Today, traditional systems of medicines (such as herbal distillates) become important resources for providing healthcare benefits. The ability to discriminate among closely similar herbal products is critical to ensure their efficacy. This article proposes a pattern-based recognition approach for the rapid discrimination of herbal distillates using a low-cost and sensitive colorimetric sensor array composed of 25 indicators. The color changes of the sensor exposed to the vapor of the herbal distillates can be monitored easily with an ordinary flatbed scanner. The digital representation of the array response was analyzed with hierarchical clustering analysis (HCA) and principal component analysis (PCA). Using new variable selection strategy, 6 indicators among the 25 employed indicators were selected as discriminant elements of the array. So, a complete discrimination (with 100% accuracy) of 46 herbal distillates was achieved. The proposed sensor represented a better resolution when analytes were placed in an oven at 85 °C for 45 min. This colorimetric sensor array demonstrates excellent potential for quality assurance/control applications of herbal distillates.  相似文献

Pervaporation (PV) separation of water–acetonitrile mixture using sodium alginate (NaAlg) based mixed matrix membranes (MMM) comprising different amounts of nano NaA zeolite (10, 20 and 30 wt%) is investigated in various concentrations of water and temperatures. The prepared membranes are modified by sulfosuccinic acid (SSA) as a crosslinking agent. NaAlg-NaA/SSA membranes are synthesized by a solution casting technique. The process and membrane performance including separation factor, flux and activation energy of permeation are determined. Results reveal that adding of nano zeolite may lead to an increase in the flux and the separation factor of sodium alginate membrane up to 123 and 169%. In addition, using MMM in dehydration of a feed containing 30 wt% of water shows much better performance than alginate membrane. Furthermore, the activation energy of water permeation through MMM is predicted lower than sodium alginate membrane which reflects the facilitated permeation of water through MMM.  相似文献

The I2‐catalyzed preparation of spiro[1,3,4‐benzotriazepine‐2,3′‐indole]‐2′,5(1H,1′H)‐diones from 2‐aminobenzohydrazide and isatins in MeCN at room temperature in good‐to‐excellent yields is described. We have studied the stability, the electronic, and the magnetic properties of Co2MnSi(001) thin films for 15 different terminations using density functional theory calculations. The phase diagram obtained by ab initio atomistic thermodynamics shows that in practice the MnSi, pure Mn, or pure Si terminated surfaces can be stabilized under suitable conditions. Analyzing the surface band structure, we find that the pure Mn termination, due to its strong surface-subsurface coupling, preserves the half-metallicity of the system, while surface states appear for the other terminations.  相似文献

An efficient approach for the preparation of functionalized 2‐aryl‐2,5‐dihydro‐5‐oxo‐4‐[2‐(phenylmethylidene)hydrazino]‐1H‐pyrroles is described. The four‐component reaction between aldehydes, NH2NH2?H2O, dialkyl acetylenedicarboxylates, and 1‐aryl‐N,N′‐bis(arylmethylidene)methanediamines proceeds in EtOH under reflux in good‐to‐excellent yields (Scheme 1). The structures of 4 were corroborated spectroscopically (IR, 1H‐ and 13C‐NMR, and EI‐MS, and, in the case of 4f , by X‐ray crystallography). In this work, recently prepared 67Ga-labeled glucagon (67Ga-DTPA-GCG) for imaging studies (radiochemical purity >94%; HPLC, S.A. 296–370 GBq/mM) was used in biological studies. The wild-type rat biodistribution results, 2 h post injection, demonstrated high tissue:muscle ratios for target tissues (liver, kidney, heart, spleen, fat intestine stomach and pancreas), 234, 18.45, 7.12, 1.75, 128.7, 4.9, 6.3 and 1.11, respectively. The tracer binding capacity using freshly prepared rat brain homogenate demonstrated significant specific binding of the tracer to neuronal GCG receptors (67Ga-DTPA-GCG/67Ga:3 and 67Ga-DTPA-GCG/67GaDTPA:2.2 at 90 min). SPECT images also demonstrated target specific binding of the tracer at 4 h. The data suggests the tracer is accumulated in GCGR rich tissues 2–4 h post injection, suggesting potentials of the tracer for future imaging studies in glocagonoma models.  相似文献

利用密度泛函理论通过计算吸附能量、HOMO/LUMO能隙变化、电荷转移、结构扭曲等研究二氧化氮分子在B12N12纳米笼的吸附.此外,通过计算B12N12的电子结合能、Gibbs自由能、态密度和分子表面的静电势研究其稳定性和其它特性.B12N12纳米笼吸附二氧化氮显示三种构型.B12N12团簇的HOMO/LUMO能隙变化对二氧化氮分子的存在非常敏感,从自由团簇的6.84 eV降为NO2/团簇稳定团簇的3.23 eV.团簇的导电性被极大地提高,表明B12N12纳米簇可能是潜在的二氧化氮气体分子检测传感器.  相似文献
