An AIEgen decorated porphyrin(TPETPyP) was easily obtained through a one-step reaction.The bulky TPE in TPETPyP greatly impeded the intermolecular π-π stacking of the porphyrin core,which significantly suppressed aggregation-caused quenching(ACQ) effect of TPETPyP in aqueous solution.The four pyridinium salts formed in TPETPyP also render the whole molecule water solubility,which eliminated its aggregation.TPETPyP exhibited ~1 O_2 quantum yield as high as 0.85 in PBS.Moreover,it also showed high binding affinity to proteins,the major biotarget of ~1 O_2.The high ~1 O_2 quantum yield plus the great binding ability of TPETPyP toward proteins makes it a highly-efficient protein photocleaving agent.Protein electrophoresis experiments demonstrated that TPETPyP can photocleave BSA upon visible light irradiation,indicating that TPETPy P can act as a promising photosensitizer(PS) in PDT.The work here will provide a facile strategy to utilize AIEgens modified traditional PSs for photodynamic therapy(PDT).  相似文献

Extraction of nucleic acids in microsystems is of significance for biomedical applications, but the current extraction methods generally require sophisticated microchannels and external equipment, hindering their practical applications. In this work, we have demonstrated a simple, versatile and efficient approach to extract nucleic acids in microsystems by developing cationic branched polyethyleneimine (PEI)‐functionalized tubular micromotors. The as‐developed tubular micromotors are fabricated by a two‐step process combining the template‐assisted electrodeposition and carbodiimide chemistry, and contain an inner catalytic Pt layer, a middle magnetic Ni layer and an outer cationic PEI layer. They exhibit autonomous bubble‐propelled motion in aqueous hydrogen peroxide solutions, which can be guided by an external magnetic field, and the surface charges can be reversibly modulated by changing the pH value of the solution. Consequently, the as‐developed tubular micromotors can selectively absorb nucleic acids from acidic solutions and desorb them into alkaline solutions, leading to the extraction of nucleic acids with high efficiency without external stirring. Furthermore, they can be operated in a microchannel chip without the aid of a pumping system. Our results indicate that this PEI‐functionalized tubular micromotor platform provides a novel, simple and versatile microsystem nucleic acid extraction technology, holding considerable promise for important practical applications.  相似文献

硝基四唑及其高氮化合物是指分子中含有5-硝基四唑结构的一类高氮化合物,优越的性能和突出的特点使其成为含能材料领域的研究热点之一,在起爆药、推进剂及其燃速催化剂、高能炸药、气体发生剂等领域有着广泛的应用前景。本文对硝基四唑的结构与热分解机理进行了分析介绍;全面系统地综述评价了硝基四唑及其盐类和配合物类衍生物的合成、性能表征与应用前景。根据其成盐阳离子的不同,硝基四唑盐类主要包括碱金属盐、碱土金属盐、过渡金属盐、胺盐和高氮杂环阳离子盐。根据配位方式的不同,其配合物可分为配阴离子型和配阳离子型。在此基础上,对硝基四唑及其高氮化合物的未来发展及应用提出了展望。  相似文献

Many pharmaceutical genotoxic impurities are neutral molecules. Trace level analysis of these neutral analytes is hampered by their poor ionization efficiency in mass spectrometry (MS). Two analytical approaches including chemical derivatization and coordination ion spray-MS were developed to enhance neutral analyte detection sensitivity. The chemical derivatization approach converts analytes into highly ionizable or permanently charged derivatives, which become readily detectable by MS. The coordination ion spray-MS method, on the other hand, improves ionization by forming neutral-ion adducts with metal ions such as Na+, K+, or NH4+ which are introduced into the electrospray ionization source. Both approaches have been proven to be able to enhance the detection sensitivity of neutral pharmaceuticals dramatically. This article demonstrates the successful applications of the two approaches in the analysis of four pharmaceutical genotoxic impurities identified in a single drug development program, of which two are non-volatile alkyl chlorides and the other two are epoxides.  相似文献

In this paper we consider the enumeration problem of a particular three-dimensional molecular or chemical compound system which has a polyhedral frame where the vertices, edges and faces represent ‘units’ such as atoms, bonds, ligands, polymers, or other objects of chemical interests. In this system, chirality is also taken into account. This enumeration problem is mathematically modeled as the ‘total coloring’ enumeration problem of a polyhedron: i.e., the number of ways to color all the vertices, edges and faces of the polyhedron by using three or more corresponding color sets, in which some colors may be chiral. We establish a general formula for this enumeration problem by extending the fundamental version of Pólya’s enumeration theorem. In particular, we apply this technique to the enumeration problem of polyhedral links which have received special attention from biochemists, mathematical chemists and mathematicians over the past two decades.  相似文献

C-peptide radioimmunoassay (C-peptide RIA) is widely used in determination of pancreatic B-cell secretion activity.125I labeled TyrC-peptide is indispensable in C-peptide RIA kit. Herein we discuss a way of obtaining recombinant Tyr-C-peptide. Arg32Tyr human proinsulin mutant (R32Y-proinsulin) gene was constructed by site-directed mutagenesis and overexpressed inEscherichia coli. Purified R32Y-proinsulin was converted to insulin and Tyr-C-peptide by trypsin and carboxypeptidase B codigestion. Tyr-C-peptide was isolated through reverse-phase HPLC (RP-HPLC) and identified by C-peptide RIA and amino acid analysis.  相似文献

由经碱处理的掺杂态聚苯胺(PAn)制得高介电常数的半导体PAn粒子,将其悬浮于电绝缘油可组成电流变液,讨论了电流变(ER)液的静态屈服应力(τ_s),电流密度等性能与PAn的介电常数(ε_p),导电率(σ),体积分数和应用电场强度的关系。对导电率相同的PAn粒子,用氨水处理的PAn粒子ε_p较用NaOH液处理的高,前者在σ足够低如σ≤1.0×10 ̄(-7)/cm时,ER液的τ_s随偶极系数的平方(β ̄2)的增大而呈现非线性增加;后者ER液的τ_s随β ̄2的增大出现一最大值.结果表明:由聚苯胺粒子可组成高电流变活性的无水ER液.  相似文献
