To better understand the deprotection reaction of the new promising phototrigger compound BHQ-OAc (8-bromo-7-hydroxyquinoline acetate), we present a detailed comparison of the UV-vis absorption, resonance Raman, and fluorescence spectra of BHQ-OAc with its parent compound 7-hydroxyquinoline in different solvents. The steady-state absorption and resonance Raman spectra provide fundamental information about the structure, properties, and population distribution of the different prototropic forms present under the different solvent conditions examined. The species present in the excited states that emit strongly were detected by fluorescence spectra. It is shown that the ground-state tautomerization process of BHQ-OAc is disfavored compared with that of 7-HQ in aqueous solutions. The observation of the tautomeric form of BHQ-OAc in neutral aqueous solutions demonstrates the occurrence of the excited-state proton-transfer process, which would be a competing process for the deprotection reaction of BHQ-OAc in aqueous solutions.  相似文献

2‐Acetoxymethyl‐2‐(3‐benzoylphenyl)propionic acid (KP‐OAc) was used as a model to elucidate the solvent‐mediated photochemistry mechanism of Ketoprofen (KP). In solutions with a low concentration of water, KP‐OAc exhibits a benzophenone‐like photochemistry, reacting with water molecules through some reaction to form a ketyl radical intermediate. In neutral solutions with a high concentration of water or acidic solutions, KP‐OAc undergoes a photodecarboxylation reaction with the assistance of water molecules or with the catalysis of perchloric acid to directly generate a biradical intermediate that cannot induce the phototrigger reaction to release the AcO? group. Therefore, the lifetime of the biradical intermediate of KP‐OAc is almost same as that of the biradical intermediate formed from KP in the same kinds of solutions. However, the photodecarboxylation of KP‐OAc in phosphate buffer solution directly produces the benzylic carbanion intermediate, which can induce the phototrigger reaction to release the AcO? group. Therefore, the lifetime of the biradical intermediate of KP‐OAc is significantly shorter than the lifetime of the biradical intermediate of KP in phosphate buffer solution. Interestingly, the investigation of the photochemistry of KP‐OAc not only verifies the solvent‐mediated photochemistry mechanism of KP but also provides some new insight into the potential of using this kind of platform for phototrigger applications. The biradical intermediate is not the key species leading to the phototrigger reaction but the benzylic carbanion species is the key reactive intermediate that can mediate the phototrigger reaction of KP‐OAc. Therefore, a change in the pH of the solutions can be utilized to switch on and switch off the photorelease reactions of KP derivative phototrigger compounds.  相似文献

以硅藻土为硅源, 在Na2O-Al2O3-SiO2(硅藻土)-H2O体系中, 采用水浴加热搅拌的方法在较低温度下快速合成了LTA型硅铝分子筛NaA. 通过调节温度和反应物的活性, 优化了NaA分子筛的合成过程, 实现了其在较短时间、 较低温度下的快速合成. 所合成的NaA分子筛展现出良好的质子传导性能, 在室温和100%相对湿度条件下, 其质子传导率为1.72×10-3 S/cm, 且随着温度的升高其质子传导率逐渐增大, 在80 ℃和100%相对湿度条件下, 质子传导率可以达到5.96×10-3 S/cm.  相似文献

Large lipid signals and strong susceptibility gradients introduced by muscle–bone interfaces represent major technical challenges forin vivoproton MRS of human muscle. Here, the demonstration of two-dimensional proton chemical-shift imaging of human muscle metabolites is presented. This technique utilizes a chemical-shift-selective method for water and lipid suppression and automatic shimming for optimal homogeneity of the magnetic field. The 2D1H CSI technique described facilitates the acquisition of high-spatial-resolution spectra, and allows one to acquire data from multiple muscle groups in a single experiment. A preliminary investigation utilizing this technique in healthy adult males (n= 4) revealed a highly significant difference in the ratio of the creatine to trimethylamine resonance between the fast and slow twitch muscle groups examined. The technique is robust, can be implemented on a commercial scanner with relative ease, and should prove to be a useful tool for both clinical and basic investigators.  相似文献

