It is difficult to detect glucose by surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS) due to the small normal Raman cross-section and the weak adsorption of glucose molecules on the surface of noble metal. A simple and fast method is proposed in this paper for the detection of glucose based on SERS signal of the enzyme reaction product and the difficulties have been circumvented. Gold colloids modified by horseradish peroxidase and glucose oxidase (HRP/GOD-gold colloids) are added to the mixture of o-phenylenediamine and glucose, and the resulting solution is allowed to react at room temperature for 5 min. Azoaniline, an azo compound with strong Raman scattering, is generated and the Raman scattering of this reaction product is enhanced when adsorbed on gold colloids. The intensity of the SERS spectrum is used for assessment of glucose content. The dynamic signal range provided by this analytical system is 0.50-32 mM, which covers the normal clinical range for glucose in blood from 3.5 to 6.1 mM. The detection limit is about 0.46 mM. The interference effect of several proteins on glucose detection is also investigated and has shown to have no effect on the measurement of glucose by the described technique.  相似文献

Thirteen normal and modified nucleosides, primarily degradation products of transfer ribonucleic acid (tRNA), were evaluated as potential tumor markers for cancer patients. Their urinary concentrations were determined by means of micellar electrokinetic capillary chromatography (MEKC) in the urine from 54 healthy adults and 70 cancer patients, then quantitatively expressed as a function of creatinine excretion. It was found that urinary nucleosides for cancer patients were on the average significantly higher than those for healthy controls, however, no significant differences were found between male and female or between different ages. Based on 13 urinary nucleoside concentrations, principal component analysis (PCA) could be used to classify 72% of cancer patients from the healthy controls. The present study shows that the precise measurement of urinary nucleosides by MEKC in combining with PCA technique may provide a clinically useful approach for diagnosis of cancer.  相似文献

碱土金属掺杂纳米TiO2催化剂的制备与光催化活性的评价   总被引:8,自引:0,他引:8  
The nanometer TiO2 were prepared by the hydrolyze-gel method and fellowed by doping alkaline-earth metals (Mg, Ca, Sr, Ba). XRD, SEM, diffuse reflection spectra were used to investigate their characteristices. The result indicates that the average particles size of the TiO2 is about 80 nm and keep uniformity in distributing. The product was mainly anatase in 300~400 ℃ calcinations, the einstein shift of absorption spectrum was observed after doping the alkaline-earth metals. The best mole percentages of Mg, Ca, Sr and Ba are 0.5%, 1.0%, 1.5%, 1.5% respectively. Under the same reaction conditions, it is more effective to the UV-catalyed degradation reaction that the catalysts containing Mg and Ca were calcined at 300 ℃ for 1h or containing Sr and Ba were calcined at 400 ℃ for 1 h. The photocatalystic activity is considerably depondent on pH and the concentration of the oxidant. Using the sunlight to do the degradation experimental, the result also show that the doping catalysts has higher degradation efficiency than that of pure TiO2.  相似文献

Environmental pollution caused by toxic metals (heavy metals, radioactive metals, etc.) is one of the major global issues, thus removal of toxic metals from contaminated water seems to be particularly important. On the other hand, the recovery and enrichment of metals, especially noble metals, from waste water is also crucial. To address these issues, nanotechnology plays an essential role in environmental monitoring and pollution control. To remove metals from contaminated water, or enrich metals from waste water, carbon nanotubes (CNTs) and their composites have attracted great attention due to their excellent adsorption performance. The removal efficiency for metal ions by CNTs was observed aroud 10–80 %, which could be improved to approach 100 % by selectively functionalizing CNTs with organic ligands. Herein, we review the applications of CNTs in treatment of toxic metal-containing wastewater for environmental monitoring and metals recovery. Due to their higher sensitivity and selectivity towards the enrichment of metals or detection of toxic metal pollution of the environment, and the latest research progress of using CNT composites for metal treatment is also discussed.  相似文献

