This paper presents the influences of structural parameters on the immunity of short-channel effects in grooved-gate n-channel metal-oxide-semiconductor field effect transistor (nMOSFET) using the simulator PISCES-II. The zero or negative groove-junction depth is beneficial to the improvement of the threshold characters, but there exists a limited range. The doping concentration of both substrate and channel has a significant influence on the threshold characters as well as on the device transconductance. Thus, the variation in these adjustable parameters may help to optimize the device design. 相似文献

The effects of enteral nutrition containing long chain triglycerides(LCT)and medium chain triglycerides(MCT)or L-arginine(Arg)on fat absorbability,serum free fatty acid profiles and intestinal morphology in rats withshort-bowel syndrome(SBS)were studied using gas chromatography.Twenty-eight Sprague-Dawley rats wererandomly assigned to 4 groups:sham operation fed with LCT as control;85% small bowel resection fed with LCT,MCT/LCT,and Arg/LCT,respectively.SBS rats showed a decrease of fat absorptivity.Enteral nutrition supple-mented with MCT could increase fat absorptivity.L-Arginine enhanced enteral nutrition was associated with theelevation of fat absorptivity,possibly due to its enterotrophic effect on remnant small bowel mucosa.LCT groupshowed a significant deficiency of total free fatty acid and the decreased essential fatty acid content,which was im-proved in other two SBS groups. 相似文献

We study the weak antilocalization (WAL) effect in topological insulator Bi(2)Te(3) thin films at low temperatures. The two-dimensional WAL effect associated with surface carriers is revealed in the tilted magnetic field dependence of magnetoconductance. Our data demonstrate that the observed WAL is robust against deposition of nonmagnetic Au impurities on the surface of the thin films, but it is quenched by the deposition of magnetic Fe impurities which destroy the π Berry phase of the topological surface states. The magnetoconductance data of a 5 nm Bi(2)Te(3) film suggests that a crossover from symplectic to unitary classes is observed with the deposition of Fe impurities. 相似文献

A suitable method that allows, for the first time, the simultaneous determination of nine antibiotics which may help the therapy of acne vulgaris by rapid liquid chromatography with diode array detection in 7 min is presented in this work. An SB RP18 (50 × 4.6 mm; 1.8 μm particle size) column was used with the mobile phase consisting of a mixture of 0.1 mol L?1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate (pH 2.5) and acetonitrile at the gradient elution program. The correlation coefficients were all above 0.9999 in the linear range between 4–100 μg mL?1, the average spiked recoveries (n = 6) were 92.2–103.2% with RSD ranging from 0.04 to 4.5% depending on the target analytes. The method detection limits were in the range of 0.02–0.2 μg mL?1 in anti-acne cosmetics. The analysis of real cosmetic preparations demonstrated the fitness for the whole analytical procedure. The proposed method appeared therefore as a sound alternative for official testing method, which could overcome the general problems of time consuming, lack of the specificity and precision difficulty. 相似文献
