Complexes in polymers IV. FTIR microscopic characterization of thin organic polymer films containing embedded transition-metal carbonyl complexes

Thin films of polystyrene (PS), poly(methyl methacrylate) (PMMA) and polystyrene-polyacrylonitrile copolymer (PS-AN), containing various embedded transition-metal complexes, have been studied by FTIR microscopy. The spatial distributions of the transition-metal carbonyl complexes throughout the thin organic polymer films have been determined by a two-dimensional IR mapping procedure. The spectral variations observed in the distribution of the metal carbonyls throughout the different polymer films are discussed. The IR data show that the technique used to prepare the organometallic-embedded thin films (viz. freeze-drying of solutions followed by hot mechanical pressing of the residues) does in general lead to homogeneous films which may eventually find industrial application, e.g. as membrane sensors for small molecules.     

Application of novel SIMS technique for imaging the active sites of oxygen reduction at the SOFC cathode/electrolyte interfaces

The oxygen reduction active sites were visualized around the O₂/SOFC cathode/electrolyte triple phase boundaries (TPB) by the¹⁶O/¹⁸O exchange techniques and secondary ion mass spectrometry (SIMS) analysis. The higher¹⁸O concentration is observed on the cathode top surfaces (La_0.9Sr_0.1MnO₃-mesh, Au-mesh, and Ag-porous), which suggested the promotion of oxygen adsorption and oxygen surface exchange at the cathode. The oxygen diffusion through the bulk of cathode occurred at the La_0.9Sr_0.1MnO₃-mesh and the Ag-porous cathodes, not at the Au-mesh cathode. On the YSZ surfaces after removing the cathode, the active sites for oxygen incorporation were analyzed by SIMS. The active sites for oxygen incorporation were at the La_0.9Sr_0.1MnO₃/YSZ interface as well as the TPB. On the other hand, the active sites for oxygen incorporation are limited to the TPB in the case of the Au-mesh removed YSZ surface. From the SIMS analysis, the expansion of the active sites for oxygen incorporation is less than a few μm from the TPB lines. Two New Ionone Derivatives from Rhododendron przewalskii Maxim

Two new ionone derivatives,named rhododendrone and rhododendronside,were isolated from the alcohoilc extract of the aerial parts of Rhododendron przwalskii Maxim.Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic analysis.

Superconvergence of discontinuous Galerkin finite element method for the stationary Navier‐Stokes equations

This article focuses on discontinuous Galerkin method for the two‐ or three‐dimensional stationary incompressible Navier‐Stokes equations. The velocity field is approximated by discontinuous locally solenoidal finite element, and the pressure is approximated by the standard conforming finite element. Then, superconvergence of nonconforming finite element approximations is applied by using least‐squares surface fitting for the stationary Navier‐Stokes equations. The method ameliorates the two noticeable disadvantages about the given finite element pair. On Donaldson’s flow of surfaces in a hyperkähler four-manifold

We prove some basic properties of Donaldson’s flow of surfaces in a hyperkähler 4-manifold. When the initial submanifold is symplectic with respect to one Kähler form and Lagrangian with respect to another, we show that certain kinds of singularities cannot form, and we prove a convergence result under a condition related to one considered by M.-T. Wang for the mean curvature flow.     

超重核266Hs形成截面的入射道依赖

计算和比较了²⁶Mg+²⁴⁴Cm, ²⁷Al+²⁴³Am和³²S+²³⁸U3个反应系统的俘获截面和复合核²⁷⁰Hs形成截面. 在俘获截面计算中, 考虑了靶核形变效应. 穿越库仑势垒后, 反应系统由熔合谷进入不对称裂变谷. 只有越过不对称裂变谷中的条件鞍点的事件才进入复合核组态. 我们用考虑中子流动和径向运动的二参量Smoluchowski扩散方程来处理中间阶段的动力学过程. 此外, 还计算了经4n蒸发形成超重核²⁶⁶Hs的截面. 研究表明, 入射道的势垒分布, 中间阶段的条件鞍点高度对俘获截面, 复合核形成几率, 以及最终的超重核形成截面有显著影响.     

双电子原子系统内电子云的变化

本文主要通过对形状密度的分析,研究了双电子原子系统的内电子云如何随外电子的运动而变化,考虑了外电子远离内电子云和靠近内电子云的情况。探讨了氦原子具有不同K-量子数的¹S^e态的几何特征和内部运动特征,探讨了能量转移机制和径-径(radial-radial)关联的细节。发现内电子云作为一个整体的运动和外电子的运动之间有强烈的关联。     

介绍一种二元阈值方法在股票指数上的应用

二元极值的阈值方法的一个发展是用来考虑两个变量的联合分布。这个方法是建立在二元极值的点过程表示法的基础上。本文用参数 (Logistic模型 )和非参数模型对 1992 1999年的上海、深圳日收盘指数对数收益进行分析并给出分析结果。     

关于两类重要微分不等式

本文研究了两类重要微分不等式有界解的性质。引入了赋范线性空间(f,‖‖M),利用比较定理和黎卡提方程解的性质,给出了有界解的上界估计式,推广和改进了文[1,2]中的有关结果.
