This study examines the possibility of finding perfect entanglers for a Hamiltonian which corresponds to several quantum information platforms of interest at the present time. However, in this study, a superconducting circuit is used that stands out from other quantum-computing devices, especially because transmon qubits can be coupled via capacitors or microwave cavities, which enables to combine high coherence, fast gates, and high flexibility in its design parameters. There are currently two factors limiting the performance of superconducting processors: timing mismatch and the limitation of entangling gates to two qubits. In this work, a two-qubit SWAP and a three-qubit Fredkin gate is presented, additionally, a perfect adiabatic entanglement generation between two and three programmable superconducting qubits is also demonstrated. Furthermore, the impact of random dephasing, emission, and absorption noises on the quantum gates and entanglement is also demonstrated in this study. It is demonstrated by numerical simulation that CSWAP gate and W-state generation can be achieved perfectly in one step with high reliability under weak coupling conditions. Hence, this scheme could contribute to quantum teleportation, quantum communication, and some other areas of quantum information processing.  相似文献

The present study examines the effect of fexofenadine, an antihistamine drug, on corrosion inhibition of mild steel in molar hydrochloric acid solution using different techniques under the influence of various experimental conditions. Results revealed that fexofenadine is an effective inhibitor and percent inhibition efficiency increased with its concentration; reaching a maximum value of 97% at a concentration of 3.0 × 10−4 M. Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) observations of steel surface confirmed the protective role of the studied drug. Polarization studies showed that fexofenadine is a mixed-type inhibitor. The adsorption of the inhibitor on mild steel surface obeyed the Langmuir adsorption isotherm with free energy of adsorption (∆G°ads) of −40 kJ mol−1. Energy gaps for the interactions between mild steel surface and fexofenadine molecule were found to be close to each other showing that fexofenadine has the capacity to behave as both electron donor and electron acceptor. The results obtained from the different corrosion evaluation techniques are in good agreement.  相似文献

Bicyclic diazenium salts have been prepared from α-chloroazo species via a Lewis acid-mediated intramolecular cycloaddition. An alternative, more direct, route to these salts by the reaction of hydrazones with dimethylsulfonium ditriflate is also described. Terminal olefins provided mixtures of fused and bridged bicyclic diazenium salts. The ratio of the fused and bridged species was observed to depend on the electronics of the N-aryl substituent, which is explained by considering a concerted asynchronous cycloaddition mechanism.  相似文献

Garlic’s main bioactive organosulfur component, diallyl trisulfide (DATS), has been widely investigated in cancer models. However, DATS is not suitable for clinical use due to its low solubility. The current study seeks to improve DATS bioavailability and assess its chemopreventive and chemosensitizing properties in an AOM-induced colorectal cancer model. The polyethylene glycol coated Distearoylphosphatidylcholine/Cholesterol (DSPC/Chol) comprising DATS-loaded DATSL and doxorubicin (DOXO)-encapsulated DOXL liposomes was prepared and characterized. The changes in the sensitivity of DATS and DOXO by DATSL and DOXL were evaluated in RKO and HT-29 colon cancer cells. The synergistic effect of DATSL and DOXL was studied by cell proliferation assay in the combinations of IC10, IC25, and IC35 of DATSL with the IC10 of DOXL. AOM, DATSL, and DOXL were administered to different groups of mice for a period of 21 weeks. The data exhibited ~93% and ~46% entrapment efficiency of DATSL and DOXL, respectively. The size of sham liposomes was 110.5 nm, whereas DATSL and DOXL were 135.5 nm and 169 nm, respectively. DATSL and DOXL exhibited significant sensitivity in the cell proliferation experiment, lowering their IC50 doses by more than 8- and 14-fold, respectively. However, the DATSL IC10, IC25, and IC35 showed escalating chemosensitivity, and treated the cells in combination with DOXL IC10. Analysis of histopathological, cancer marker enzymes, and antioxidant enzymes revealed that the high dose of DATSL pretreatment and DOXL chemotherapy is highly effective in inhibiting AOM-induced colon cancer promotion. The combination of DATSL and DOXL indicated promise as a colorectal cancer treatment in this study. Intermolecular interactions of DATS and DOXO against numerous cancer targets by molecular docking indicated MMP-9 as the most favourable target for DATS exhibiting binding energy of −4.6 kcal/mol. So far, this is the first research to demonstrate the chemopreventive as well as chemosensitizing potential of DATSL in an animal model of colorectal cancer.  相似文献

The presence of a region of multi-modal velocity histograms in the plane of symmetry of a wing-body juncture have been reported. This region not only contains bi-modal histograms but also tri-modal distributions. LDV measurements supplemented by detailed analysis of the flow-visualization results has been used to propose that the reason for this behavior is the dynamic character of the juncture-vortex system and not turbulent intermittency as reported earlier.  相似文献
