A 1D zigzag coordination polymer {[Zn2(2,6-Pydc)2(Bpp)2] · 4H2O} n (I) [2,6-H2Pydc = 2,6-pyridinedicarboxylic acid, Bpp = 1,3-bis(4-pyridyl)propane] has been synthesized via the hydrothermal method. Single crystal structural analysis exhibits that a novel 2D complicated framework comprised of two kinds of infinite 1D zigzag chains was stabilized by chains through hydrogen bonding, and π-π stacking interaction, which aggregate together to give birth to the 3D network structure via the C-H…O interaction.  相似文献

根据EURACHEM/C ITAC 2000中的规定评定了ICP-AES法测定油漆中总铅含量的不确定度。结果表明,标准曲线拟合线性方程、标准工作液配制过程、样品重复性分析及消化过程中消化回收率是不确定度的主要来源。油漆涂层中的可溶性铅的检测结果可表示为:(162.7±19.0)mg/kg(k=2)。  相似文献

The lipid membrane plays crucial roles in countless biologic processes, ranging from cell motility, endo- and exocytosis, and cell division to protein aggregation and trafficking. To gain a molecular insight in these biologic processes, the recently developed mesoscale simulation technique, dissipative particle dynamics (DPD) simulation, has become an invaluable tool. By providing a brief survey of existing atomistic and popular coarse-grained models used today in studying the dynamics (including vesicle formation and (protein-mediated) vesicle fusion) and phase behavior of lipid bilayers, this review illustrates how mesoscopic DPD models can be used to obtain a better understanding of these biologic processes currently inaccessible to atomistic and most coarse-grained models.  相似文献

Recently, we reported for the first time that oligonucleotide could induce single‐chained cationic surfactant molecules to aggregate into vesicles and the facilitative efficiency of oligonucleotide on vesicle formation was dependent on its size and sequence. In the present paper, we will continue to study the effects of acid and base on the facilitative efficiency of oligonucleotide on vesicle formation. It is found that proton ions show little effect on the facilitative efficiency while hydroxide ions make it decreased. Moreover, the percentage of oligonucleotide involved in vesicle formation in basic solution is much lower than that in acidic solution (which is almost equal to that in water). Since the structures and properties of DNA/amphiphile complex are very important for its application as nonviral gene carrier, this study may provide some helpful information for gene therapy.  相似文献

Sulfur doped ZnO/TiO2 nanocomposite photocatalysts were synthesized by a facile sol‐gel method. The structure and properties of catalysts were characterized by X‐ray diffraction (XRD), X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), UV‐vis diffusive reflectance spectroscopy (DRS) and N2 desorption‐adsorption isotherm. The XRD study showed that TiO2 was anatase phase and there was no obvious difference in crystal composition of various S‐ZnO/TiO2. The XPS study showed that the Zn element exists as ZnO and S atoms form SO2?4. The prepared samples had mesoporosity revealed by N2 desorption‐adsorption isotherm result. The degradation of Rhodamine B dye under visible light irradiation was chosen as probe reaction to evaluate the photocatalytic activity of the ZnO/TiO2 nanocomposite. The commercial TiO2 photocatalyst (Degussa P25) was taken as standard photocatalyst to contrast the prepared different photocatalyst in current work. The improvement of the photocatalytic activity of S‐ZnO/TiO2 composite photocatalyst can be attributed to the suitable energetic positions between ZnO and TiO2, the acidity site caused by sulfur doping and the enlargement of the specific area. S‐3.0ZnO/TiO2 exhibited the highest photocatalytic activity under visible light irradiation after Zn amount was optimized, which was 2.6 times higher than P25.  相似文献

在AZ91D镁合金中添加稀土元素Ce和Y,研究了Ce,Y元素在铸态AZ91D镁合金中的存在形式以及对合金组织和性能的影响。结果表明,铸态AZ91D镁合金中加入的Ce,Y大部分形成Al4Ce和Al2Y化合物,少量剩余的Ce,Y部分取代Mg元素的位置,以代位固溶的形式固溶在α-Mg固溶体和β-Mg17Al12金属间化合物中;Ce,Y能够细化镁合金铸态组织的晶粒,使Mg17Al12相发生"断网"并减少其在组织中的相对比例;适量添加Ce,Y能够提高AZ91D镁合金铸态机械性能,其主要原因是Ce,Y的细晶作用、固溶强化作用、Al-RE相的第二相强化作用以及对Mg17Al12相强化作用的改善。  相似文献

A method based on high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), has been developed to measure hydroxyl radical (·OH) in plasma reactors. The determination was performed indirectly by detecting the products of the reaction of ·OH with salicylic acid (SAL). The applicability, and effect of time, specific input energy (SIE), relative humidity (RH), catalyst were investigated. It was found that 3 h was the optimal trapping time; concentration of ·OH was (5.9–23.6) × 1013 radicals/cm3 at SIE range. The highest ·OH yield and toluene removal efficiency (η) were achieved with a RH of 20%. With MnO x , η was two times that without catalyst, while ·OH yield in gas stream was one-sixth that without catalyst. However, if summed with ·OH adsorbed on catalyst surface, the total ·OH yield was the same as without catalyst. Experiments performed with/without toluene allowed to determine the role of ·OH on decomposition of toluene in air plasma.  相似文献

A new griseofulvin derivative, 7-chloro-2',5,6-trimethoxy-6'-methylspiro(benzofuran-2(3H),1'-(2) cyclohexene)3,4'-dione (1), together with the known 2-acetyl-7-methoxybenzofuran (2), was isolated from the marine-derived mangrove endophytic fungus Sporothrix sp. Ferroelectric thin films of Nd and Mn co-doped bismuth titanate, Bi3.15Nd0.85Ti3−x Mn x O12 (BNTM) (x = 0–0.1), were fabricated on Pt/TiO2/SiO2/Si(100) substrates by a sol–gel technique. The BNTM films had a polycrystalline perovskite structure and uniform and dense surface morphologies. A lattice distortion was observed in the BNTM films due to Mn ion doping. The ferroelectric measurement of the films indicated that the values of coercive field (E c ) decreased gradually with the increase of the Mn content (x), however, the remanent polarization (P r ) increase firstly and then decrease with the increase of x. The sample with x = 0.05 had optimum electrical properties and a maximum 2P r value. The 2P r and 2E c values of the film at a maximum applied electric field of 400 kV/cm were 38.3 μC/cm2 and 180 kV/cm, respectively. Moreover, this BNTM capacitors did not show fatigue behaviors after 1.0 × 1010 switching cycles at a frequency of 1 MHz, suggesting a fatigue-free character. The main reason for the increase of the 2P r and the decrease of the 2E c might be attributed to the lattice distortion in BNTM films due to Mn ion doping.  相似文献
