A method of capillary electrophoresis with wall-jet amperometric detection (AD) has been developed for separation and determination of l-tyrosine (Tyr) and its metabolites, such as Tyramine (TA), p-hydroxyphenylpyruvic (pHPP), homogentisic acid (HGA) and some dipeptides containing Tyr, such as Tyr-Gly-Gly (YGG), Tyr-Arg (YR) and Tyr-d-Arg (Y-d-R). A carbon disk electrode was used as the working electrode and the optimal detection potential was 1.00 V (versus Ag/AgCl). At 18 kV of applied voltage, the seven compounds were completely separated within 20 min in 110 × 10−3 mol/L Na2HPO4–NaH2PO4 buffer (pH 7.10) containing 3 × 10−3 mol/L β-cyclodextrin (β-CD). Good linear relationship was obtained for all analytes and the detection limits of seven analytes were in the range of 0.95–4.25 ng/mL. The proposed method has been applied to examine the metabolic process of l-tyrosine in rabbit's urine.  相似文献

The structure-directing effect of amine has been observed in the ionothermal synthesis of aluminophosphate molecular sieves in 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium bromide ionic liquid. The seven different amines we tested have an influence on the crystallization dynamics and the final product, leading to the formation of pure AFI and ATV structures.  相似文献

A series of large, rigid, new, well-defined, D-pi-B-A compounds with three chromophores (truxene moieties at the core, conjugated oligothiophenes as the branch bridges, and [60]pyrrolidinofullerene (C60) segments as the end-capped groups) have been facilely developed in this contribution. Oligothiophene-functionalized truxene derivatives 1-29 are prepared by the Suzuki, the Sonogashira, and the Negishi cross-coupling reactions catalyzed by Pd(PPh3)4 as well as the McMurry reaction, respectively. The 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition of the oligomers with C60 and N-methylglycine yields a new family of star-shaped D-pi-B-A derivatives end-capped with pyrrolidinofullerene moieties as the active materials for photovoltaic devices in which one, two, three, or four C60 moieties are allocated at the peripheral position of well-defined compounds, respectively. We also investigate the UV-vis and photoluminescence behaviors of these pyrrolidinofullerene-functionalized derivatives. The emission is obviously quenched after the inducement of the C60 moieties. We also observe that the emission intensity is decreased with the increase in the number of C60 moieties.  相似文献

Nine novel triterpene dilactones with an unprecedented rearranged pentacyclic skeleton, longipedlactones A-I (1-9), have been isolated from the leaves and stems of Kadsura longipedunculata Finet et Gagnep (Schisandraceae). Their structures were determined on the basis of comprehensive spectroscopic analysis and single-crystal X-ray structure determination. A biogenetic pathway for longipedlactone A (1) was also proposed. Compounds 1-3, 6, and 8 showed significant cytotoxicity against A549, with HT-29 and K562 cell lines having IC50 values of 0.84-11.38 μM in vitro.  相似文献

A liquid chromatography-electrospray ionization mass spectrometry (LC-ESI-MS) method was developed and validated for the assay of glucosamine sulfate in human plasma. Plasma proteins were precipitated by acetonitrile, followed by vortex mixing and centrifugation. The supernatant was transferred and derivatized with phenyl iso-thiocyanate in acetonitrile at 60 degrees C for 40 min. Chromatographic separation was performed on a C(18) column (Inertsil ODS-3 150 x 2.1 mm i.d., 5 microm, JP) with a mobile phase gradient consisting of 0.2% acetic acid (aqueous) and methanol at a flow-rate of 0.3 mL/min. MS detection using electrospray ionization (ESI) as an interface was used in single ion monitoring mode to determine positive ions at m/z 297. This method was shown to be selective and sensitive for glucosamine sulfate. The limit of detection was 35 ng/mL for glucosamine sulfate in plasma and the linear range was 0.1-20 microg/mL in plasma with a correlation coefficient (r) of 0.9991. The relative standard deviations (RSDs) of intra-day and inter-day assays were 8.7-11.4 and 9.8-12.6%, respectively. Extraction recoveries of glucosamine sulfate in plasma were greater than 73%. This method proved to be simple, reproducible and feasible for pharmacokinetic studies of glucosamine sulfate in healthy volunteers after a single oral administration (1500 mg). The pharmacokinetic parameters and relative bioavailabilities were investigated for both domestic glucosamine sulfate tablet and capsule preparations compared with an imported capsule product.  相似文献

