The peculiar nature of temperature-induced vesicle aggregation (TIVA) in some catanionic surfactant systems is systematically investigated. On the basis of a general analysis of the intervesicular interactions, the main driving force for this phenomenon is considered to be the intervesicular hydrophobic interaction among the exposed hydrophobic part of the surfactant headgroups. The addition of an oppositely charged hydrophobic salt to the catanionic vesicle systems is also found to promote the occurrence of TIVA. In fact, TIVA can be induced in ordinary catanionic vesicle systems by the addition of an oppositely charged hydrophobic counterion.  相似文献

Temperature-induced aqueous surfactant two-phase system (T-ASTP), which was found to be of generic importance, was investigated in a series of conventional mixed cationic-anionic surfactant systems. On the basis of the investigations of turbidity, dynamic light scattering, transmission electron microscopy, and fluorescence resonance energy transfer, the formation of T-ASTP can be attributed to temperature-induced vesicle aggregation. Aggregated vesicles existed in the upper part, while the separated vesicles existed in the lower part. The phase separation temperature can be regulated by varying the surfactant composition or adding additives, such as d-sorbitol, urea, or NaBr. The hydrophobic interaction and cooperative effect between cationic and anionic surfactants played a significant role in the formation of T-ASTP.  相似文献

The geometrical rule of molecular packing parameters in a bolaamphiphile solution was tested with experimental results. By modifying the solution conditions to change the molecular packing parameters, the morphology of the aggregate was successfully manipulated in a single-chain bolaamphiphile, disodium phenyl-1,4-bis (oxyhexanoate) (i.e., C6PhC6Na2 solution). Micelle-vesicle-tube transformation was observed by changing the pH and the addition of NaBr or octanol. In the mixed systems of oppositely charged bola/surfactants, the molecular packing parameter's role is related to the mixing ratio.  相似文献

Poly-anionic deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) was accumulated on the positively charged surface of carbon ionic liquid electrode (CILE) with N-butylpyridinium hexafluorophosphate (BPPF6) as binder, and then myoglobin (Mb) was immobilized onto the DNA film by electrostatic interaction to form Mb/DNA/CILE electrode. The direct electrochemistry of Mb was then investigated in detail. A pair of well-defined, quasi-reversible cyclic voltammetric peaks of Mb was obtained with the formal potentials (E0′) at ?0.304 V (vs. SCE) in phosphate buffer solution (PBS, pH 7.0). The Mb/DNA/CILE electrode showed excellent electrocatalytic activity to H2O2 and trichloroacetic acid (TCA) in the range of 1.0–160 μmol/L and 0.5–40.0 mmol/L, respectively. The apparent Michaelis–Menten constants (KM) toward H2O2 and TCA were calculated as 0.42 and 0.82 mmol/L. So, the DNA/CILE had potential to study other proteins.  相似文献

土壤是森林生态系统的重要组成部分,对森林生物多样性和生态功能的维持具有不可替代的作用.据此,本研究以千岛湖地区大陆35个样方和29个不同大小和隔离度的陆桥岛屿次生马尾松林土壤为研究对象,分析了生境片段化对土壤理化性质的影响.研究发现,大陆马尾松林土壤厚度显著高于岛屿,而其土壤最大持水量显著低于岛屿;大陆土壤的全磷(P)显著低于岛屿,而土壤有效磷(AP)和硝态氮(NO3-N)显著高于岛屿.在片段化的岛屿生境中,土壤C、N、P、NO3-N、AP随与边缘距离的增大而降低;隔离度和地形对部分土壤理化因子有影响,而岛屿面积对土壤理化性质无影响.土壤理化因子和植物群落多样性存在显著相关性.生境片段化改变了千岛湖地区马尾松林的土壤条件,而边缘效应是影响片段化生境中土壤性质空间分布的主要过程之一.通过分析片段化景观中土壤理化性质的空间分布格局及其影响因素,深化了生境片段化对土壤条件影响的认识,对于片段化森林管理措施的制定具有重要意义.  相似文献

