The role of hydrogen bonding in the chemistry of transition‐metal complexes remains a topic of intense scientific and technological interest. Poly(acrylo‐amidino diethylenediamine) was synthesized to study the effects of hydrogen bonding on complexes at different pHs. The polymer was synthesized through the coupling of diethylene triamine with polyacrylonitrile fiber in the presence of AlCl3 · 6H2O addition. The adsorption capacity of this polymer was 11.4 mequiv/g. The ions used for the adsorption test were CrO, PO, Cu2+, Ni2+, Fe2+, and Ag+. All experiments were confirmed with Fourier transform infrared. In the study of anion adsorption, at low pHs, only ionic bonds existed, whereas at high pHs, no bonds existed. However, in the middle pH region, both ionic bonds and hydrogen bonds formed between poly(acrylo‐amidino diethylenediamine) and the chromate ion or phosphate ion. When poly(acrylo‐amidino diethylenediamine) and metal ions (Cu2+, Ni2+, Fe2+, and Ag+) formed complexes, a hydrogen‐bonding effect was not observed with Fourier transform infrared. The quantity of metal ions adsorbed onto poly(acrylo‐amidino diethylenediamine) followed the order Ag+ > Cu2+ > Fe2+ > Ni2+. © 2004 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Amidinothiourea immobilized glass bead (AGB) was applied as the microcolumn packing for the flow-injection online separation and preconcentration of Au(III) and Pd(II) coupled with FAAS determination. The peak-area absorbance (A) and the peak-height absorbance (H) were all used as the evaluating modes. Au(III) and Pd(II) in 0.50 M HCl solution were absorbed onto AGB completely and then eluted into AAS with thiourea solution. Base metal ions with a concentration of 2.0 mg/mL and anions with a concentration of 20.0 mg/mL caused no interference in the determination of Au(III) and Pd(II). The LODs of Au(III) and Pd(II) for a preconcentration time of 60 s with a sampling flow rate of 5.0 mL/min for 0.20 μg/mL of Au(III) and 0.30 μg/mL of Pd(II) were 2.7 and 6.5 ng/mL with the H mode and 4.6 and 10.2 ng/mL with the A mode, respectively. The RSD of seven replicate determinations of 0.20 μg/mL of Au(III) and 0.30 μg/mL of Pd(II) were 0.018 and 0.024 for the H mode and 0.013 and 0.018 for the A mode, respectively. Five new compounds, hibicuslide A (1), hibicuslide B (2), hibicuslide C (3), hibicutaiwanin (4), hibicusin (5), and fifty-one known compounds have been isolated from the stems of Hibiscus taiwanensis. The structures of these compounds were determined by spectroscopic and chemical transformation methods. Among them, mansonone H (19) and uncarinic acid A (30) inhibited HIV replication in H9 lymphocyte cells. The 9,9'-O-feruloyl-(-)-secoisolaricinresinol (12), myriceric acid C (29), and uncarinic acid A (30) showed cytotoxic activity against human lung carcinoma and breast carcinoma.  相似文献

Potential energy surfaces for the abstraction reactions of dimetallenes with halocarbons have been studied using density functional theory (B3LYP). Five dimetallene species, (SiH(3))(2)X=X(SiH(3))(2), where X = C, Si, Ge, Sn, and Pb, have been chosen in this work as model reactants. The present theoretical investigations suggest that the relative dimetallenic reactivity increases in the order C=C < Si=Si < Ge=Ge < Sn=Sn < Pb=Pb. That is to say, for halocarbon abstractions there is a very clear trend toward lower activation barriers and more exothermic reactions on going from C to Pb. Moreover, for a given dimetallene, the overall barrier heights are determined to be in the order CF(4) > CCl(4) > CBr(4) > CI(4). That is, the heavier the halogen atom (Y), the more facile its abstraction from CY(4). Halogen abstraction is always predicted to be much faster than the abstraction of a CY(3) group irrespective of the dimetallene or halocarbon involved. Our model conclusions are consistent with some available experimental findings. Furthermore, both a configuration mixing model based on the work of Pross and Shaik and bonding dissociation energies can be used to rationalize the computational results. A series of new complexes {2,6-bis[1-((2-methyl-4-methoxyphenyl)imino)ethyl]pyridine}Cl2 [M=Fe(II) (2), Co(II) (3), Ni(II) (4), Cu(II) (5), Zn(II) (6)] have been synthesized. At 25°C, using 500 equiv of methylaluminoxane (MAO), the activities of Fe(II), Co(II) catalysts can reach 4.02 ×106 g/mol-Fehatm for ethylene polymerization and 3.98×105 g/mol-Cohatm for ethylene oligomerization. The effects of polymerization conditions such as reaction temperature, Al/M molar ratio and time on the activity of catalyst have been explored.  相似文献
