The first nickel-catalyzed cross-coupling reactions between fluoroarenes and aryl organometallics using commercially available ligands are described. The nickel-catalyzed cross-coupling reactions between aryl Grignard reagents and fluoroazines and -diazines occurred in THF at room temperature using commercially available 1,2-bis(diphenylphosphino)ethane, 1,3-bis(diphenylphosphino)propane, or 1,1'-bis(diphenylphosphino)ferrocene as ligand. Various fluoro substrates such as pyridines, diazines (pyrazine, pyridazine), benzodiazines (quinoxaline), and quinolines were successfully involved in the reaction with phenylmagnesium halides (phenylmagnesium chloride, 2-methoxyphenylmagnesium bromide, and 4-methoxyphenylmagnesium bromide). The conditions used also allowed the cross-coupling of 4-fluorotoluene with arylmagnesium reagents.  相似文献

The sol-gel method was used to prepare two different starting gels containing SiCH3-groups for the preparation of SiOC ceramics. To understand the role of Si—H bonds in the incorporation of carbon into the SiOC network, gels prepared from a 1:2 mixture of triethoxysilane and methyldiethoxysilane (THDH2) and solely methyltriethoxysilane (TMe) were investigated. Thermogravimetric analysis coupled with mass spectroscopy (TG-MS) in inert atmosphere was performed to attain an insight into the decomposition reactions involved during gel-glass transformation. Samples calcined at different temperatures up to 1000°C were characterized by 29Si and 13C magic angle spinning nuclear magnetic resonance (MAS-NMR) spectroscopy. The presence of SiH groups in the starting gel allows an efficient conversion of Si—CH3 groups into CSi4 sites at lower temperatures. As a result, despite a much lower amount of carbon in the starting THDH2 gel (C/Si = 0.33) compared to the TMe gel (C/Si = 1), the amount of carbon inserted into the SiOC network of both glasses is equivalent, but the TMe sample contains the 10 fold amount of free carbon.  相似文献

Dissolution of [UO2(OTf)2](1) in anhydrous thf, dme or py led to the formation of the complexes [UO2(OTf)2(thf)3](2), [UO2(OTf)2(dme)](3) and [UO2(OTf)2(py)3](4), respectively. Compounds 2 and 4 are neutral monomers in the solid state as well as the chloride [UO2Cl2(py)3](5) which was prepared in a similar way as for from the dimer [[UO2Cl2(thf)2]2]. Addition of 4 equivalents of triphenylphosphine oxide (tppo) to 1 afforded, in pyridine, the dicationic species [UO2(tppo)4][OTf]2 (6). The bi- or terdentate nitrogen molecules 2,2'-bipy, phen or terpy reacted with 1 in acetonitrile or pyridine to give [UO2(OTf)2(bipy)2](7), [UO2(phen)3][OTf]2(8), [UO2(OTf)2(terpy)](9) and [UO2(terpy)2][OTf]2(10), respectively. The hydroxide compound [[UO2(OH)(terpy)]2][OTf]2(11) was obtained by hydrolysis in air of 1 in a mixture of acetonitrile and ethanol in the presence of terpyridine. The X-ray crystal structures of , and reveal a novel coordination geometry for the uranyl ion, the uranium atom being in a rhombohedral environment; the six coordinating ligands atoms of the [UO2]2+ ion are separated into two parallel and staggered equilateral triangles and the UO2 axis is perpendicular to these triangles, passing through their centre. The structures of the mono(terpy) complexes 9 and 11 show the uranium atoms in a distorted pentagonal bipyramidal configuration with the nitrogen atom of the central pyridine ring of the terpy ligand significantly displaced from the equatorial plane.  相似文献

