Porous peanut-like TiO2/BiVO4 composite nanostructures were synthesized via a template-free hydrothermal process with bismuth nitrate, ammonium metavanadate and anatase TiO2 as raw materials. The crystal structures, morphologies, and optical properties of the as-prepared samples were characterized by X-ray powder diffraction, transmission electron microscope, scanning electron microscopy, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and UV–visible absorption spectra. Simulated sun-light induced photocatalytic degradation of Rhodamine B by porous peanut-like TiO2/BiVO4 nanostructures in the absence and presence of H2O2 has been investigated, and the results show these porous composite nanostructures with higher photocatalytic activity than pure BiVO4 and anatase TiO2. When TiO2/BiVO4 heterostructures were used as the photocatalysts under simulated sun-light irradiation, BiVO4 could act as a sensitizer to absorb the visible light. Meanwhile, coupling different band-gap semiconductors of TiO2 and BiVO4, the compound facilitate separation of the photogenerated carriers under the internal field induced by the different electronic band structures of semiconductors.  相似文献

This work presents a novel application of second-order calibration based on self-weighted alternating trilinear decomposition(SWATLD)algorithm for analyzing the HPLC-DAD data.The proposed method makes it possible to simultaneously determine teflubenzuron,hexaflumuron,flufenoxuron,chlorfluazuron,diflubenzuron and benzoylurea in different fruit samples,i.e.pear,apple and banana,in the selected time region of chromatogram.The concentration,elution time and spectral information of these benzoylurea insecticides are selectively extracted from complex matrices even in the presence of unknown interferences.The root-mean-square error of prediction(RMSEP)and figures of merit,including sensitivity(SEN),selectivity(SEL)and limit of detection(LOD)are employed to access the performance of the method.The LODs obtained for these insecticides are within the range 0.017–0.26 ppm in pears,0.039–0.33 ppm in apples,0.041–0.44 ppm in bananas,respectively.Such a chemometrics-based protocol holds great potential to be extended as a promising alternative for more practical applications in food safety and quality monitoring.  相似文献

Carboxyl-rich hydrothermal carbon spheres were prepared by simply heating pristine hydrothermal carbon spheres (HCSs) at lower temperature in air, and the textural properties were characterized using Boehm titrations, scanning electron microscopy, Fourier transform infrared spectrometer (FT-IR) and elemental-analysis. The result of Boehm titrations indicated that the content of carboxyl groups on HCSs increased significantly from 0.53 to 3.81 mmol/g after heat-treatment at 300 °C, which was also confirmed by FT-IR and EA qualitatively. The ability of heat-treated HCSs has been explored for the removal and recovery of uranium from aqueous solutions, and the influences of different experimental parameters, such as heat-treatment temperature, contact time and ionic strength, on adsorption were investigated. The U(VI) sorption capacity of HCSs increased from 55.0 to 179.95 mg/g after heat-treatment at 300 °C for 5 h. Selective adsorption studies showed that the heat-treated HCSs could selectively remove U(VI), and the selectivity coefficients were improved after heat-treatment in the presence of co-existing ions, Na(I), Ni(II), Sr(II), Mn(II), Mg(II) and Zn(II). The adsorbent HCSs could be effectively regenerated by 0.05 mol/L HCl solution for the removal and recovery of U(VI). Complete removal (99.0 %) of U(VI) from 1.0 L industry wastewater containing 15.0 mg U(VI) ions was possible with 5.0 g heat-treated HCSs. In addition, a reaction mechanism for newly generating carboxyl groups on pristine HCSs surface during heat-treatment process and uranyl ion interaction with carboxyl-rich hydrothermal carbon spheres were also supposed.  相似文献

Growth and fermentation characteristics, biomass composition, lipid characterization and metabolic profiling analysis of two different Schizochytrium sp. strains, the original strain and the industrial adaptive strain, were investigated in the fed-batch fermentation process. The final cell biomass, total lipids content, docosahexanoic acid (DHA) content and DHA productivity of the adaptive strain were much higher than those of the original strain. The metabolic distinctions which extensively existed between these two strains were revealed by the score plot of principal component analysis. In addition, potential biomarkers responsible for discriminating different strains were identified as myo-inositol, histidine, alanine, asparagine, cysteine, and oxalic acid. These findings provided new insights into the industrial strain screening and further improvement of DHA production by Schizochytrium sp.  相似文献

Polymer fibers composed of poly(ethylene oxide) (PEO) and nanoclay were fabricated by electrospinning. The morphology of the composite nanofibers was characterized by scanning electron microscope (SEM) and transmission electron microscope (TEM), which showed aligned nanoclays in the fibers. Polarized Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) spectroscopy revealed that the PEO chains in the composite fibers exhibit a higher degree of orientation than that in PEO nanofibers containing no nanoclay. It is believed that spatial confinement is present in the electrospun nanofibers, which results in the enforcement of the mutual restriction. The anisotropic hierarchical nanostructure may have potential applications in optics, mechanical materials, and biomedical materials for cell culture.  相似文献

