The vibration generated by the inflatable structure after deployment has a great impact on the performance of the payloads. In this paper, the influence of the control moment gyroscopes (CMGs) on the dynamic responses and characteristics of an inflatable space structure is studied, based on the flexible multibody dynamics in a combination of the absolute nodal coordinate formulation (ANCF) and the natural coordinate formulation (NCF). Firstly, the ANCF and NCF are used to accurately describe the large deformations and large overall motions of flexible inflatable tubes and rigid satellites, respectively. Then, instead of modeling gyroscopic flexible bodies, this paper pioneers a rigid body dynamic model of the CMG in detail by using the NCF modeling scheme, which can be attached to and coupled with any flexible bodies without any assumptions. Then, the orbital dynamic equations of the inflatable space structure coupled with distributed CMGs are obtained by considering the effects of Coriolis force, centrifugal force, and gravity gradient through coordinate transformation. The dynamic characteristics of the inflatable space structure are also analyzed by deriving the eigenvalue problem of a flexible multibody system. Finally, the accuracy of the CMG dynamic model is verified via a classic heavy top example. Several numerical examples are presented to study the influence of the magnitudes and directions of the rotor angular momentum of the CMGs on the dynamic responses and characteristics of the inflatable space structure.

Curcumin is a natural acidic polyphenol extracted from turmeric with a wide range of biological and pharmacological effects. However, the application of curcumin for animal production and human life is limited by a low oral bioavailability. In this study, natural curcumin was prepared for the curcumin β-cyclodextrin inclusion complex (CUR-β-CD), curcumin solid dispersion (CUR-PEG-6000), and curcumin phospholipid complex (CUR-HSPC) using co-precipitation, melting, and solvent methods, respectively. Curcumin complex formations were monitored using scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), and Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) techniques via the shifts in the microscopic structure, molecular structure, and crystalline state. Subsequently, twenty-four female beagle dogs were randomly divided into four groups to receive unmodified curcumin and three other curcumin preparations. The validated UPLC–MS assay was successfully applied to pharmacokinetic and bioavailability studies of curcumin in beagle dog plasma, which were collected after dosing at 0 min (predose), 5 min, 15 min, 30 min, 40 min, 50 min, 1.5 h, 3 h, 4.5 h, 5.5 h, 6 h, 6.5 h, 9 h, and 24 h. The relative bioavailabilities of CUR-β-CD, CUR-PEG-6000, and CUR-HSPC were 231.94%, 272.37%, and 196.42%, respectively. This confirmed that CUR-β-CD, CUR-HSPC, and especially CUR-PEG-6000 could effectively improve the bioavailability of curcumin.  相似文献

Hierarchical structures are important for transferring and amplifying molecular functions to macroscopic properties of materials. In this regard, rodlike molecules have emerged as one of the most promising molecular building blocks to construct functional materials. Although the self-assembly of conventional molecules containing rodlike components generally results in nematic or layered smectic phases, due to the preferred parallel arrangements of rodlike components, extensive efforts have revealed that rational molecular design provides a versatile platform to engineer rich self-assembled structures. Herein, first successes achieved in polyphilic liquid crystals and rod–coil block systems are summarized. Special attention is paid to recent progress in the conjugation of rodlike building blocks with other molecular building blocks through the molecular Lego approach. Rod-based giant surfactants, sphere–rod conjugates, and dendritic rodlike molecules are covered. Future perspectives of the self-assembly of molecules containing rodlike components are also provided.  相似文献

Like other discotic molecules, self-assembled supramolecular structures of perylene bisimides (PBIs) are commonly limited to columnar or lamellar structures due to their distinct π-conjugated scaffolds and unique rectangular shape of perylene cores. The discovery of PBIs with supramolecular structures beyond layers and columns may expand the scope of PBI-based materials. A series of unconventional spherical packing phases in PBIs, including A15 phase, σ phase, dodecagonal quasicrystalline (DQC) phase, and body-centered cubic (BCC) phase, is reported. A strategy involving functionalization of perylene core with several polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane (POSS) cages achieved spherical assemblies of PBIs, instead of columnar assemblies, due to the significantly increased steric hindrance at the periphery. This strategy may also be employed for the discovery of unconventional spherical assemblies in other related discotic molecules by the introduction of similar bulky functional groups at their periphery. An unusual inverse phase transition sequence from a BCC phase to a σ phase was observed by increasing annealing temperature.  相似文献

Silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) are increasingly used in daily life for their antibacterial properties, but their low stability and high cytotoxicity hamper practical applications. In this work, sodium 1‐naphthalenesulfonate‐functionalized reduced graphene oxide (NA‐rGO) was used as a substrate for AgNPs to produce a AgNP‐NA‐rGO hybrid. This hybrid showed substantially higher antibacterial activity than polyvinyl pyrrolidone(PVP)‐stabilized AgNPs, and the AgNPs on NA‐rGO were more stable than the AgNPs on PVP, resulting in long‐term antibacterial effects. More importantly, this hybrid showed excellent water solubility and low cytotoxicity, suggesting the great potential application as sprayable reduced graphene oxide based antibacterial solutions.  相似文献

Iron oxide modified montmorillonite (MMT) as flame retardant was used to polyvinyl chloride (PVC), and the flame retardant and smoke-suppressant properties of the PVC were investigated by the smoke density rating and cone calorimeter tests (CONE), and the thermal degradation behaviors of PVC were studied by thermogravimetric analysis (TG) in air atmosphere. The activation energies for the first stage of thermal degradation were obtained following the equation of Kissinger. The mechanical properties testing resultant data showed that iron oxide modified MMT had little effect on the tensile strength of the sample. The CONE result indicated that iron oxide modified MMT could reduce the heat release rate in flame retardant PVC: a more compact char residue formed on the surface of the sample including iron oxide modified MMT during the combustion process. The TG result showed that the sample with modified iron oxide MMT had higher thermal stability than the pure PVC. Besides, the PVC treated with modified MMT showed high activation energy.  相似文献

With the rapid development of topological states in crystals, the study of topological states has been extended to quasicrystals in recent years. In this review, we summarize the recent progress of topological states in quasicrystals, particularly focusing on one-dimensional (1D) and 2D systems. We first give a brief introduction to quasicrystalline structures. Then, we discuss topological phases in 1D quasicrystals where the topological nature is attributed to the synthetic dimensions associated with the quasiperiodic order of quasicrystals. We further present the generalization of various types of crystalline topological states to 2D quasicrystals, where real-space expressions of corresponding topological invariants are introduced due to the lack of translational symmetry in quasicrystals. Finally, since quasicrystals possess forbidden symmetries in crystals such as five-fold and eight-fold rotation, we provide an overview of unique quasicrystalline symmetry-protected topological states without crystalline counterpart.  相似文献