A conductive carbon paste electrode (CPE) comprised of a new copper‐complex of [Cu2(Dpq)2(Ac)2(H2O)2](ClO4)2?H2O (Dpq=dipyrido[3,2‐d : 2′,3′‐f]quinoxaline, Ac=acetate) and carbon powder, was fabricated by the direct mixing method. The electrochemical behavior and electrocatalysis of the new copper‐complex modified CPE (Cu‐CPE) have been studied in detail. Cyclic voltammograms showed that the Cu‐CPE had a favorable electrochemical response of a reversible redox couple of Cu(II)/Cu(I). The Cu‐CPE showed good electrocatalytic activity toward the reduction of the bromate, nitrite and hydrogen peroxide. The electrocatalytic reduction peak current of KBrO3, KNO2 and H2O2 showed a linear dependent on their concentrations. All of the results revealed that the Cu‐CPE had a good reproducibility, remarkable long term stability and especially good surface renewability by simple mechanical polishing in the event of surface fouling, which is important for practical application.  相似文献

The high sensitivity but low specificity of breast MRI has prompted exploration of breast (1)H MRS for breast cancer detection. However, several obstacles still prevent the routine application of in vivo breast (1)H MRS, including poor spatial resolution, long acquisition time associated with conventional multi-voxel MRS imaging (MRSI) techniques, and the difficulty of "extra" lipid suppression in a magnetic field with relatively poor achievable homogeneity compared to the brain. Using a combination of a recently developed echo-filter (EF) suppression technique and an elliptical sampling scheme, we demonstrate the feasibility of overcoming these difficulties. It is robust (the suppression technique is insensitive to magnetic field inhomogeneity), fast (acquisition time of about 12 min) and offers high spatial resolution (up to 0.6 cm(3) per voxel at 1.5 T with a TE of only 60 ms). This approach should be even better at 3 T with higher resolution and/or shorter TE.  相似文献

Ageing-related bone impairment due to exposure to hyperglycemic environment is scarcely researched. The aim was to confirm the improvement effects of Native Collagen II on bone impairment in ageing db/db mice, and the ageing model was established by normal feeding for 48-week-old. Then, the ageing db/db mice were randomly assigned to Native Collagen II intervention, the ageing model, and the chondroitin sulfate + glucosamine hydrochloride control groups. After 12 weeks of treatment, femoral microarchitecture and biomechanical parameters were observed, biomarkers including bone metabolism, inflammatory cytokines, and oxidative stress were measured, and the gastrocnemius function and expressions of interleukin (IL) 1β, receptor activator of nuclear factor (NF)-κB ligand (RANKL), and tartrate-resistant acid phosphatase (TRAP) were analyzed. The results showed that the mice in the Native Collagen II intervention group showed significantly superior bone and gastrocnemius properties than those in the ageing model group, including bone mineral density (287.65 ± 72.77 vs. 186.97 ± 32.2 mg/cm3), gastrocnemius index (0.46 ± 0.07 vs. 0.18 ± 0.01%), muscle fiber diameter (0.0415 ± 0.005 vs. 0.0330 ± 0.002 mm), and cross-sectional area (0.0011 ± 0.00007 vs. 0.00038 ± 0.00004 mm2). The Native Collagen II intervention elevated bone mineralization and formation and decreased bone resorption, inflammatory cytokines, and the oxidative stress. In addition, lower protein expression of IL-1β, RANKL, and TRAP in the Native Collagen II intervention group was observed. These findings suggested that Native Collagen II improved bones impaired by T2DM during ageing, and the likely mechanism was partly due to inhibition of inflammation and oxidative stress.  相似文献

The high sensitivity but poor specificity of magnetic resonance imaging for detecting breast cancer has stimulated interest in magnetic resonance spectroscopic imaging (MRSI) as a tool to improve specificity and reduce the number of benign biopsies. The challenge of applying 1H MRSI to the diagnosis of cancer in the human breast is the need for robust lipid suppression and a clinically acceptable acquisition time. We present an improved 1H MRSI technique that uses an independently optimized chemical-shift-selective for lipid suppression and weighted elliptical k-space sampling combined with a Hamming filter for improved sampling efficiency.  相似文献
