Catalytic dehydrogenation of isobutane has recently received considerable attention because of the increasing demand for isobutene.In this study,the synergistic effect between Sn and K on PtSnK/γ-Al2O3 catalysts has been investigated by changing the content of Sn.It was found that with the presence of potassium,suitable addition of Sn could not only increase the metal dispersion,but also reduce the catalyst acidity.In these cases,the synergistic effect could also strengthen the interactions between the metal and support,which resulted in an increase in both catalytic activity and stability.In our experiments,Pt-0.6SnK/Al catalyst exhibited the lowest deactivation rate (12.4%) and showed a selectivity to isobutene higher than 94% at the isobutane conversion of about 45.3% after running the reaction for 6 h.However,with the excessive loading of Sn,surface property of active sites and the interactions between metal and support were changed.As a result,the initial optimal ratio between the metallic function and acid function would be destroyed,which was disadvantageous to the reaction.  相似文献

A new μ3-O triiron(Ⅲ) complex [Fe_3O(OBz)_6(CH_3OH)_3](NO_3)(CH_3OH)_2 (HOBZ = benzoic acid) has been synthesized, its structure has been determined and variable temperature magnetic susceptility has also been measured. In the molecule, three iron atoms formed an equilateral triangle with u_3-O in center. The fitting to the magnetic susceptibility showed that an intramolecular antiferromagnetic exchange interaction occurred between iron atoms with J=-25.51 cm~(-1), and a weaker intermolecular antiferromagnetic exchange interaction occurred with zJ' = -2.30cm~(-1).  相似文献

The cobalt, nickel, copper, zinc and cadmium complexes of S-methyl-N-(ferrocenyl-l-methyl-methylidene)-dithiocarbazate (H-LSM) and S-benzyl-N-(ferrocenyl-l-methyl-methylidene)-dithiocarbazate (H-LSB) were synthesized and the crystal structure of Cd[Fe-C(CH3) = NNCSS. (CH3)]2 was solved by X-ray diffraction. The crystal is in the orthorhombic system with space group Pbca, cell parameters a=19.741(3), b=19.924(5), c=15.452(4) A, and the final factors of R=0.032. The study on quenching the luminescence of Ru(bpy)3 by those complexes showed that bimolecular quenching constants obtained from the Stern-Vohner constant and the excited-state lifetime were related to the redox potential of the quencher. Linear relationship is shown in the plot of logkq vs. E1/2(Q+/Q). The main factor which influences the quenching rate constant and the redox potential is the coordinating ability of the metal in the complex.  相似文献

The binding of Co(bpy)2dppz3+ to calf thymus DNA was investigated by using absorption and emission spectroscopy,DNA melting techniques,cyclic voltammetry,viscosity and electro-phoresis measurements,where bpy is 2,2'-bipyridyl,dppz is dipyrido[3,2-o:2',3'-c] phenazine.The binding compound shows absorption hypochromicity,fluorescence enhancement,and increasing of DNA melting temperature and the specific viscosity.CV measurement shows the shifts in oxidation-reduction potential and change in peak current with addition of DNA.The compound is also shown to be more efficient photosensitisers for strand breaks in plasmid DNA.  相似文献

The structure of trans-[Pd(dtco-3-OH)2] (ClO4)2·2DMSO, in which dtco-3-OH is dithiacyclooctan-3-ol and DMSO is dimethyl sulfoxide, was determined by X-ray crystallographic analysis. The crystal data: space group pi, a = 0.7077(2) nm, b = 1.0788(1) nm, c = 1.1111(1) nm, α=67.710(8)°, β = 73. 59(2)°, γ = 85. 39(2)°,R1 = 0 . 0368 and Rw = 0.0998. The palladium (II) is coordinated by four sulfur atoms with a regular square planar configuration. The Pd-S distances are 0.2314(1) and 0.2317(1) nm, respectively. Both dtco-3-OH ligands are in the boat-chair configuration and two hydroxyl groups are on the opposite sites of the PdS4 coordination plane and are towards Pd(II). The Pd-O distance is 0. 285 nm, indicating a weak interaction between them. A typical hydrogen bond between the hydroxyl group of dtco-3-OH ligand and DMSO was observed in the crystal structure. An aqueous solution prepared with the crystals of the complex was used for the investigation of electrospray mass spectrometry ( ESMS ). Besid  相似文献

The interaction of oxidized insulin B chain(B)with cis-[Pd-(en)Cl2](en=ethylenediamine),cis-[Pd-(dtco-3-OH)Cl2](dtco-3-OH=dithiacyclooctan-3-ol)and CuCl2 was studied by electrospray inass spectrometry.It is discovered that the binding of Pd(Ⅱ)complexes and the sites of cleavage are highly dependent on the secondary structure and local environment of B.The hydrolytic cleavage of denatured B by Pd(Ⅱ)complexes was monitored by HPLC.The reaction is regioselective and follows first order kinetics with half-life of 4.8 days at 40℃.Two amide bonds,i.e.at Leu6-Cys7 and at Gly8-Ser9,which are close to the two potential Pd(Ⅱ)binding sites His5 and His10,are selectively cleaved.In the case of Cu(Ⅱ)ion as promoter,only one cleavage site was observed which is located at Gly8-Ser9 bond.These results provide improved understanding on the design of artificial metallopeptidase.  相似文献
