Relativistic configuration interaction calculations with the inclusion of the Breit interaction, quantum electrodynamics and finite nuclear mass corrections have been carried out in the extended optimal level scheme using multiconfiguration Dirac-Fock wavefunctions on the forbidden transition probabilities for the 2p 4 ground state configuration of the oxygen isoelectronic sequence for 8 ⩽ Z ⩽ 42. Electric quadrupole and magnetic dipole transition probabilities are reported for transitions between several of these levels. Our results are compared with those from other theories and experiments. Our energy levels are in better agreement with experiment than other theories.  相似文献

Radiosensitizers potentiate the radiotherapy effect while effectively reducing the damage to healthy tissues. However, limited sample accumulation efficiency and low radiation energy deposition in the tumor significantly reduce the therapeutic effect. Herein, we developed multifunctional photocatalysis-powered dandelion-like nanomotors composed of amorphous TiO2 components and Au nanorods (∼93 nm in length and ∼16 nm in outer diameter) by a ligand-mediated interface regulation strategy for NIR-II photoacoustic imaging-guided synergistically enhanced cancer radiotherapy. The non-centrosymmetric nanostructure generates stronger local plasmonic near-fields close to the Au–TiO2 interface. Moreover, the Au–TiO2 Schottky heterojunction greatly facilitates the separation of photogenerated electron–hole pairs, enabling hot electron injection, finally leading to highly efficient plasmon-enhanced photocatalytic activity. The nanomotors exhibit superior motility both in vitro and in vivo, propelled by H2 generated via NIR-catalysis on one side of the Au nanorod, which prevents them from returning to circulation and effectively improves the sample accumulation in the tumor. Additionally, a high radiation dose deposition in the form of more hydroxyl radical generation and glutathione depletion is authenticated. Thus, synergistically enhanced radiotherapeutic efficacy is achieved in both a subcutaneous tumor model and an orthotopic model.

The limited accumulation and poor radiosensitization of radiosensitizers greatly reduce the therapeutic effects. Here, we developed Janus AuNR-TiO2 nanomotors for deep cancer photoacoustic imaging and enhanced radiotherapy.  相似文献

设计了一种塑料靶表面涂铋(Bi)的靶丸替代常规内爆靶,利用分幅相机获取辐射驱动内爆替代靶丸Bi等离子体再发射X射线的2维图像。实验时,从主激光中分出一束光信号,经光电转换后作为分幅相机的触发信号,以激光直接驱动金球靶建立相机的时标。根据分幅相机的时标可确定每幅X射线图像相对于主激光的时间延迟。分析Bi球靶的X射线分幅图像,得到夹持内爆靶丸的CH膜的烧蚀时间及Bi球靶半径的变化关系。通过X射线图像还可反推出诊断孔的大小和CH膜支撑靶丸的对称性。  相似文献

通过量纲分析,将辐射流体方程简化为一阶常微分方程组的形式,进而结合数值计算求得热波烧蚀自相似解。流体方程涉及的内能、状态方程表达式采用依赖于温度、密度两个参量的形式,且参数可调,适用性较广。源边界条件可为恒温、恒流、恒压、常密等情况。以恒温源为例,给出了X射线加热Au壁时烧蚀质量与烧蚀压的定标关系,与文献结果及MULTI辐射流体程序计算结果吻合较好。

介绍了神光Ⅱ装置激光黑腔靶实验中全孔径背反系统的工作原理,分析了激光靶耦合背反系统对散射光的收集情况,发现打靶产生的散射光完全进入背反收光系统,同时,8路激光对穿打靶时全孔径背反系统中存在杂散背景光。采用场图感光纸结合滤光片的方式对杂散背景光成分进行了分析,结果表明,杂散光的成分为打靶激光倍频过程中剩余的部分二倍频和基频光。在北4路激光注入打靶时,用南4路全孔径背反系统的能量测量系统对南4路背反系统中的杂散光进行了监测,显示杂散光对背反系统SRS能量测量的影响约为15%。  相似文献

针对极端高压条件物质特性研究需求,在我国万焦耳激光装置上利用其高能量、高功率、任意整形长脉冲输出的技术优势先后开展了冲击压缩、准等熵压缩以及“预冲击准等熵压缩”复合热力学路径压缩等多种热力学路径的高压加载技术研究,建立了实用的高压加载设计方法,重点优化了高压加载源的平面性和干净性,发展了高压状态精密表征技术,实现了1011 Pa以上准等熵,1012 Pa以上冲击以及两种路径之间的宽区高压加载状态能力,为激光装置上的高压状态方程及相变动力学研究提供了重要的技术基础。  相似文献

The urotensin receptor (UT receptor), a G-protein-coupled receptor mediating urotensin-II and urotensin-II-related peptide signaling in the urotensinergic system, has multiple pharmacological activities. However, there is no drug targeting the UT receptor currently in clinical use, and the discovery of new leads is still important. The complete crystal structure of the UT receptor has not yet been resolved and a screening strategy combining multiple methods can improve the accuracy and efficiency of drug screening. This study aimed to identify novel UT receptor agonists using a combination of docking-based, pharmacophore-based, and cell-based drug screening. First, the three-dimensional structures of the UT receptor were constructed through single-template, multi-template homologous modeling and threading strategies. After structure evaluation and ligand enrichment analysis, a model from the threading modeling was selected for docking-based virtual screening based on stepwise filtering, and 1368 positive compounds were obtained from our compound library. Second, the pharmacophore models were constructed using known ligands targeting the UT receptor for pharmacophore-based virtual screening. A model was selected after model validation, and 300 positive compounds were retrieved. Then, after intersecting the results of two different virtual screening methods with 570 compound entities from our primary screening, 14 compounds were obtained. Finally, three hits were obtained after in vitro confirmation. Furthermore, preliminary evaluation of the hits showed that they influenced glucose consumption. In summary, by integrating docking-based, pharmacophore-based, and in vitro drug screening, three new agonists targeting the UT receptor were identified which may serve as promising therapeutic agents for urotensinergic system disorders.  相似文献

The construction of novel skeletons through the recombination of natural products ring systems is attractive. Herein, a basicity-controlled synthesis of (dihydro)furo[2,3-c]quinolin-4(5H)-one derivatives through (3+2) cyclization between 3-hydroxyquinolin-2-ones and β-chlorinated nitrostyrenes was developed. In addition, preliminary study gave the chiral dihydrofuro[2,3-c]quinolin-4(5H)-one derivatives with up to 83 % ee.  相似文献
