This paper analyses perturbations of Noether symmetry, Lie symmetry, and form invariance for super-long elastic slender rod systems. Criterion and structure equations of the symmetries after disturbance are proposed. 逆转换是影响光参量变换转换效率、参量光光束质量以及参量光输出稳定性的关键因素,随光斑分布和时间变化,逆转换现象很难消除.文中分析了光参量变换过程中的逆转换问题,研究了影响逆转换的关键因素.分析得出,适当的晶体长度、优化的抽运光斑截面类型、合适的谐振腔参数(对于振荡器)有利于降低逆转换,提高参量转换效率,改善参量光光束质量.根据理论分析结果,设计了脉冲砷酸钛氧钾(KTA)光参量振荡器,实验获得了270 mJ信号光和150 mJ闲频光输出,有效地抑制了逆转换的影响,参量转化效率达到了43%.

针对一类受扰不确定离散非线性混沌系统,提出了基于免疫动态微粒群优化策略的ADRC与CMAC神经网络并行控制方法(ADRC-CMAC).ADRC控制器抑制系统扰动,保证系统的稳定性;CMAC神经网络控制器实现前馈控制保证系统的控制精度和响应速度.利用动态免疫微粒群算法对ADRC-CMAC并行控制器参数进行全局优化.实验结果表明该控制方法具有较快系统的响应速度,较好的抗干扰能力,控制精度高.

DNAzymes are a promising platform for metal ion detection, and a few DNAzyme-based sensors have been reported to detect metal ions inside cells. However, these methods required an influx of metal ions to increase their concentrations for detection. To address this major issue, the design of a catalytic hairpin assembly (CHA) reaction to amplify the signal from photocaged Na+-specific DNAzyme to detect endogenous Na+ inside cells is reported. Upon light activation and in the presence of Na+, the NaA43 DNAzyme cleaves its substrate strand and releases a product strand, which becomes an initiator that trigger the subsequent CHA amplification reaction. This strategy allows detection of endogenous Na+ inside cells, which has been demonstrated by both fluorescent imaging of individual cells and flow cytometry of the whole cell population. This method can be generally applied to detect other endogenous metal ions and thus contribute to deeper understanding of the role of metal ions in biological systems. 相似文献

氧化锌(ZnO) 纳米材料因其在UV 激光器、发光二极管、太阳能电池、稀磁半导体、生物荧光标示、靶向药物等领域中的广泛应用而成为最热门的研究课题之一. 调节和优化ZnO 纳米结构的性质是ZnO 的实际应用迫切所需. 在此, 通过发展聚乙烯吡咯烷酮导向结晶法、微波加热强制水解法、表面活性剂后处理法, 成功地制备出了尺寸、表面电荷或成分可调的球、半球、棒、管、T 型管、三脚架、片、齿轮、两层、多层、带盖罐子、碗等一系列ZnO 纳米结构. 通过简单地改变ZnO 纳米粒子的尺寸、形貌和表面电荷或成分, 有效地调控ZnO 本身的发光强度和位置, 并近90 倍地增强了荧光素染料的荧光强度; 诱使了强度可调的室温铁磁性; 实现了对ZnO纳米颗粒的细胞毒性的系统性调控. 相似文献

Two new types of conserved quantities deduced by Noether-Mei symmetry of nonholonomic mechanical system are studied. The definition and criterion of Noether-Mei symmetry for the system are given. A coordination function is introduced, and the conditions under which the Noether-Mei symmetry leads to the two types of conserved quantities and the forms of the two types of conserved quantities are obtained. An illustrative example is given. The coordination function can be selected according to the demand for finding the gauge function, and the choice of the coordination function has multiformity, so more conserved quantities deduced from Noether-Mei symmetry of mechanical system can be obtained. 相似文献

This paper presents the analytical and simulation responses of the closed orbit distortion in the SSRF storage ring to random and plane wave like magnet vibrations respectively. It is shown that the use of girder is very beneficial in the view of suppressing this response function. Effect of the independently supported gradient bending magnets to the closed orbit response is given. An analytic formula is written to give a rough estimate of the closed orbit distortion due to ground motion, taking into account the closed orbit response function and girder transfer function.
