This paper describes a new approach to achieve selectivity in an immunoassay by separating the signals given by two cross-reactive compounds present simultaneously in a complex sample matrix. The method is based on the sequential dilution of the sample containing a mixture of the two analytes, spiking each diluted sample with a reference compound, and the detection by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). The obtained multivariate response was used for the individual calibrations of the assay for each of the two cross-reactants simultaneously by using principal component analysis (PCA) and partial least squares regression (PLSR) data modeling. The calibration models showed that the signal separation due the analytes 2,4-dinitrophenol (2,4-DNP) and 4-nitrophenol (4-NP) was possible with a prediction concentration error of 1.4 M and 72 M, respectively.  相似文献

Five quantities, σ0, iT11, T20, T21 and T22, have been measured for the elastic (d, d) scattering from 60Ni at 9 and 12 MeV and from 90Zr at 10, 11 and 12 MeV over a wide angular range. Excitation functions for σ0 and T20 have been also measured at an angle of 175°(lab) in the approximate energy range of 6–13 MeV for both target isotopes. The experimental results, together with similar data published earlier for 15 MeV have now been analysed using the optical model with the complex central, spin-orbit and tensor TR potentials. Excellent fits are obtained for the angular distributions for all five measured quantities. The main features of the excitation functions are also well reproduced. Five of the optical-model parameters can be fixed. Three other parameters can be constrained by simple mass dependence functions. Further evidence for the presence of an imaginary component of the spin-orbit potential is supplied by the analysis of the present data.  相似文献

Multicomponent supramolecular gels provide opportunities to form materials that are not accessible when using the single components alone. Different scenarios are possible when mixing multiple components, from complete co-assembly (mixing of the components within the self-assembled structures formed) to complete self-sorting such that each structure contains only one of the components. Most examples of multicomponent gels that currently exist form stable gels. Here, we show that this can be used to control the mechanical properties of the gels, but what is probably most exciting is that we show that we can use a magnetic field to control the shape of the crystals. The gelling component aligns in a magnetic field and so results in anisotropic crystals being formed.
