Janus molecular architectures have recently attracted attention due to their structures and properties that differ from those of traditional symmetric structures. Herein, two new small redox-reversible mixed-dendron star-shape molecules containing three ferrocenyl groups have been synthesized by linking two distinct dendrons using an esterification reaction. These organometallic nano structures were characterized by 1H and 13C NMR, MS, IR and UV–vis. spectroscopies and cyclic voltammetry confirming the number of ferrocenyl groups and AFM and DLS showing micellar assemblies. Au and Ag nanoparticles were stabilized in the presence of a mixed-dendron structure having amidoferrocene termini upon reaction of the nanoparticle metal precursor with NaBH4. Compared reactions of the two star-molecules with HAuCl4 showed a slow redox reaction leading to Au nanoparticles only with the star-molecule terminated with triazolyferrocene termini, which is taken into account by the difference of their redox potentials. 相似文献

We demonstrate a facile approach for smart time‐saving extraction of active components of rutin and rhoifolin by a new kind of magnetic particles (MPs). The inorganic borate functionalized magnetic particles are quasi‐spherical with an average diameter of 200–220 nm. The MPs were characterized by scanning electron microscopy and X‐ray diffraction techniques. The inorganic boron content in MPs was confirmed by electron‐dispersive X‐ray spectroscopy. The extraction and release efficiency of MPs were investigated. The smart borate‐decorated magnetic particles show a specific extraction towards the active components containing cis‐1,2 diol moieties. Rutin and rhoifolin were extracted at 16.55 and 22.49 mg/g, respectively. The recycling test shows that MPs can be reused and maintain a significant efficiency for seven cycles. Hence, a novel structured and reusable magnetic nanomaterial for extracting rutin and rhoifolin was developed. This strategy of specific extraction will be an important method to obtain the active components with some structure features through designing various structured particles. 相似文献

探索使用近红外反射和透射光谱法(波长范围908.1~1 677.2 nm)鉴定玉米杂交种纯度,并对两种方法进行比较。对光谱进行一阶导数、矢量归一化的预处理后,使用主成分分析(PCA)和正交线性判别分析(OLDA)提取光谱特征,使用支持向量机(SVM)分别建立两个玉米品种(农华101和京玉16)的种子纯度鉴定模型。反射近红外光谱建立的农华101和京玉16的正确鉴定率分别为100%和90%。但反射光谱法受种子摆放位置的影响很大,胚面和非胚面光谱有较大差异。透射光谱法建立的京玉16和农华101纯度鉴定模型的正确鉴定率均为98%,胚面和非胚面的光谱相似度很高。结果表明,利用近红外反射和透射光谱法鉴定玉米杂交种纯度是可行的;透射光谱法更适于分析单籽粒玉米种子。 相似文献

The Raman spectra of DNA in different levels of vitamin C with 10- and 30-min ultraviolet (UV) radiations were reported. The intensity of UV radiation was 18.68 W/m2. The experimental results proved that vitamin C could alone prevent UV radiation from damaging DNA, but the effects depended on the concentration of vitamin C. When the concentration of vitamin C was about 0.08-0.4 mmol/L, vitamin C decreased UV radiation-induced DNA's damage. When the concentration of vitamin C exceeded 0.4 mmol/L, vitamin C accelerated DNA's damage instead. Maybe the reason is that when DNA in aqueous solution is radiated by UV, free radicals come into being, and vitamin C can scavenge free radicals, so vitamin C in lower concentration can protect DNA. The quantity of free radicals is finite, when vitamin C is superfluous, free radicals have been scavenged absolutely and vitamin C is residual. Vitamin C is a strong reductant. When the mixture of DNA and residual vitamin C is radiated by UV, vitamin C reacts with DNA. The more residual vitamin C and the longer time of UV radiation, the more DNA is damaged. 相似文献

采用射频磁控溅射法结合高真空后退火处理,在MgO(001)单晶基片上制备了Pt薄膜.应用脉冲激光沉积法在Pt/MgO上进一步生长了Ba0.6Sr0.4TiO3(BST)薄膜.借助X射线衍射仪(XRD)、铁电测试仪、LCR表研究了BST/Pt/MgO的结构和性能.研究发现,700 ℃真空退火可以保证Pt薄膜在MgO基片上实现(001)高度择优生长,以(001)Pt薄膜为模板,可以进一步获得(001)高度择优取向具有铁电性能BST薄膜.在100 Hz测试频率下,BST薄膜最大介电常数为1100、调谐率为81;、品质因数为21;在7 V的电压下,漏电流密度1.85×10-5 A/cm2,进一步分析表明,BST薄膜在0~2.6 V之间满足欧姆导电机制,在2.6~7 V之间满足普尔-弗兰克导电机制. 相似文献

A series of liquid crystalline copolyesters (LCPs) with different concentrations of a photocrosslinking moiety have been synthesized by random polycondensation with 4,4′‐bis(6‐hydroxyhexyloxy)biphenyl, 2‐phenylsuccinic acid, and 4‐(6‐hydroxyhexyloxy)cinnamic acid (6HCA). Multifunctional monodomain liquid crystal networks (LCNs) with considerable and tunable actuation behavior are obtained by postphotocrosslinking. The influence of the photocrosslinking moiety on the phase transition behavior of the LCP and actuation behavior of the LCN has been investigated. The results suggest that incorporating 6HCA suppresses the smectic phase of the LCP and decreases the nematic‐isotropic phase transition temperature. Moreover, the starting actuation temperature of the LCN decreases from 55 to 40 °C as the 6HCA reached 50%. In addition, the actuation force and storage modulus of the LCN actuators are enhanced by incorporating a high concentration of 6HCA. A 1.64 MPa contractile force can be achieved, and it can lift burdens 1300 times heavier than its weight when 50% 6HCA is incorporated into the LCP. © 2019 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J. Polym.