针对窄线宽激光器输出谱线窄,难以被锁定的情况,利用F-P腔特有极窄线宽、高精细度特性对激光器谱线线宽实施压窄及频率锁定。通过设计实验方案并搭建锁频测试平台,利用F-P腔外部光反馈将窄线宽半导体激光器线宽压窄来提高锁频精度。通过监测正弦波调制下F-P腔对于4种不同直流电压下激光PZT扫频段的透射谱线,并对其分别进行解调和锁频精度测试,得到直流高压放大器电压为73 V时对窄线宽激光器进行扫频,激光器反馈锁频精度最高可达1.5 MHz。  相似文献

An inclined spray chamber with four multiple nozzles to cool a 1 kW 6U electronic test card has been designed and tested in this study. The multiple inclined sprays can cover the same heated surface area as that with the multiple normal sprays but halve the volume of the spray chamber. The spray cooling system used R134a as a working fluid in a modified refrigeration cycle. It is observed that increasing mass flow rate and pressure drop across the nozzles improved the heat transfer coefficient with a maximum enhancement of 117 %, and reduced the maximum temperature difference at the heated surface from 13.8 to 8.4 °C in the inclined spray chamber with a heat flux of 5.25 W/cm2, while the heat transfer coefficient of the normal spray increased with a maximum enhancement of 215 % and the maximum temperature difference decreased from 10.8 to 5.4 °C under similar operating conditions. We conclude that the multiple inclined sprays could produce a higher heat transfer coefficient but with an increase in non-uniformity of the surface temperature compared with the multiple normal sprays.  相似文献

采用表面接枝硅烷偶联剂法将硼酸负载在可膨胀石墨(EG)表面制得了改性EG(MEG), 并考察了MEG在硬质聚氨酯泡沫(RPUF)中的阻燃性能. 利用扫描电子显微镜、 X射线光电子能谱、 傅里叶变换红外光谱、 膨胀试验及热失重分析对MEG进行了形貌、 元素组成及结构性能表征, 通过热失重分析、 极限氧指数(LOI)及锥形量热仪考察了RPUF/MEG的热稳定性及燃烧性能. 结果表明, 硼硅化合物作为硅硼陶瓷前驱体已负载在EG表面; MEG及RPUF/MEG体系膨胀炭层更为致密, 800 ℃时的残余量分别较EG和RPUF/EG提高了8.7%和3.7%; RPUF/MEG体系的LOI较RPUF/EG有所提高, 热释放速率峰值降低了10%, 产烟速率及CO生成速率均显著降低. RPUF/MEG阻燃性能的提高与MEG负载的硅硼陶瓷前驱体促进了阻燃RPUF各组分间的相互作用及增强了炭层的阻隔性有关.  相似文献

Magnetic and optical properties of ZnO co-doped with transition metal and carbon have been investigated using density functional theory based on first-principles ultrasoft pseudopoten-tial method. Upon co-doping with transition metal (TM) and carbon, the calculated results show a shift in the Fermi level and a remarkable change in the covalency of ZnO. Such cases energetically favor ferromagnetic semiconductor with high Curie temperature due to p-d exchange interaction between TM ions and holes induced by C doping. The total en-ergy difference between the ferromagnetic and the antiferromagnetic configurations, spatial charge and spin density, which determine the magnetic ordering, were calculated in co-doped systems for further analysis of magnetic properties. It was also discovered that optical prop-erties in the higher energy region remain relatively unchanged while those at the low energyregion are changed after the co-doping. These changes of optical properties are qualitatively explained based on the calculated electronic structure. The validity of our calculation in comparison with other theoretical predictions will further motivate the experimental inves-tigation of (TM, C) co-doped ZnO diluted magnetic semiconductors.  相似文献
