Due to the added value conferred by zinc oxide (ZnO) nanofiller, e.g., UV protection, antibacterial action, gas-barrier properties, poly(lactic acid) (PLA)–ZnO nanocomposites show increased interest for utilization as films, textile fibers, and injection molding items. The study highlights the beneficial effects of premixing ZnO in PLA under given conditions and its use as masterbatch (MB), a very promising alternative manufacturing technique. This approach allows reducing the residence time at high processing temperature of the thermo-sensitive PLA matrix in contact of ZnO nanoparticles known for their aptitude to promote degradation effects onto the polyester chains. Various PLA–ZnO MBs containing high contents of silane-treated ZnO nanoparticles (up to 40 wt.% nanofiller specifically treated with triethoxycaprylylsilane) were produced by melt-compounding using twin-screw extruders. Subsequently, the selected MBs were melt blended with pristine PLA to produce nanocomposite films containing 1–3 wt.% ZnO. By comparison to the more traditional multi-step process, the MB approach allowed the production of nanocomposites (films) having improved processing and enhanced properties: PLA chains displaying higher molecular weights, improved thermal stability, fine nanofiller distribution, and thermo-mechanical characteristic features, while the UV protection was confirmed by UV-vis spectroscopy measurements. The MB alternative is viewed as a promising flexible technique able to open new perspectives to produce more competitive multifunctional PLA–ZnO nanocomposites. 相似文献
The solvents o-, m-, p-xylene, p-dichlorobenzene, 1,2,4-trichlorobenzene, and naphthalene were calibrated as condensates used in the thermoporosimetry technique. Exponential relationships were found connecting the pore radii R(p) (in nm) and the freezing-point depression of the swelling solvent deltaT (in degrees C) on the one hand and the apparent energy of crystallization W(a) (in J cm(-3)) and deltaT on the other hand: R(p) = t exp[-1/(c deltaT)]; W(a) = W0 exp(deltaT/f). Pore- or mesh-size distributions can be derived from differential scanning calorimetry results by using the following equation: dV(p)/dR(p) = k{[cY(T)deltaT2]/[W(a)R(p)]}. All the numerical parameters were determined. Polyethylene and polypropylene samples, cross-linked with high-energy electrons or gamma-rays, were submitted to thermoporosimetry study. Relative mesh-size distributions, which depend on the polymer/solvent pair, were calculated for these polyolefins with o-, m-, and p-xylene as solvent and were found to be in the same sequence as those of their degrees of swelling and the irradiation doses received. 相似文献
In the framework of our study of the changes of the electric polarizability upon substituting heteroatomic linkages in conjugated hydrocarbon backbones, we have been led to examine the relative stability of eight compounds isoelectronic to the all-trans octatetraene using the Cox and Pilcher concept of stabilization energy (SE ), SE = ΔHa – ΣNABEAB, where ΔHa is the heat of atomization of the species under consideration and the EAB's are bond-energy terms. Full geometry optimizations at the 4-31G level have been performed to obtain the equilibrium geometries needed to deduce reliable semiempirical heats of formation from appropriate isodesmic processes. Some of the compounds containing the ? CH?N? and ? N?N ? groups have electric polarizabilities and stabilization energies comparable to octatetrene. 相似文献
Sythetic procedures have been deweloped for the preparation of sodium and lithium cryptates of the macrabicyclic ligands 1–11 containing pyridine, bipyridine, and biisoquinoline groups. They involve stepwise construction of the bicyclic system as will as direct macrobicyclisation procedures (Scheme 1) and give access to both symmetrical and dissymmetrical structures. Marked cation template effects have been found that facilitate the cyclisation processes. The ligands 1–11 were isolated as their cryptates with Na+ or Li+ cations. 相似文献
