Thermal conductance for single wall carbon nanotubes

We report a theoretical analysis of the phonon thermal conductance, κ(T), for single wall carbon nanotubes (SWCN). In a range of low temperatues up to 100 K, κ(T) of perfect SWCN is found to increase with temperature, approximately, in a parabolic fashion. This is qualitatively consistent with recent experimental measurements where the tube-tube interactions are negligibly weak. When the carbon-carbon bond length is slightly varied, κ(T) is found to be qualitatively unaltered which implies that the anharmonic effect does not change the qualitative behavior of κ(T). 类型γ射线能谱指纹的识别机理

放射源的辐射指纹能起到标识和鉴别放射性物体的作用.在涉及核弹头不可逆销毁过程的深度核裁军核查中,核弹头的辐射指纹对标识和鉴别裁减下来的核弹头将起到关键作用.预先研究辐射指纹的有关技术,如识别机理的研究,将有助于深度核裁军的核弹头核查技术发展.以实验室放射源为研究对象,探索了类型γ射线能谱指纹的同一性识别机理.类型γ射线指纹识别机理的研究,就是要找出一种合适的方法,以较高的置信度,描述两个正在进行比较的γ射线指纹是否为同一放射源的指纹.采用了谱形比较法,并用谱相似度概念来描述两个指纹的相似程度.在谱形比较思想的指导下,编制了放射源类型指纹识别软件,并通过放射源同一性的识别实验验证了软件的有效性,同时研究了谱相似度随统计涨落和测量条件,如时间、源强和本底等因素的变化情况.研究结果表明:1)用相似度概念来描述两个指纹的相似程度,回答两个待比较的γ射线能谱是否代表同一类型放射源,是切实可行的;2)该识别机理只具备识别放射源类型的能力,而对同一类型、差异甚微的放射源个体还不能识别 关键词： γ射线能谱指纹 辐射指纹 识别机理 核查技术     

Sharp condition of global existence for second-order derivative nonlinear Schrödinger equations in two space dimensions

This paper discusses a class of second-order derivative nonlinear Schrödinger equations which are used to describe the upper-hybrid oscillation propagation. By establishing a variational problem, applying the potential well argument and the concavity method, we prove that there exists a sharp condition for global existence and blow-up of the solutions to the nonlinear Schrödinger equation. In addition, we also answer the question: how small are the initial data, the global solutions exist?     

GaAs/AlAs超晶格的近共振喇曼散射研究

本文介绍GaAs/AlAs超晶格的室温近共振喇曼散射测量结果。由于超晶格中Fr?hlich相互作用的共振增强效应,GaAs LO声子偶模的散射得到了很大的增强。和前人的结果一样,在偏振谱我们观察到了偶模。但和前人的结果不同,在退偏振谱中我们观察到的是奇模,而不是偶模。从而证明了在近共振条件下LO声子限制模仍遵从与非共振时一样的选择定则。二级喇曼散射实验结果表明,在偏振谱中二级谱是由两个偶模组合而成,而在退偏振谱中的二级谱与前人的结果不同,由一个奇模与一个偶模组合而成。上述结果与最近提出的黄朱模型的预言是一 关键词：     

KrF准分子激光激发掺锗光纤折射率扰动的非线性过程

本文采用了一种简单的功率监测法,观察了KrF准分子激光对掺锗光纤折射率影响的非线性过程。观察到子纤芯折射率扰动过程中非稳定现象、饱和现象和折射率扰动的非线性。     

带延迟约束单机排序的改进算法

给出了带延迟排序的一个改进启发式算法,从而解决了Wikum等提出的一个问题。并且此算法可以最优求解单位加工时间的问题,进一步对另一个问题,此算法亦被证明好于Wikum等原来的算法。     

Complexes in polymers IV. FTIR microscopic characterization of thin organic polymer films containing embedded transition-metal carbonyl complexes

Thin films of polystyrene (PS), poly(methyl methacrylate) (PMMA) and polystyrene-polyacrylonitrile copolymer (PS-AN), containing various embedded transition-metal complexes, have been studied by FTIR microscopy. The spatial distributions of the transition-metal carbonyl complexes throughout the thin organic polymer films have been determined by a two-dimensional IR mapping procedure. The spectral variations observed in the distribution of the metal carbonyls throughout the different polymer films are discussed. The IR data show that the technique used to prepare the organometallic-embedded thin films (viz. freeze-drying of solutions followed by hot mechanical pressing of the residues) does in general lead to homogeneous films which may eventually find industrial application, e.g. as membrane sensors for small molecules.

以Nd:MgO:LiNbO_3同时兼作激活介质和非线性光学材料,研究自倍频激光器。用小型氙灯泵浦,在室温下获得二次谐波激光(0.547μm) 阈值小于4.8'J,最大输出400μJ/shot,工作温度范围大于20℃～45℃,无光损伤。     

高维系统周期解的共振分支

本文利用Liapunov－Schmidt方法获得了高维自治系统在共振情况下决定周期解个数的分支函数，并通过计算分支函数的主项，分析分支函数的零点，研究了具两对共轭特征根的四维系统多个周期解的共振分支问题．     

Two New Diterpene Acetylxylosides from Aster veitchianus

Two new acetylxylosides,ent-manool-13-O-β-D-2′-acetylxylopyranoside(1)and entmanool-13-O-β-D-2′,4′-diacetylxylopyranoside(2)were isolated from Aster veitchianus.Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic methods.