FDU-15 is a hexagonal mesoporous material with nanometer-sized, highly ordered arrays and large special surface area. In this work, FDU-15-Pt with 2.0%, 5.0% and 8.0% Pt loading were synthesised and used for electrochemical detection of trace nitroaromatic compounds (NACs). The FDU-15-Pt samples were characterised by CO Chemisorption, transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). It has been demonstrated that FDU-15-Pt with 2.0% Pt loading has the smallest Pt particle size of 2.9?nm, highest Pt metal dispersion of 37.7% and largest Pt metal surface area of 21.36?m2?g?1. The FDU-15-Pt/PDDA modified electrode were assembled by electrostatic adsorption of Poly (diallyldimethylammonium chloride) (PDDA) and FDU-15-Pt. The 2.0% FDU-15-Pt modified sensor showed higher selectivity for NACs than those of 5.0% and 8.0% FDU-15-Pt, which were verified by electrochemical experiments. A linear response over TNT concentration ranging from 8.8?×?10?9?M to 1.2?×?10?5 M was exhibited with a low detection limit of 2.9?×?10?9?M (S/N?=?3). Moreover, the proposed 2.0% FDU-15-Pt/PDDA modified sensor has been applied to the detection of NACs in spiked environmental water samples and shows promise for fast and accurate determination of trace NACs in real samples.  相似文献

Two Ni(II) metal–organic frameworks, [Ni(INAIP)(DMF)]·0.5DMF and [Ni(INAIP)(H2O)]·2H2O, have been synthesized by the reaction of 5-(isonicotinamido)isophthalic acid (H2INAIP) with NiSO4·6H2O using different reaction solvents. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis indicates that [Ni(INAIP)(DMF)]·0.5DMF has a twofold interpenetrated three-dimensional (3D) framework with sra topology, while [Ni(INAIP)(H2O)]·2H2O has a two-dimensional (2D) network structure with a 4-connected (43·63) topology. In addition, the magnetic and adsorption properties of the complexes were explored.  相似文献

A three‐dimensional (3D) hierarchical carbon–sulfur nanocomposite that is useful as a high‐performance cathode for rechargeable lithium–sulfur batteries is reported. The 3D hierarchically ordered porous carbon (HOPC) with mesoporous walls and interconnected macropores was prepared by in situ self‐assembly of colloidal polymer and silica spheres with sucrose as the carbon source. The obtained porous carbon possesses a large specific surface area and pore volume with narrow mesopore size distribution, and acts as a host and conducting framework to contain highly dispersed elemental sulfur. Electrochemical tests reveal that the HOPC/S nanocomposite with well‐defined nanostructure delivers a high initial specific capacity up to 1193 mAh g?1 and a stable capacity of 884 mAh g?1 after 50 cycles at 0.1 C. In addition, the HOPC/S nanocomposite exhibits high reversible capacity at high rates. The excellent electrochemical performance is attributed exclusively to the beneficial integration of the mesopores for the electrochemical reaction and macropores for ion transport. The mesoporous walls of the HOPC act as solvent‐restricted reactors for the redox reaction of sulfur and aid in suppressing the diffusion of polysulfide species into the electrolyte. The “open” ordered interconnected macropores and windows facilitate transportation of electrolyte and solvated lithium ions during the charge/discharge process. These results show that nanostructured carbon with hierarchical pore distribution could be a promising scaffold for encapsulating sulfur to approach high specific capacity and energy density with long cycling performance.  相似文献

采用高温固相法反应制备Ba0.11Sr2.89-2x Ce x Na x AlO4F(x=0.01,0.02,0.05,0.07,0.10,0.15)荧光粉。Ba0.11Sr2.89AlO4F体系中存在Sr(1)2+和Sr2+(2)两个格位。Sr2+(1)离子位于Wyck.4a格位,为十配位多面体构型。Sr2+(2)离子位于Wyck.8h格位,为八配位的多面体构型。研究了Ba0.11Sr2.89-2x Ce x Na x AlO4F荧光粉的紫外-可见激发、发射光谱、荧光寿命及能量传递过程,讨论并指认了Ce3+在上述两个格位中的激发带位置及能级重心,发射光谱曲线分别由两个~463,~505和~550 nm宽带发射构成。随着Ce3+浓度增加,长波发射~550 nm逐渐增强,而色品坐标(x=0.199,y=0.351)蓝绿区逐渐变化到黄绿区域(x=0.389,y=0.489)。  相似文献
