在二甲基亚砜中电化学制备铈钴合金

利用循环伏安法和恒电位电解法研究了室温下在二甲基亚砜中铈钴合金膜的电化学制备.结果表明,二甲基亚砜中Ce(Ⅲ)在Pt电极上的还原反应为一步完全不可逆反应.控制沉积电位在-2.10V～2.30V,利用恒电位电解得到表面平滑,附着力好,铈含量为37wt%～45wt%的铈钴合金膜.     

An efficient,regio- and stereoselective palladium-catalyzed route to tetrasubstituted olefins

An efficient, regio- and stereoselective palladium-catalyzed route to tetrasubstituted olefins has been developed, which involves the intermolecular coupling of an aryl iodide, an internal alkyne, and an arylboronic acid. The reaction involves cis-addition of the aryl group from the aryl halide to the less hindered or less electron-poor end of the alkyne, while the aryl group from the arylboronic acid adds to the other end. Postcolumn fluorescence as an alternative to evaporative light scattering detection for ceramide analysis with gradient elution in non-aqueous reversed-phase liquid chromatography

Ceramide analysis was developed with gradient elution in non-aqueous reversed-phase liquid chromatography with evaporative light scattering detection (ELSD) or postcolumn fluorescence detection. Fluorescence detection (excitation, 360 nm; emission, 425 nm) after postcolumn formation of mixed assemblies between eluted ceramides and 1,6-diphenyl-1,3,5-hexatriene was developed. In comparison with ELSD, fluorescence detection allows a better detection of the minor species ceramide from ceramide type III (commercial mixture of non-hydroxy fatty acid-sphingosine) and appears to be more sensitive for quantitation of ceramides at low concentrations. The fluorescence response is linear over a wide range of injected amount of ceramide III (expressed as stearoyl-phytosphingosine): 10 ng to 1000 ng. The response of ELSD is non linear but can be linearized in double logarithmic coordinates for calculations over a narrow range, e.g. between 10 to 350 ng ceramide III injected. The lower quantitation limits of these two detectors are similar: 5 ng ceramide III was injected.     

手性高效液相色谱法测定1—（6‘—甲氧基萘）乙醇不对称氢酯基化反应

在自制的硅基纤维素－三（３，５－二甲基苯基氨基甲酸酯）高效液相色谱手性固定相上（ＨＰＬＣ－ＣＳＰ），优化了１－（６＇－甲氧基萘）乙醇氢酯基化反应产物－萘普生甲酯手性分离的条件，测定了相应的一系列不对称氢酯基化反应产物的对映体过剩值（ｅ．ｅ．值）。结果表明，在ＣＤＭＰＣ－ＣＳＰ手性柱上用ＨＰＬＣ测定此类不对称催化反应的光学产率，评价催化剂体系的手性选择是一种非常理想的方法。     

A new study of the degradation of hyaluronic acid by hyaluronidase using quartz crystal impedance technique

A new quartz crystal impedance sensing technique for the assay of hyaluronidase (HAse) activity is presented. It is based on the changes in viscosity and density during the enzymatic hydrolysis of hyaluronic acid (HA) by HAse. The variations of equivalent circuit parameters of piezoelectric quartz crystal (PQC) during the enzymatic degradation are discussed. The motional resistance shift curves indicate that the viscosity of the test solutions decreases during the hydrolysis process. The initial hydrolysis rates of HA are obtained from changes in viscosity and density as a function of incubation time. Kinetic parameters (the Michaelis constant K(m) and the maximum hydrolysis rate V(max)) of the degradation reaction are estimated by using a linear Lineweaver-Burk plot in this work. The K(m) was 0.44+/-0.03 mg.ml(-1) and the V(max) was -(5.29+/-0.36)x10(-3) kg.m(-2).s(-1/2).min(-1).

主链含硅聚芳酯的合成及气体透过性能的研究

以双［对－酰氯苯基］二甲基硅烷和酚酞、四溴酚酞以及双酚Ａ为原料，合成了三种主链含硅聚芳酯，并对聚合物相关的物理性质进行了表征，制成了均质透明的薄膜．采用低真空法测定这些聚合物对Ｈ２、Ｏ２、Ｎ２、ＣＯ２、ＣＨ４的气体透过速率，并计算出气体透过系数、扩散系数、溶解系数、分离系数．从气体透过性能与聚合物分子结构关系的角度，按照气体透过的溶解－扩散机制，对聚合物的气体透过性能进行了研究，而且着重讨论了聚合物的堆积密度对气体扩散系数的影响，以及聚合物主链中极性链段的百分含量对气体溶解系数和溶解选择性的影响。     

Study on the Phase Diagram of CsCl-CeCl3-HCl(11%)-H2O System and the Properties of the Compounds

The equilibrium solubility of CsCl-CeCl3-HCl(11%)-H2O qua-ternary system at 25℃ has been determined by the physicchemical analysis method ,and the phase diagram was plotted, Two new double salts 3CsCl.CeCl3.3H2O and CsCl.CeCl3.4H2O obtained from the complicated system were identified and characterized by XRD,TG-DTA ,DSC,UV and fluorescence spectroscopy, Studies on the fluorescence excitation and emission show that 3CsCl.CeCl3.3H2O and CsCl.CeCl3.4H2O have upconversion luminescence of infrared-visible range,and the upconversion emission intensity increases with the increase of ratio of CeCl3 in CsCl.     

Aquachlorobis(4,4′,4′′‐tri‐tert‐butyl‐2,2′;6′,2′′‐terpyridine‐κ3N)terbium(III) diperchlorate ethanol disolvate

In the title compound, [TbCl(C₂₇H₃₅N₃)₂(H₂O)](ClO₄)₂·2C₂H₆O, the Tb^III ion has a coordination number of eight, composed of two tridentate substituted‐ter­pyridine ligands, a water mol­ecule and a bound Cl^? anion. The first coordination shell can be described as a distorted bicapped trigonal prism. The dihedral angles between pyridine rings belonging to the same tpy ligand range from 5.2 (5) to 16.8 (5)°.     

Cytotoxic Constituents from the Stem Bark of Zanthoxylum Pistaciiflorum

Two new esters, methyl 4‐(prenyloxy)dihydrocinnamate and methyl 4‐(geranyloxy)dihydrocinnamate, together with fourteen known compounds have been isolated from the stem bark of Zanthoxylum pistaciiflorum. The structures of two new compounds were determined through spectral analyses. Among the isolates, four compounds exhibited effective cytotoxicities against P‐388 and HT‐29 cell lines in vitro.
