男性型秃发患者发中K,Na,Ca,Mg元素含量分析

采用火焰原子吸收法对３０例男性型秃发患者及３８例毛发健康男性对照者发中宏量元素Ｋ、Ｎａ、Ｃａ、Ｍｇ的含量进行了测定。结果表明，男性型秃发患者发Ｋ含量明显高于对照组，具有统计学上的显著差异（Ｐ〈０．０１）。发Ｎａ、Ｃａ、Ｍｇ含量在两组间未见显著差异（Ｐ〉０．０５）。本文提示，体内某些宏量元素变化对男性型秃发可能产生一定影响。     

Determination of inosine 5′-monophosphate and guanosine 5′-monophosphate in pig feed by capillary zone electrophoresis

A capillary zone clectrophoresis method was developed for the determination of IMP and GIMP, commonly used as flavor enhancers in poultry feed, in a real sample of complex composition. A baseline separation of inosine 5′-monophosphate and guanosine 5′-monophosphate was achieved within 10 min and the other components in the sample did not interfere with the separation. Quantitative results obtained from pig feed samples are presented. The separation conditions and experimental reproducibility are also discussed.     

Determination of catechol derivatives on pretreatment and copolymer coated glassy carbon electrode

A glassy carbon electrode was pretreated electrochemically and was coated with a copolymer of maleic acid anhydride attached with Eastman-AQ55D (MA/AQ). The voltammetric behavior of a series of biologically important compounds, such as dopamine, L-DOPA, DOPAC, ascorbic acid and uric acid were examined at both pretreated and coated electrodes. Electrochemical pretreatment increased peak current of dopamine and L-DOPA while decreased that of ascorbic acid, uric acid and DOPAC. The copolymer coating caused a decrease of peak currents, but effectively hindered the anionic species (ascorbic acid, uric acid and DOPAC) access to the electrode surface. In flow injection and liquid chromatographic analysis. The dopamine and L-DOPA yielded the better selectivity response at MA/AQ electrode than at bare and AQ electrodes.     

反气相色谱法研究聚丙烯结晶动力学及对熔点和结晶度的测定

<正> 研究聚合物的结晶动力学,过去大多采用膨胀计法和解偏振光法。曾有文献报道采用反气相色谱法测得聚乙烯等温结晶线。通过实验可知,测定聚丙烯结晶度时,试样热历史和测定前陈化温度的选择均影响测定结果。此外在测定聚丙烯试样的熔点时,保留图中出现了两个转折,经反复实验证实:此两转折对应于聚丙烯中不同晶形(α-、β-形)的熔点。     

电子探针定量分析的标准样品——几种多元氧化物单晶

在很高的温度和适宜的生长条件下,分别采用熔盐籽晶法和高温引上法生长了高质量的YAP、NAB、KTP、LN、BBO、SBN等多元氧化物单晶,它们具有优良的物理化学性能,严格的化学比,固定的组成与结构以及较好的化学均匀性和电子束轰击下的稳定性。广泛地用于激光和非线性光学领域。我们选用这些晶体为原材料研制电子探针定量分析的标准样品。经过测量和标定,这些单晶标样符合中华人民共和国国家标准GB 4930-85(电子探针显微分析标准样品通用技术条件)的规定。含有稀土元素的标样如NAB和YAP能发出绿色荧光,是电子显微术中理想的阴极发光材料。     

四磺酸基酞菁锌在水和非水溶剂中的电化学性质研究

在非水溶剂（二甲基亚砜（ＤＭＳＯ）及Ｎ,Ｎ＿二甲基甲酰胺（ＤＭＦ））中的伏安曲线．呈现三对电流峰,表明存在三个可逆或准可逆酞菁配体的单电子转移过程,而在水溶液中则不呈现准可逆行为,且波形改变很大．此外,还比较了四磺酸基酞菁锌的水溶液在自然光和红光（６００～７００ｎｍ）照射下的循环伏安曲线,其氧化还原峰的数目和峰电位基本不变,但在红光照射下比自然光照射下的峰电流明显增大．     

Direct Trimethylsilylation of Phenanthrene and its Products—An Abnormal Silylation of Phenanthrene

Direct trimethylsilylation¹⁾ of phenanthrene in different molar ratio of phenanthrene/sodium/trimethylchlorosilane is reported and discussed. Instead of the aromatic silyl compounds, such as 9-trimethylsilylphenanthrene (V), the hydroaromatic silyl compounds, such as 9, 10–bis (trimethylsilyl)-9, 10-dihydrophenanthrene (I) were obtained preferentially. Structure of these compounds are characterized and discussed. These silylated products have a general trend to change their properties during long time storage in the atmosphere under exposure to light. A significant difference of chemical shifts between silylated aromatic compound (V) and silylated hydroaromatic compound (I-IV) was observed.     

Conformational and Configurational Determination in 1,1,4,4-Tetrafluoro-2-Propylidene-3-Methyl-6-Tert-Butyl-1,4-Disila-5-Cyclohexene

A complete assignment of the ¹H, ¹³C and ¹⁹F NMR spectra of 1,1,4,4-tetrafluoro-2-propylidene-3-methyl-6-tert-butyl-1,4-disila-5-cyclohexene 3, the product of the cycloaddition reaction between tetrafluorodisilacyclobutene 1 and cis, trans-2,4-hexadiene mediated by (n⁵-C₅H₅)Mn(CO)₃, has been made by means of various 2D NMR chemical shift correlation methods and selective heteronuclear decoupling techniques. An analysis of the three bond ¹³C-¹H coupling constants and two bond ¹³C-¹⁹F coupling constants and the molecular modeling results enabled the determination of the conformation and configuration of compound 3. The conformation of 3 provides insight into mechanistic details of the Mn-mediated cycloaddition.     

Triorganosilyl Ethers of Benzaldehyde,m-Methoxybenzaldehyde and Anisoles

Synthesis of six new triorganosiloxybenzaldehydes, two m-methoxy-(triorganosiloxy)benzaldehydes, and seven methoxy(triorganosiloxy)benzenes are reported. From comparison of the stability of these compounds in the atmosphere, it is concluded that formyl group shows unfavorable influence and methoxy group shows favorable influence on the stability of these compounds. The oposite influences of these two groups on phenoxysilane linkage seems to connect with the oposite directiones of inductive effect of formyl group and resonance effect of methoxy group on the benzene ring.
