Dielectric relaxation analysis of starch oligomers and polymers with respect to their chain length

Starch belongs to the polyglucan group. This type of polysaccharide shows a broad β-relaxation process in dielectric spectra at low temperatures, which has its molecular origin in orientational motions of sugar rings via glucosidic linkages. This chain dynamic was investigated for α(1,4)-linked starch oligomers with well-defined chain lengths of 2, 3, 4, 6, and 7 anhydroglucose units (AGUs) and for α(1,4)-polyglucans with average degrees of polymerization of 5, 10, 56, 70, and so forth (up to 3000; calculated from the mean molecular weight). The activation energy (E_a) of the segmental chain motion was lowest for dimeric maltose (E_a = 49.4 ± 1.3 kJ/mol), and this was followed by passage through a maximum at a degree of polymerization of 6 (E_a = 60.8 ± 1.8 kJ/mol). Subsequently, E_a leveled off at a value of about 52 ± 1.5 kJ/mol for chains containing more than 100 repeating units. The results were compared with the values of cellulose-like oligomers and polymers bearing a β(1,4)-linkage. Interestingly, the shape of the E_a dependency on the chain length of the molecules was qualitatively the same for both systems, whereas quantitatively the starch-like substances generally showed higher E_a values. Additionally, and for comparison, three cyclodextrins were measured by dielectric relaxation spectroscopy. The ringlike molecules, with 6, 7, and 8 α(1,4)-linked AGUs, showed moderately different types of dielectric spectra. © 2003 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 研究了高Q腔内级联三能级原子与单模光场相互作用模型的腔场谱.结果表明,原子初态处于上能级时，随R=g2/g1的增大,真空场的拉比峰个数按2→6→4→2→4的规律变化，在R1时，所有的拉比峰都消失.在初始场较弱时,腔场谱可出现3峰、5峰或7峰.在初始场很强时,腔场谱中只有单一的经典共振峰.如果原子初态处在中能级且R=1,腔场谱为简单的对称双峰结构，与标准J-C模型的谱相似. 关键词： 级联三能级原子 单模光场 腔场谱     

半自由声场的全息重建和预测实验研究

半自由声场环境下的声源重建和声场预测研究对声全息技术走向实际应用具有非常重要的意义.在提出基于分布源边界点法的半自由声场全息重建和预测方法的基础上，对此展开了实验研究.并将重建和预测的结果与常规方法重建和预测的结果进行了比较和讨论，说明了重建预测过程中反射声压的影响和考虑反射声压的必要性，证明了所提出方法在解决半自由声场环境下存在地面反射时的声源重建和声场预测时的有效性和准确性.还提出了采用奇异值截断滤波和Tikhonov正则化方法来削弱测量误差的影响，从而进一步优化了重建结果，提高了全息成像的可信度. 关键词： 声全息 半自由场 边界点 声辐射 反射声     

稀土粉末Eu∶Y_2O_3的自由感应衰减量子拍

稀土固体是重要的激光和光电子材料。目前 ,由于以宽带信号和太赫兹比特数据传输率为特征的信息技术的发展 ,稀土固体材料的相干瞬态动力学过程成为宽带与高速信息光子学的基本物理问题之一。研究了室温下稀土粉末样品Eu3+ ∶Y2 O3自由感应衰减的相干瞬态光谱 ,这有助于理解有效的光吸收动力学、激发态弛豫、相干能量传递和超短光脉冲在稀土固体中的传播。用一对紫外飞秒相干光脉冲作用于稀土粉末样品Eu3+ ∶Y2 O3,然后监测物质激发态的布居数随两个激发脉冲之间的延时的变化 ,测量到其自由感应衰减量子拍 (FID) ,从拍频周期分析确定了其能级精细结构 ,能级的退相时间长达皮秒量级。理论分析和实验结果符合得很好。对稀土离子的量子干涉的研究 ,表明其在受激受控光放大方面具有潜在的应用前景     

Synthesis of New 13-O-Acylavermectin Bl Aglycones

Six new 13-O-acylavermectin Bl aglycones(3-8) were synthesized from avermectin B1 aglycone and their bioactivities were evaluated against Spodoptera exigua, Spodoptera eridania, Tetranychus urticae and Aphis fabae.     

A Novel Cardiac Glycoside from Parepigynum funingesis

From the dried aerial part ofParepigynumfuningesis Tsiang et P. T. Li (Apocynaceae),a new cardiac glucoside, named parefuningoside (1) had been isolated. Its structure was determined by means of hydrolysis and spectral analysis.     

Synthesis and Photocytotoxicity of Mono-functionalised Porphyrin with Valine Moiety

A mono-funtionalised tetraphenylporphyrin (TPP) bearing valine moiety at the phenyl ring was synthesized for photocytotoxicity examination in four steps, starting from regiospecific mono-nitration of TPP at the phenyl ring. The in vitro photocytotoxicitic effect against SPC-Al adenocarcinona cell line was tested.     

Crystal Structures of Two Potential Tumor Imaging Agents and Therapeutic Agents Copper（Ⅱ） Ternary Complexes with Salicylidene-tyrosinato Schiff Base and Nitrogen-donor Chelating Lewis Base

The crystal structures of two potential tumor imaging agents and therapeutic agents -copper(Ⅱ) complexes with salicylidene-tyrosinato Schiff base and nitrogen-donor chelating Lewis base, [Cu(sal-tyr)(bipy)] 1 and [Cu(sal-tyr)(phen)]2CH3OH 2 are presented. Our work is helpful to get deep understanding of novel 64Cu tumor imaging agents and therapeutic agents.     

用楔形柱面光纤微透镜耦合的1.3μm SOA组件

运用激光模式耦合理论分析了半导体光放大器(SOA)与单模通信光纤的连接损耗,并设计制作了楔形柱面光纤微透镜用来实现两者的模斑匹配,有效地降低了器件的光耦合损耗.本文介绍了楔形柱面光纤微透镜耦合的1.3 μm半导体光放大器(SOA)组件及其制作方法.该组件的最大增益不小于14 dB,其偏振灵敏度小于1 dB,增益波动不大于0.5 dB.     

全景图像几何畸变校正的算法研究及其软件实现

对于360°视场的全景图像,本文提出了分别对其进行切向和径向畸变校正的处理算法,并用插值处理提高处理精度。达到了将全景图像恢复为常规视场平面像的目的。它是进一步图像分析的前期工作。
