance are discussed. More importantly, the mechanism of the TiO2 photocatalytic membrane antifouling process is elucidated, and some applications of photocatalytic membranes in other areas are described. This review systematically outlines future research directions in the field of photocatalytic membrane modification, including metal and non-metal doping, fabrication of heterojunction structures, control over reaction conditions, increase in hydrophilicity, and increase in membrane porosity.  相似文献
