Three New Anthraquinones from Polygonum cillinerve

Three new anthraquinones, emodin-8-β-D-（2＂-O-coumarate）glucoside 1, emodin-8-β-D-（6＇-O-acetyl）glucoside 2 and physicon-8-β-D-（6＇-O-acetyl）glucoside 3, were isolated from the roots of Polygonum cillinerve and their structures were established by spectroscopic methods. The biological activity indicated that compound 1 had the scavenging activity on 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl （DPPH） radicals （the IC50 = 8.5 μmol/L）, and compound 1-3 showed no activities against HL-60 and BCJC-823 cells by MTT method in vitro.     

A time dependent density functional theory study of alpha-84 phycocyanobilin chromophore in C-phycocyanin

The optical characteristics of absorption and circular dichroism (CD) spectroscopy of an alpha-subunit of C-phycocyanin (C-PC) were investigated by using time dependent density functional theory (TDDFT) combined with the polarizable continuum model (PCM). When the protonation of alpha-84 phycocyanobilin (PCB) and its interaction with the protein moiety in C-PC have been taken into account, satisfactory assignment of the absorption and CD spectra of alpha-84 PCB can be achieved. The TDDFT-PCM calculations conclude that in the visible absorption region the main peak arises from the pi electron excitation of the pyrrole rings and the shoulder peak comes from the charge transfer from Asp87 (a nearby amino acid residue) to PCBH(+).     

Synthesis of aryl ketones by the PD-catalyzed C-H activation of arenes and intermolecular carbopalladation of nitriles

The palladium-catalyzed reaction of simple arenes and nitriles provides good to excellent yields of aryl ketones or the corresponding hindered imines. The addition of a small amount of DMSO increases the yields dramatically. Both intermolecular and intramolecular examples of this process are successful. This novel chemistry is believed to involve palladium-catalyzed C-H activation, followed by carbopalladation of the nitrile.     

巯基化合物的电位分析法研究

本文对用直接电位法测试巯基化合物的可行性进行了研究。发现由硫化银，硫化汞等金属难溶盐制成的膜电极对６－巯基嘌呤，高胱氨酸，１，４－二巯基苏糖经合物可产生响应，其斜率为３０－１１０ｍＶ／ｐＣ，电极响应时间，则为十几秒至十几分钏，测试结果具有较好的重现性。因此，该方法可望得到应用。文中还对有关响应机理进行了探讨。     

Alkylation of 2‐pyridinones: Synthesis of novel acyclonucleosides

This paper presents the synthesis of some novel acyclonucleosides containing 2‐pyridinones and 2‐hydroxyethoxymethyl, 2,3‐dihydroxy‐propyl side chain. The tosylate of these nucleosides analogues could be modified to azido derivatives. Also, acyclonucleosides with 1‐ethoxymethyl, 1‐benzyloxymethyl, 1‐methylthiomethy 1 and 2‐hydroxyethyl side chains have been investigated. The O‐alkylated pyridine derivatives were obtained during most reactions.     

A Restudy of Direct Chelatometric Titration of Vanadium(IV) with N-Benzoyl-N-phenylhydroxylamine as Indicator

This paper restudies the method of direct chelatometric titration of V(IV) with N-benzoyl-N-phenylhydroxylamine (BPHA) as indicator. The indicator functions entirely differently from indicators hitherto used in chelatometry. The solution contains two independent systems – the indicator and the titrand-titrant system – without any color changing species. The BPHA-V(V) chelate once formed as the result of aerial oxidation constitutes the indicator system and does not react with EDTA. Its color therefore remains unchanged throughout titration. It is not a metallochromic indicator. Its function is that of color-screening. The color of the titrant system deepens during titration, but does not change. The end-point is indicated by one color completely covering up the other. Synthesis of a novel 18β-glycyrrhetinic acid derivative

萘降解菌LHJ38生物合成靛蓝的研究

萘降解菌LHJ38在金属盐培养基中加入水杨酸钠诱导培养后能提高其生物合成靛蓝的能力,在LB培养基中加入水杨酸钠反而抑制了其生物合成靛蓝的能力.与LHJ38最适生长pH值不同,LHJ38生物合成靛蓝的最佳pH值范围是8.45—9.45,在pH为8.95的情况下生物合成靛蓝能力是其在pH值为6.95的情况下的两倍.     

高效液相钴离子催化化学发光抑制法测定茶叶中的茶氨酸

 研究了用高效液相分离、抑制化学发光测定茶叶中茶氨酸的分析方法。该法采用YWG C18(10μm,250mm×5 0mmi d )柱,以0 01mol·L-1醋酸钠 醋酸缓冲液(pH5 5)为流动相,流速为0 8mL·min-1。对茶氨酸抑制Co2+催化鲁米诺(luminol)与过氧化氢(H2O2)化学发光反应的条件进行了优化:Co2+的质量浓度为2μg·L-1,鲁米诺浓度为0 25mmol·L-1,H2O2浓度为0 5mmol·L-1。在茶氨酸的质量浓度为0 2g·L-1～5 0g·L-1时,茶氨酸抑制化学发光产生负峰的相对峰面积Y(将实际峰面积缩小至万分之一)与其质量浓度X(kg·L-1)的线性回归方程为Y=33862X+1 0605(r=0 9983)。     

低温低内应力化学镀镍工艺的研究