Extended labeling experiments have shown that formation of rhodium peroxocarbonate from CO(2) and [RhCl(eta(2)-O(2))(P)(3)] (P is PEt(2)Ph or PEtPh(2)) proceeds through O-O bond cleavage and CO(2) insertion. The cationic lanthanide complexes of two neutral tripodal N,O ligands, tpa (tris[(2-pyridyl)methyl]amine) and tpaam (tris[6-((2-N,N-diethylcarbamoyl)pyridyl)methyl]amine) are studied in water. The analysis of the proton lanthanide induced NMR shifts indicate that there is no abrupt structural change in the middle of the rare-earth series. Unexpectedly, the formation constant values of the lanthanide podates of tpaam and tpa in D2O at 298 K are similar, suggesting that the addition of the three amide groups to the ligand tpa does not lead to any increase in stability of the lanthanide complexes of tpaam in respect to tpa, even though the amide groups are coordinated to the metal in aqueous solution. The measurement of the enthalpy and entropy changes of the complexation reactions shows that the two similar ligands tpa and tpaam have different driving forces for lanthanide complexation. Indeed, the formation of tpa podates benefits from an exothermic enthalpy change associated with a small entropy change, whereas the complexation reaction with tpaam is clearly entropy-driven though opposed by a positive enthalpy change. The hydration states of the europium complexes were measured by luminescence and show the coordination of 4-5 water ligands in [Eu(tpa)]3+ whereas there are only 2 in [Eu(tpaam)]3+. Therefore the heptadentate ligand tpaam releases the translational entropy of more water molecules than does the tetradentate ligand tpa.  相似文献

Electrochemical behaviors of individual carbon fibers coming from carbon felts were investigated using two different redox couples, 1,1′-dimethanolferrocene and potassium ferrocyanide. Electrochemical responses were examined after different oxidation treatments, then simulated and interpreted using the Kissa 1D software and existing models. Our experiments indicate that a crude carbon fiber behaves as an assembly of sites with different electrochemical reactivities. In such case, the Butler–Volmer law is not appropriate to describe the electron transfer kinetics because of the large created overpotential. Oxidation of the fiber erases the effect by increasing the kinetics of the electron transfer probably by a homogenization and increase of the reactivity on all the fiber. Additionally, analysis of the signal shows the large influence of the convection that affects the electrochemical response even at moderate scan rates (typically below 0.1–0.2 V s−1).  相似文献

The facile production of ArCF2X and ArCX3 from ArCF3 using catalytic iron(III)halides is reported, which constitutes the first iron-catalyzed halogen exchange for non-aromatic C−F bonds. Theoretical calculations suggest direct activation of C−F bonds by iron coordination. ArCX3 and ArCF2X products of the reaction are synthetically valuable due to their diversification potential. In particular, chloro- and bromodifluoromethyl arenes (ArCF2Cl, ArCF2Br respectively) provide access to a myriad of difluoromethyl arene derivatives (ArCF2R). To optimize for mono-halogen exchange, a statistical method called Design of Experiments was used. Optimized parameters were successfully applied to electron rich and electron deficient aromatic substrates, and to the late stage diversification of flufenoxuron, a commercial insecticide. These methods are highly practical, being run at convenient temperatures and using inexpensive common reagents.  相似文献

An air-tolerant Cu-catalyzed sulfonylative Hiyama cross-coupling reaction enabling the formation of diaryl sulfones is described. Starting from aryl silanes, DABSO and aryliodides, the reaction tolerates a large variety of polar functional groups (amines, ketones, esters, aldehydes). Control experiments coupled with DFT calculations shed light on the mechanism, characterized by the formation of a Cu(I)-sulfinate intermediate via fast insertion of a SO2 molecule.  相似文献

A new conductometric enzyme-based biosensor was developed for the determination of formaldehyde (FA) in aqueous solutions. The biosensor was prepared by cross-linking formaldehyde dehydrogenase from Pseudomonas putida with bovine serum albumin in saturated glutaraldehyde vapours (GA) at the surface of interdigitated gold microelectrodes. Nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide cofactor (NAD+) was added in solution at each measurement to maintain enzyme activity. Addition of a Nafion layer over the enzyme modified electrode resulted in a significant increase of biosensor signal due to enhanced accumulation of protons generated by enzymatic reaction at the electrode surface. Different parameters affecting enzyme activity or playing a role in ionic transfer through the Nafion membrane were optimised. In optimal conditions (0.045 mg enzyme, 30 min exposure to GA, 0.3 μL of a 1 % (v/v) Nafion solution deposit, measurement in 5 mM phosphate buffer pH 7 containing 20 μM NAD+), the biosensor signal was linear up to 10 mM FA, and the detection limit was 18 μM. Relative standard deviations calculated from five consecutive replicates of FA solutions were lower than 5 % in the 1–10 mM range. The biosensor was successfully applied to the determination of FA in spiked water samples (tap water and Rhone river water), with recoveries in the 95–110 % range.
