A new Fe(III)-imprinted amino-functionalized silica gel sorbent was prepared by a surface imprinting technique for selective solid-phase extraction (SPE) of Fe(III) prior to its determination by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES). Compared with non-imprinted polymer particles, the ion-imprinted polymers (IIPs) had higher selectivity and adsorption capacity for Fe(III). The maximum static adsorption capacity of the ion-imprinted and non-imprinted sorbent for Fe(III) was 25.21 and 5.10 mg g−1, respectively. The largest selectivity coefficient of the Fe(III)-imprinted sorbent for Fe(III) in the presence of Cr(III) was over 450. The relatively selective factor (αr) values of Fe(III)/Cr(III) were 49.9 and 42.4, which were greater than 1. The distribution ratio (D) values of Fe(III)-imprinted polymers for Fe(III) were greatly larger than that for Cr(III). The detection limit (3σ) was 0.34 μg L−1. The relative standard deviation of the method was 1.50% for eight replicate determinations. The method was validated by analyzing two certified reference materials (GBW 08301 and GBW 08303), the results obtained is in good agreement with standard values. The developed method was also successfully applied to the determination of trace iron in plants and water samples with satisfactory results. 相似文献

Highly active catalysts for copolymerization have been prepared by the precipitation of MgCl2/ToCl4 complex with or without high surface area silica. Copolymerization of ethylene and 1-butene has been tested by using the prepared catalysts at various concentrations of 1-butene. The catalytic activities are 20–80 kg/g Ti h. The rate of copolymerization is strongly affected by the addition of 1-butene. The decay rate of copolymerization is first order with respect to time. Analyses of copolymers with solvent extraction, DSC, IR, XRD, and NMR were performed. The chromatographic separation of lithium isotopes was investigated by chemical exchange with the recently synthesized polymer-bound dibenzo pyridino diamide azacrown (DBPDA) and reduced dibenzo pyridino diamide azacrown (RDBPDA). Column chromatography was employed for the determination of the effect of solvents and ligand conformation on the separation coefficients. The maximum separation coefficients, , for the DBPDA and RDBPDA at 20.0±0.02°C with acetonitrile as eluent, were found to be 0.034±0.002 and 0.035±0.002, respectively. The isotope separation coefficient and adsorption capability of the lithium ion on the DBPDA and RDBPDA were only slightly dependent on ligand structure, but strongly dependent on the solvent. DBPDA and RDBPDA appeared to have almost the same value for the isotope separation coefficient of lithium. 相似文献

Stable films of biopolymer chitosan and carbon nanotubes were prepared by a layer-by-layer self-assembly technique. Atomic force microscopy, scanning electron microscopy, cyclic voltammetry, and UV-vis spectroscopy were used to characterize the film assembly. Atomic force microscopy and scanning electron microscopy showed that an even, stable film was formed. The UV-vis spectroscopy and cyclic voltammetry study indicated the uniform growth of the film. The property of the self-assembled multilayer film in promoting protein electron transfer was demonstrated by incorporating microperoxidase-11 in the film. Microperoxidase-11 in the multilayer film could transfer electrons with the electrode indicating that carbon nanotubes could wire the protein to the electrode. The electrocatalytic activity of the microperoxidase-11 containing multilayer film-modified electrode toward H(2)O(2) and O(2) was investigated. The results showed that along with the increase in the assembled layers the electrocatalytic reduction potentials of H(2)O(2) and O(2) shifted positively. The prepared multilayer film of chitosan and carbon nanotubes containing protein was a sensitive interface for electrocatalytic study. 相似文献

Aminoguanidinium(1+) dihydrogen phosphate was prepared by crystallization from aqueous solution. On the basis of the results of DSC measurements, X-ray structural analysis was carried out at temperatures of 160, 215 and 293 K for three aminoguanidinium(1+) dihydrogen phosphate phases ( |Z=2|non-ferroic |melting point 408 K; II |201-222 K|(2) |Z=2|non-ferroic|-; III |<201 K|(2)|Z=4|non-ferroic|-). The triclinic unit cell dimensions (a=6.8220(2), b=7.1000(2), c=7.4500(2) Å, α=86.925(2)°, β=80.731(2)°, γ=79.630(2)°, V=350.21(2) Å3—phase I) are similar for all three structural phases with the exception of phase III, where doubling of the c-axis length leads to an increase in the volume to 692.34(3) Å3. The crystal structure of all three modifications consists of parallel layers of dihydrogen phosphate anions that are interconnected by aminoguanidinium(1+) cations through hydrogen bonds of the N-H…O type. The planar aminoguanidinium(1+) cations are oriented almost parallel to each other and are perpendicular to the anion layers. The primary differences amongst phases I, II and III lie in the location of the H atom in the short O-H…O bonds connecting the dihydrogen phosphate anions in layers. The FTIR and FT Raman spectra of natural and deuterated compounds were recorded and interpreted. The FTIR spectra were studied down to a temperature of 90 K. 相似文献

In association with microtubules, a variety of kinesins play important roles in cellular functions such as intracellular transport of organelles or vesicles, signal transduction, and cell division. In a previous study we revealed that human kinesin superfamily protein member 4 (KIF4) is a chromokinesin that binds to chromosomes. Since localization of several kinds of kinesin at midzone called central spindle, or midbody that connects two daughter cells, or both, suggests their implication in cell division, we investigated KIF4 localization of during mitosis and cytokinesis in Hela cells. In addition to association with segregating chromosomes through entire mitosis, it also localized to the midzone and to midbody at ana/telophase through cytokinesis. Especially in cells at cytokinesis, KIF4 appeared as a doublet facing each other at the apical ends of two daughter cells. Three- dimensional analysis of architectural relationship between microtubule bundles and KIF4 indicated that KIF4 forms a ring structure wrapping around the microtubule bundles. These results suggest that KIF4 is involved in cytokinesis, although direct evidence was not provided in this study. 相似文献