The mixed oxides BixEu1−xVO4 and BiyGd1−yVO4 crystallize in a zircon-type structure, for 0 <x < 0.6 and 0 < y < 0.64, and in a fergusonite-type structure, for 0.94 < x < 1 and 0.93 < y < 1. A process of competition between the dominant and the constrained effects of the lone-pair 6s2 of Bi3+ is discussed. The diffuse reflectance spectroscopic studies of these mixed oxides are presented. The observed broad bands are attributed to charge transfer processes and the sharp peaks in the BixEu1−xVO4 spectra are ascribed to intra-configurational 4f – 4ftransitions of the Eu3+ ion. The broad absorption shift in BiLnVO4 (Ln : Eu and Gd) compounds to the longer wavelengths range, when Bi is introduced in the LnVO4 lattice, is ascribed to charge transfer processes in a Bi-VO4 center and are interpreted assuming a Jahn-Teller effect in the excited state of Bi3+. The concept of an internal pressure of Bi3+ ions is also used to explain the broad A-band shifts. 相似文献
The aim of this study was to create a simple, solventless technique without derivatisation in order to analyze a broad range of volatiles in beer wort. A method was developed using headspace solid-phase microextraction coupled with gas chromatography and mass spectrometry. The procedure was optimised by selection of the appropriate fibre and optimisation of extraction temperature, extraction time, and salting-out. The detection limits were well below the actual wort concentrations of the selected volatiles, ranging from 12 ng/l for linalool to 0.53 microg/l for furfural. Moreover, the procedure showed a good linearity and was applied to the analysis of wort samples taken from a wort boiling process in an industrial brewery. 相似文献
Within the general context of homometallic spin-coupled Cu(II) dimers, we propose to relate the antiferromagnetic part of
the exchange coupling constant, JAF, to the quantity ΔP2(Cu), the difference of copper squared spin populations as calculated for the high-spin (i.e. triplet) and broken-symmetry
spin states, through JAF≈−UΔP2(Cu), where U is interpreted as the covalent–ionic term. This proportionality is illustrated for three “bare” Cu(II) dimers (i.e. without
peripheral ligation, so as to enhance the antiferromagnetic contribution) bridged by azido, hydroxo, or oxo groups. This provides
an alternative quantifier of the exchange phenomenon to that usually used, i.e. Δ2, the square of the singly occupied molecular orbital splitting in the triplet state. Moreover, and quite interestingly, the
quantity ΔP2(Cu) can become negative (i.e. induce ferromagnetism) without apparently affecting the proportionality relation.

In this article we propose to partially integrate the antenna positioning (APP) and frequency allocation problems (FAP). The traditional wireless network design process examines these two major issues sequentially in order to avoid the very high complexity associated with the simultaneous resolution of the two problems. The proposed integration involves the introduction of interference protection guarantees within the APP. It is customary to define such guarantees in an intermediate step and to use them as input to FAP, in order to protect against interference in critical areas. The proposed approach consists of selecting these protections while solving the APP, allowing the optimization procedure to exploit the degrees of freedom that this would offer. Results on two real-life problem instances indicate a significant improvement in interference levels and resource utilization. 相似文献
The volatile components extracted from the headspace (HS) of Achillea ligustica All. samples and their separated organs using solid phase microextraction (SPME) were investigated by gas chromatography and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. Fiftyseven compounds were identified, the main components were camphor (14.2–29.8%), artemisia ketone (0.3–26.7%), santolina alcohol (0.5–9.4%), camphene (3.0–9.0%) and trans-sabinyl acetate (1.6–5.5%). Moreover, the chemical composition of Corsican and Sardinian A. ligustica oils obtained from flowers and leafy stems harvested in four regions of both islands, were investigated. Two collective oils of A. ligustica were also investigated, comparison between both oils as well as from data literature were reported. A comparison of hydrodistillation and HS-SPME extraction of volatile components in term of isolation time, plant-consuming and chemical composition was discussed. HS-SPME technique was clearly fast in contrast to hydrodistillation (90 min/300 min). HS extraction was performed with a much smaller amount of plant than hydrodistillation. Although the aromatic profiles of HS-fractions and oils showed several quantitative differences HS-SPME can be applied to routine control analysis of aromatic and medicinal plants.
