Chiral attachment of styrene mediated by surface dimers on Ge100

We have investigated the chiral adsorption configurations of styrene on Ge(100) using scanning tunneling microscopy at 300 K. The chemisorbed styrene on a single Ge dimer reduces the symmetry of the molecule, which produces a chiral center, and leads to the (S) or (R) chiral on-top configuration. We have found that the dimeric adsorption of styrene induced by the Ge surface dimer structure forms the enantiomeric and diastereomeric paired end-bridge configurations. We determine the absolute chirality of adsorbed styrene on Ge(100) and demonstrate a novel method for the achiral molecule to produce dimeric enantiomers and diastereomers attached to the semiconductor surface.     

Mononuclear nonheme ferric-peroxo complex in aldehyde deformylation

A mononuclear nonheme ferric-peroxo complex bearing a macrocyclic tetradentate N4 ligand, [(TMC)Fe(III)-O2]+, was prepared and used in mechanistic studies of aldehyde deformylation; a catalytic aldehyde deformylation by a nonheme iron(II) complex, [Fe(II)(TMC)]2+, and molecular oxygen is reported as well.     

Antibacterial activities of polystyrene-block-poly(4-vinyl pyridine) and poly(styrene-random-4-vinyl pyridine)

Styrene was polymerized in the presence of benzoyl peroxide (BPO) and 2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-1-piperidinyloxy (TEMPO) to yield polystyrene-TEMPO (PS-TEMPO) macroinitiator. The PS-TEMPO macroinitiator with different molecular weight was reacted with 4-vinyl pyridine (4-VP) to synthesize polystyrene-block-poly(4-vinyl pyridine) (PS-b-PVP), which was then quaternized with n-octyl iodide. Antibacterial activity of the quaternized copolymers was assessed against a gram negative bacterium (Pseudomonas aeruginosa) and a gram positive one (Staphylococcus aureus) by using the shake flask test method, and the results were compared with those of poly(styrene-random-4-vinyl pyridine) (P(ST-r--VP)). The quaternized copolymers inhibited greatly the growth of the bacteria, and PS-b-PVP was more active than P(ST-r-VP), which was ascribed to the fact that the content of quaternized 4-VP units on the surface of the particles of the former copolymer was higher than that corresponding to the latter one.     

薄层色谱法在香兰素合成中的应用

应用薄层色谱法对愈创木酚、3－甲氧基－4－羟基扁桃酸和香兰素进行了分析，以硅胶GF254作为吸附剂，从几种溶剂系统中选出氯仿：乙酸乙酯：正丙醇：冰乙酸：水＝20：1：1：1：2溶液作为展开剂。建立了 香兰素的薄层扫描定量分析方法，测定波长为500nm，参比波长为570nm，线性范围为0．31－6．2μg。     

Optimization,validation and comparison of various extraction techniques for the trace determination of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in sewage sludges by liquid chromatography coupled to diode-array and fluorescence detection

There is a need for a better characterization of sludges from wastewater treatment plants which are destined to be spread on agricultural lands. Inorganic pollutants are regularly controlled but organic pollutants have received few attention up to now. On this paper, we have been interested on the analysis of the 16 polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) listed in the US Environmental Protection Agency (US EPA) priority list and more particularly of the six PAHs listed in the European community list (fluoranthene, benzo[b and k]fluoranthene, benzo[a]pyrene, benzo[ghi]perylene, indeno[1,2,3-cd]pyrene). The analysis step consists on liquid chromatography with both fluorescence and UV detections as described in the EPA Method 8310. As for the extraction step, several techniques such as supercritical fluid extraction, pressurized liquid extraction, focused microwave extraction in open vessels, Soxhlet and ultrasonic extractions are compared after optimization of the experimental conditions (solvent nature and quantity, temperature, pressure, duration, ... ) and validation with certified sludges. When optimized, these five extraction techniques are as much efficient with similar relative standard deviation. Whatever the extraction techniques used, the whole analysis protocol permits to quantify PAHs in the range of 0.09 to 0.9 mg/kg of dried sludges.     

(2E,4E)-3-苯基-2-[2-(N-乙氧羰基甲基氨基)-苯硫基]-2,4-己二烯酸乙酯——一个新的分子内重排反应产物

２，３－二氢－２－甲基－４－苯基－１，５－苯并硫氮杂卓与重氮乙酸乙酯反应，得到非预期的分子内重排的开环产物。通过元素分析、ＩＲ，１ＨＮＭＲ，ＭＳ及Ｘ－晶体衍射分析确定了它的结构，并根据产物的结构，对这一新反应的反应机理进行了探讨和研究。     

新型小檗碱衍生物的合成及其体外降糖活性

为提高小檗碱的水溶性以及降糖活性，对其C-9位进行了结构修饰，合成了6个9-O-小檗碱酯类衍生物（3a~3f），其中3b~3d和3f为新化合物，其结构经¹H NMR， IR和HR-MS(ESI)表征。选用人肝癌细胞（HepG2）建立胰岛素抵抗模型（HepG2-IR），通过MTT法研究了3a~3f的体外降糖活性。结果表明：3a~3f均具有不同程度的降糖活性，其中化合物3a(IC₅₀=0.044 ±0.97 mg·L^-1)在低浓度0.08 mg·L^-1时，对HepG2-IR细胞葡萄糖消耗量为3.5 mM，优于小檗碱(2.75 mM)。     

Tributyl phosphate degradation by immobilized cells of aCitrobacter sp.

Tributyl phosphate (TBP), a plasticizer and solvent, is used in nuclear fuel reprocessing, generating TBP wastes laden with residual uranium. ACitrobacter sp. accumulated heavy metals via a phosphohydrolase(s) that precipitated metals with inorganic phosphate liberated from an organic phosphate “donor” molecule (TBP). Mutant analysis suggested that TBP hydrolysis was not attributable to a previously documented acid phosphatase (monoesterase). Purified monoesterase had little activity against phospho di- and triesters, had no requirement for Mg²⁺ or Mn²⁺, and was EDTA-resistant. Conversely, TBP cleavage by immobilized cells was enhanced by Mg²⁺, and ininhibited by Mn²⁺ and EDTA. A separate phosphotri/diesterase was implicated.     

Stereoselective synthesis of (+)-SCH 351448: a unique ligand system for sodium, calcium, and other cations

(+)-SCH 351448 (Na+ salt A) was synthesized employing ring-closing olefin metathesis reaction of an open diene diester intermediate for construction of the 28-membered macrodiolide structure. The open diene diester was prepared from the monomeric hydroxy carboxylic acid and two different olefin fragments. The monomeric hydroxy acid was synthesized via Julia-Julia coupling reaction of intermediates derived from the same olefinic fragments. Oxane units in these fragments were prepared by radical cyclization reactions of beta-alkoxyacrylates. Analogous SCH 351448 salts incorporating other mono- and divalent cations may be prepared. Under acidic conditions, SCH 351448 (Na+ salt A) was the most stable complex, but SCH 351448 (Ca2+ salt) and (Na+ salt B) appear to be physiologically important species.     

基于“超星直播+学习通”的在线教学示范

为了应对新冠病毒肺炎(COVID-19)蔓延和响应教育部"停课不停教,停课不停学"的号召,作者从"两问题三误区"入手分析了现有在线教学存在的问题,并对比了不同直播平台的优缺点,提出了在线教学的具体教学建议。以基于"超星直播+学习通"的在线教学为例进行了教学示范指导。