采用水热和溶胶-凝胶相结合的方法,制备了具有良好电化学性能的新型多壁碳纳米管-Na3V2(PO43(MWCNT-NVP)复合材料(MWCNT的质量分数为8.74%). 通过场发射扫描电子显微镜表征可知,MWCNT分散在NVP纳米颗粒之间,并起到“电子导电线”的作用. 与纯Na3V2(PO43相比,MWCNT-NVP具有更高的比容量和更优异的循环性能. 在0.2C(35.2 mA·g-1)的电流密度下,3.0-4.5 V的电压范围内,MWCNT-NVP的初始比容量为82.2 mAh·g-1. 循环100次以后,比容量为72.3 mAh·g-1. 在1.0-3.0 V充放电时,MWCNT-NVP的初始容量为100.6 mAh·g-1. 100次循环以后,其容量保持率高达90%. 同时,交流阻抗测试表明,由于MWCNT的存在,MWCNT-NVP的导电性有了显著的提高. 以上结果表明,MWCNT-NVP是一种良好的锂离子电池电极材料.  相似文献

第一性原理计算研究发现由于二维TiC单原子层具有高的比表面积与大量的暴露在表面的Ti原子,其是一种非常有潜力的储氢材料.计算结果显示H2可以在二维TiC单原子层表面进行物理吸附与化学吸附.其中化学吸附能为每个氢分子0.36 eV,物理吸附能是每个氢分子0.09 eV.覆盖度为1和1/4层(ML)时,H2分子在二维TiC单原子层表面的离解势垒分别为1.12和0.33 eV.因此,除了物理吸附与化学吸附,TiC表面还存在H单原子吸附.最大的H2储存率可以达到7.69%(质量分数).其中,离解的H原子、化学吸附的H2、物理吸附的H2的储存率分别为1.54%、3.07%、3.07%.符合Kubas吸附特征的储存率为3.07%.化学吸附能随覆盖度的变化非常小,这有利于H2分子的吸附与释放.  相似文献

Two new metal–organic frameworks (MOFs), namely, three‐dimensional poly[diaquabis{μ2‐1,4‐bis[(2‐methyl‐1H‐imidazol‐1‐yl)methyl]benzene}bis(μ2‐glutarato)dinickel(II)] monohydrate], {[Ni2(C5H6O4)2(C16H18N4)2(H2O)2]·H2O}n or {[Ni2(Glu)2(1,4‐mbix)2(H2O)2]·H2O}n, ( I ), and two‐dimensional poly[[{μ2‐1,4‐bis[(2‐methyl‐1H‐imidazol‐1‐yl)methyl]benzene}(μ2‐glutarato)zinc(II)] tetrahydrate], {[Zn(C5H6O4)(C16H18N4)]·4H2O}n or {[Zn(Glu)(1,4‐mbix)]·4H2O}n ( II ), have been synthesized hydrothermally using glutarate (Glu2?) mixed with 1,4‐bis[(2‐methyl‐1H‐imidazol‐1‐yl)methyl]benzene (1,4‐mbix), and characterized by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction, IR and UV–Vis spectroscopy, powder X‐ray diffraction, and thermogravimetric and photoluminescence analyses. NiII MOF ( I ) shows a 4‐connected 3D framework with point symbol 66, but is not a typical dia network. ZnII MOF ( II ) displays a two‐dimensional 44‐ sql network with one‐dimensional water chains penetrating the grids along the c direction. The solid‐state photoluminescence analysis of ( II ) was performed at room temperature and the MOF exhibits highly selective sensing toward Fe3+ and Cr2O72? ions in aqueous solution.  相似文献

Through non-invasive monitoring the uptake of aniline vapor by active alumina in a differential adsorption bed (DAB) with near-infrared diffuse reflectance spectroscopy (NIR-DRS), we have studied several features of the adsorption, including isotherm, kinetics and the chemical state of aniline molecules in aniline-alumina system. What is perhaps more important, since the information above is obtained synchronously, the proposed methodology could provide information about the type of adsorption (chemical or physical adsorption), the change of chemical state of aniline in the system during the adsorption process, whether the chemical adsorption and physical adsorption took place simultaneously, the rate of the chemical and physical adsorption, and so on.  相似文献

为了方便地测量封有内靶的高能电子加速器束斑,采用了一种基于厚针孔成像技术的动态监测系统.本文给出了采用该系统在15MeV电子直线加速器束流打靶后的束斑测试结果,并简要介绍了成像原理和处理办法.通常的“三明治”方法需要冲洗X光胶片,整机调试时更要多次冲洗,效率较低.与之相比厚针孔成像方法可以实时成像,配合调机及时观察束斑的变化情况,使加速器参数调整有的放矢,提高了调机效率.  相似文献
