POLYMERIZATION OF OCTAFLUOROCYCLOBUTANE IN GLOW DISCHARGE Ⅱ. ESCA AND IR CHARACTERIZATION OF POLYMER STRUCTURE*

In a capacitively coupled discharge with external electrodes, He, H_2, N_2 or Ar were used as plasmagas, polymerization of octafluorocyclobutane was carried out under different conditions by varyingdischarge power, pressure, plasma gas and plasma-gas/monomer ratio. Structure of polymerizedproducts was characterized by IR spectroscopy and ESCA measurement. It was found that therewere six elements in the products, i.e. C, F, Si, O, N and H. The probably existed groups in poly-mers wer investigated. By analyzing the resolved peaks of C_(1S) region in ESCA spectra, effect of thereaction conditions on degree of branching of the polymerized products and the relationship of thepolymer structure wth the mechanism of the competitive ablation and polymerization process werestudied. In addition, polymer deposition process occurring in glow discharge was discussed.     

沙蚕毒系化合物的结构与生物活性关系

用ＭＮＤＯ－ＰＭ３方法对沙蚕毒系化合物二氢沙蚕毒，硫氰酸酯，巴丹，杀虫单及其异构件的几何构型进行了全自由度优化，并计算了其电子结构，讨论了生物活性与几何构型和电了结构的关系。     

反相高效液相色谱法测定强化奶粉中β-胡萝卜素含量

采用碱皂化石油醚提取,Kromasil C18柱分离,以甲醇∶氯仿=75∶25等度淋洗,二极管阵列检测器检测,测定了强化奶粉中β-胡萝卜素含量.对最佳皂化用碱量、皂化时间、α、β-胡罗卜素及β-胡罗卜素异构体分离条件进行了探索.该方法回收率为91.6%~96.3%,其标准偏差、变异系数分别为1.64%及1.76%.方法简便、快速,精密度及准确度在允许范围内,适用于奶粉中β-胡罗卜素的测定.     

Synthesis, crystal structure and characterization of a 2-D network organic-inorganic hybrid polymer with [α-BW12O40]5- as building blocks

A two-dimensional network compound [Ce(DMF)4(H2O)][α-BW12O40]·H2O·(HDMA)2 (HDMA = protoned dimethylamine, DMF = N,N-dimethylformamide) was synthesized from α-H5BW12O40·nH2O, Ce(NO3)3·6H2O and DMF and characterized by IR, UV spectra and TG-DTA. The result of the X-ray single crystal diffraction indicates that the crystal is monoclinic, space group P21/n, with unit cell dimensional: a = 1.1983(3), b = 2.4216(5), c = 1.9517(4) nm, β = 92.91(3)°, Z = 4, R1 = 0.07710, wR2 = 0.1416. Structural analysis indicates that every [Ce(DMF)4(H2O)]3-building block is surrounded by three adjacent [α-BW12O40]5-polyanions, meanwhile, every [α-BW12O40]5-polyanion interconnects with three neighboring [Ce(DMF)4(H2O)]3+ subunits, by making use of which two-dimensional network structure can be constructed. The result of thermogravimetric analysis manifests that the title compound has two-stage weight loss and the decomposition temperature of the title polyanionic framework is 560℃. The electrochemical analysis shows the title polyanion has three-step redox processes in the pH = 4-7 media.     

A New β-Carboline Alkaloid and a New Derivate of Isoferulic Acid from Anemone altaica

A new β-carboline alkaloid, 4-（9H-β-carbolin-1-yl）-4-oxobutyric acid and a new derivate of isoferulic acid, （E）-3-（3-hydroxy-4-methoxyphenyl）acrylic acid carboxymethyl ester, were isolated from the roots of Anemone altaica. Their structures were determined on the basis of spectral data.     

消毒剂产品中三氯新的测定及其稳定性研究

 采用反相高效液相法测定消毒剂产品中的三氯新。在KromasilC18柱 (2 0 0mm× 4 6mmi d )上 ,以甲醇 乙腈 水 (含 0 0 2mol/LKH2 PO4,pH 2 7) (体积比为 4 0∶4 0∶2 0 )溶液为流动相 ,2 80nm波长下检测 ,样品用流动相超声溶解。三氯新的回收率为 94 2 %～ 10 2 2 % ,相对标准偏差 (RSD)为 2 2 %～ 3 0 %。方法操作简便 ,精密度和准确度高 ,适合三氯新的快速分析。在 5 4℃时保存 14d和 37℃时保存 90d后 ,标准品和样品的含量没有明显变化 ,证明三氯新具有良好的稳定性。     

载镍沸石上NH3-TPD脱附峰的非酸性探讨

NH_3-TPD技术表征固体催化剂的酸性似乎已很成熟,其实不然。如该技术表征HZSM-5沸石时,有作者观察到773K左右的高温脱氨峰,而有些作者则检测不到。诚然,各作者间所用试样及预处理条件等存在差异,但实验装置和实验操作条件不同带来的影响也不可忽视。此外,该技术在用于表征一些新的较复杂的催化剂时,其程脱谱也会呈现出新现象,这些现象有时是不能通过酸性来解释的,这是因为NH_3作为探针分子不仅具有碱性,同时还有还原性和配位性。本文对载镍沸石上NH_3-TPD谱图中出现的某些新峰进行了剖析和归属。

Comparison of 6Mo/MCM-22 and 6Mo/ZSM-5 in the MDA process

A comparison of methane dehydroaromatization (MDA) on 6Mo/MCM-22 and 6Mo/ZSM-5 was carried out using a gas mixture of 90%CH₄, 2%CO₂ and 8%Ar as the feed. The results indicate that the stability of 6Mo/MCM-22 is better than that of 6Mo/ZSM-5. A detailed study reveals that the ability for coke accommodation and the retention of the shape selectivity for aromatics formation is responsible for the stability of a MDA catalyst. 主链含膦酸酯的聚酸酐药物控制释放材料研究

通过二氯膦甲（乙）酸乙酯与对羟乙氧基苯甲酸反应，制备了二羧苯氧乙氧基膦甲（乙）酸乙酯，并其转化成混合醋酐并通过熔融缩聚，合成了主链含膦甲（乙）酸乙酯的聚酸酐，以二羧苯氧乙氧基膦甲（乙）酸乙酯，分别与１，３－双（４－羧基苯氧基）丙烷（ＣＰＰ）及癸二酸（ＳＡ）共聚，得到相应的共聚酸酐，对所合成的单体和聚合物的结构进行了表征，研究了它们的体外降解，酶促降解及其对抗肿瘤药物５－氟尿嘧啶和氨甲喋蛉的释放性能
