Determination of inosine 5′-monophosphate and guanosine 5′-monophosphate in pig feed by capillary zone electrophoresis

A capillary zone clectrophoresis method was developed for the determination of IMP and GIMP, commonly used as flavor enhancers in poultry feed, in a real sample of complex composition. A baseline separation of inosine 5′-monophosphate and guanosine 5′-monophosphate was achieved within 10 min and the other components in the sample did not interfere with the separation. Quantitative results obtained from pig feed samples are presented. The separation conditions and experimental reproducibility are also discussed.     

有机硅耐磨透明涂层的固化分析

ＦＴＩＲ、ＴＧ、ＴＢＡ等对有机硅耐磨涂料（有机硅溶胶）的热固化过程研究表明有机硅胶体中缔合羟基间的脱水缩合速率很高；羟基脱水程度与固化温度有关，温度越高，达平衡时羟基的浓度越低，在１０５～１３０℃间羟基的浓度变化最大，加入适当的固化剂，对羟基的脱水交联有促进作用，在较高的固化温度下，反应体系中出现了环氧环异构化产生的酮羰基的吸收峰     

固相微萃取/二氧化锡气体传感器联用技术对果蔬中有机磷农药残留的快速检测

研究了固相微萃取(SPME)和二氧化锡气体传感器的联用技术对果蔬中有机磷农药残留乐果、氧乐果、甲胺磷、乙酰甲胺磷、马拉硫磷、敌百虫等的快速检测。结果表明，在85℃下，解吸8min，二氧化锡气体传感器在2min内完成对有机磷农药残留的快速检测。零解吸时间测量的甲胺磷的动态响应曲线表明。SPME／二氧化锡气体传感器联用技术对分析SPME的解吸平衡非常有利。     

多晶顺磁共振谱的拟合

对电子自旋1/2≤S<3.5,核自旋1/2≤I<4.5和配体少于10个的顺磁体系的多晶EPR谱的拟合进行研究。在VAX-11/785计算机上用FORTRAN语言建立EPR谱模拟程序包,计算了多个例子,获得较为满意的结果。     

苯基重氮盐-冠醚分子嵌合物的FAB-MS及其准分子离子生成机理的研究

Fast atom bombardment mass spectra of a series of arenediazonium salts with various substituents complexed with 18-crown-6 and dibenzo-24-crown-8 ethers were examined. The correlation between quasi-molecular ion abundance of various complexes and the properties, coordination ability of donor-acceptor linkages in the complexes were studied. By using molecular orbital calculation we have successfully demonstrated that the correlation cited is related to the electron cloud densities on the heteroatoms α-N and β-N of arenediazonium salts.     

Quantum chemistry investigation on the active site of Mn-SOD

In this paper, we carried out a theoretical study on the active site structures of the Mn-SOD with ab initio Hartree–Fock SCF method, and analyzed the molecular orbital energies, charges and atomic orbital contribution to the frontier molecular orbital.     

Preparation and optical properties of Eu(III) complexes J-aggregate formed on the surface of silver nanoparticles

Ag colloidal nanoparticles coated with Eu(TTA)₃ · 2H₂O complexes were prepared, and it was found that Eu(TTA)₃ · 2H₂O complexes J-aggregate was formed on the surface of Ag nanoparticles according to a red shift (18.2 nm) in UV–Vis spectra. However, there had similar excitation wavelength, which was attributed to existence of Ag nanoparticles. Highly luminescent properties of Ag colloidal nanoparticles were observed, and it was believed to result from low energy transfer between Eu(III) complexes and Ag and the large electromagnetic field arising from the excitation of surface plasmon polariton of Ag nanoparticles.     

Synthesis, crystal structure and spectroscopic properties of an unsymmetrical compound with carbazole and benzothiadiazole units

An unsymmetrical organic compound with carbazole (Cz) as donor and benzothiadiazole (BTD) as acceptor (D-π-A-π∗-D∗) was designed and synthesized via simple Heck reaction. The unique crystal structure of Cz-BTD-Cz∗ shows a ladder-like packing mode. A two molecule pair stacks parallelly with each other in each packing unit. In each cell, one Cz moiety is connected with BTD by vinylene bond in same plane. However, the other Cz group is connected to BTD by a one-end vinyl bond in almost perpendicular position to the coplanar part of the molecule. The shortest intermolecular plane distance is 3.48 ± 0.1 Å. The photophysical properties of Cz-BTD-Cz∗ in solution and in bulky crystalline powder state were studied. In bulk crystalline powder state, it has a red-shifted emission band peaked at 609 nm relative to that in solution, and the FWHM was reduced to only 58 nm. Electrochemical properties were also investigated.     

萃取动力学光度法测定活化剂铝——铝(Ⅲ)-过氧化氢-铜(Ⅱ)-邻氨基酚/氯仿体系

研究了在pH 5.5的弱酸性介质中, 利用Al(Ⅲ)对Cu(Ⅱ)催化H2O2氧化邻氨基酚显色的指示反应的活化作用.用萃取平衡控制反应时间、水相中邻氨基酚的浓度和反应进行的程度.通过在424 nm下测量有机相的吸光度,建立了萃取催化光度法测定活化剂铝的新方法.方法的线性范围为0.004～0.25 mg/L,检出限为1.6×10 -6 g/L.用于水样和茶叶中铝含量的测定,结果满意.     

Molecularly imprinted solid-phase extraction of (-)-ephedrine from Chinese Ephedra

Method of molecularly imprinted solid phase extraction (MISPE) of (-)-ephedrine from Chinese Ephedra has been developed in the research. The molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) with good selectivity and affinity for (-)-ephedrine was synthesized with (-)-ephedrine as the template, methacrylic acid as the functional monomer. The washing and elution conditions in MISPE were selected and optimized for efficient analyte extraction and sample clean-up. A clean analytical HPLC base line of ephedra extract was obtained after MISPE, which indicated that the sample pre-treatment was efficient. Good recovery and precision were obtained in the assessment for the MISPE-HPLC procedure, which demonstrated it is a reliable method and can be used for the determination of (-)-ephedrine in herbal ephedra.
