Co2FeAl0.5Si0.5 (CFAS)-based multilayers sandwiched by MgO layers have been deposited and annealed at different temperatures. Perpendicular magnetic anisotropy (PMA) with the magnetic anisotropy energy density Ku ≈2.5×106 erg/cm3 (1 erg = 10-7 J) and the coercivity Hc = 363 Oe (1 Oe = 79.9775 A · m-1) has been achieved in the Si/SiO2/MgO (1.5 nm)/CFAS (2.5 nm)/MgO (0.8 nm)/Pt (5 nm) film annealed at 300 ℃. The strong PMA is mainly due to the top MgO layer. The structure can be used as top magnetic electrodes in half-metallic perpendicular magnetic tunnel junctions.  相似文献

A method of determining the spatial configuration of a YCa4O(BO3)3 (YCOB) crystal is introduced. The type-I phase-matching points for the sum-frequency of 1.064 μm and 0.532 μm, as well as the conversion efficiency for YCOB samples cut in different directions, have been measured. When the input intensity is 0.76 GW/cm2, the third-harmonic generation (THG) conversion efficiency for the (106°, 77.2°)-cut YCOB crystal reaches 26.2%, which is the highest that we know so far. Both the calculations and the experiments show that the optimum THG configuration for a YCOB crystal is near (106°, 77.2°), or other equivalent directions in space. 提出了一种用于视觉监视系统的基于柯西分布的发光模型的光照不变变化检测方法.假定视频图像序列中每个背景图像像素点灰度观测值的时序变化由白噪声引起,利用建立的初始化背景高斯统计模型对每帧图像进行归一化,得到了背景像灰度比值的分布符合标准柯西分布的结论,解决了柯西分布的模型参量估计问题.在变化检测的基础上,YCbCr颜色空间的亮度、色调和饱和度被用来识别和消除由阴影和反光等引起的变化区域.结果表明,提出的背景建模方法对场景中各种光线变化、小的背景扰动等噪声具有稳健性,可以较为可靠地检测前景目标,识别和去除阴影和反光.  相似文献

The relaxor based ferroelectric (1-x)Pb(Zn(1/3)Nb(2/3))O(3)-xPbTiO(3) and (1-x)Pb(Mg(1/3)Nb(2/3))O(3)-xPbTiO(3) single crystals provided new challenges in property characterization because their extraordinarily large piezoelectric coefficients and electromechanical coupling coefficients. Large errors may occur in some of the derived material constants using conventional characterization techniques. This paper will analyze the inadequacy of the traditional characterization methods and provide some basic guidelines for properly characterizing piezoelectric materials with extremely high piezoelectric and electromechanical coupling coefficients.  相似文献

In this letter, we investigate the influence of the stress on magnetoelectric (ME) effect in a magnetostrictive-PZT bilayer. ME voltage coefficient α*E = δE / δH, where δE is the induced electric field for an applied alternating current (ac) magnetic field δH, is obtained by solving the stress-related piezoelectric constitutive equation and the conventional magnetostrictive equation with appropriate boundary condition. Based on the free-energy density function of the PZT film in stress state, we get the stress-related piezoelectric charge coefficient p d*31 and dielectric permittivity pε*33. After taking the cobalt ferrite (CFO) as magnetostrictive phase, it is found that α*E increases with decreasing 2-d compressive stress for CFO-PZT, which not only is qualitatively consistent with previous experimental measurements, but also provides a possible route to improve the ME effect.   相似文献

The effects of gain narrowing and high order dispersions on the pulse duration in our kilohertz chirpedpulse amplification system have been compensated experimentally. Using an acousto-optic programmable dispersive filter (AOPDF), the spectral full-width at half-maximum (FWHM) is expanded from 30 to50 nm. Stable laser pulses with the duration of 30 fs (FWHM), which is 1.07 times Fourier-transformlimitation, have been acquired by pre-compensating the high order phase distortions using the phase measured by spectral phase interferometry for direct electric-field reconstruction (SPIDER).  相似文献

In this Letter, a drive-response synchronization method with linear output error feedback is presented for “generalized projective synchronization” of a class of fractional-order chaotic systems via a scalar transmitted signal. This synchronization approach is theoretically and numerically studied. By using stability theory of linear fractional-order systems, the suitable conditions for achieving synchronization are given. Two examples are used to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed synchronization method. Numerical simulations coincide with the theoretical analysis.  相似文献