The process of amorphous silica clusters impact on a crystal silicon substrate is studied by molecular dynamics simulation, focusing on the energy transfer between clusters and the substrate under different impact conditions such as cluster size, impact velocity, and incidence angle. The impact process is divided into cluster deformation stage, cluster resilience stage, and cluster rebound stage according to the courses of energy change during the impact process. The simulation elucidates that the time of impact process of every cluster is only related to cluster size and is independent of impact velocity and incidence angle. The translational energy loss of the cluster and the potential energy increment of the substrate during cluster deformation stage, and the dissipation energy of system are independent of cluster size under the same impact energy and incidence angle. And the translational energy loss of the cluster during cluster rebound stage changes from energy absorption to energy release after the incidence angle becomes more than 60°. The rotational energy of the cluster may be omitted when the incidence angle is less than 15°. The ratios of the rotational energy increment of the cluster, the kinetic energy increment, and the potential energy increment of the substrate to the translational energy loss of the cluster are obviously influenced by impact conditions. And the ratios of the increment of the other categories of energy to the translational energy loss of the cluster are not sensitive to impact conditions.  相似文献

从分析激光在大气湍流场中的传输方程出发,忽略系统中的其它噪声,仅考虑由大气喘流引起的系统误码率,讨论了激光信号在传输过程中的振幅起伏以及强度起伏;推导出由大气湍流引起的光强起伏和系统误码率的关系,结果表明:在弱起伏条件下,对于系统误码率为10-9以下的要求,光强起伏应小于0.67;随着湍流强度C2n的增大,误码率增加很快;采用长波长的激光进行传输可以有效地降低系统误码率.  相似文献

The energy of a graph is the sum of the absolute values of the eigenvalues of the graph. In a paper [G. Caporossi, D. Cvetkovi, I. Gutman, P. Hansen, Variable neighborhood search for extremal graphs. 2. Finding graphs with external energy, J. Chem. Inf. Comput. Sci. 39 (1999) 984-996] Caporossi et al. conjectured that among all connected graphs G with n≥6 vertices and n−1≤m≤2(n−2) edges, the graphs with minimum energy are the star Sn with mn+1 additional edges all connected to the same vertices for mn+⌊(n−7)/2⌋, and the bipartite graph with two vertices on one side, one of which is connected to all vertices on the other side, otherwise. The conjecture is proved to be true for m=n−1,2(n−2) in the same paper by Caporossi et al. themselves, and for m=n by Hou in [Y. Hou, Unicyclic graphs with minimal energy, J. Math. Chem. 29 (2001) 163-168]. In this paper, we give a complete solution for the second part of the conjecture on bipartite graphs. Moreover, we determine the graph with the second-minimal energy in all connected bipartite graphs with n vertices and edges.  相似文献

The transition from vesicles to tubelike structures has been studied in mixed systems of cationic bolaamphiphile BPHTAB [biphenyl-4,4'-bis(oxyhexamethylenetrimethylammonium bromide)] and its oppositely charged conventional surfactants with transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and dynamic light scattering (DLS). This transition can be attributed to the fact that tube-like structures are more stable aggregates than vesicles because of the special molecular packing in the aggregates of the mixed systems. The effects of temperature and salt addition on this transition have also been investigated, and the rate of the transition was found to be strongly dependent on temperature. Addition of the appropriate amount of NaBr will accelerate the transition from vesicles to tube-like structures, but the vesicles will transform into micelles at higher salt concentration. Moreover, the micelle-vesicle transition can be realized by addition of n-octanol in the mixed system of BPHTAB/sodium caprate (SC) at higher salt concentrations.  相似文献

过渡金属催化的碳亲核试剂对氧/氮杂苯并降冰片烯的开环反应是合成氢化萘衍生物的有效方法之一. 在该类反应中, 采用末端炔烃作为碳亲核试剂在反应操作、底物适用范围等多个方面都具有已报道的各种有机金属亲核试剂所不具备的优势. 目前, 对末端炔烃与氧/氮杂苯并降冰片烯的开环反应的研究进展有限, 只有Ni(dppe)Cl2/ZnCl2/Zn和手性的Rh两种催化体系被应用到该类反应当中, 但都面临一些不足. 为该类反应开发简单有效的新型催化体系仍然具有重要的意义和价值. 我们通过研究发现: PdCl2与Xantphos的配合物是芳基乙炔对氧/氮杂苯并降冰片烯亲核开环反应的有效催化剂. 在优化后的反应条件下, 该Pd催化剂具有良好的催化活性和底物适应能力, 能够实现各种取代的芳基乙炔对氧/氮杂苯并降冰片烯的亲核加成, 并以较好的收率生成目标开环产物.  相似文献
