混合模式硅胶基质毛细管电色谱整体柱的制备及其电色谱性能研究

采用温和条件下的溶胶-凝胶技术，成功制备了阴离子交换-反相混合模式硅胶基质毛细管电色谱整体柱。通过调整反应液中不同前体的比例，优化了整体柱的制备条件。通过扫瞄电镜，对柱床进行了表征和分析。实验发现，所制备的整体柱电渗流的方向和大小可随流动相pH值的改变而改变，在酸性和中性条件下，具有从阴极流向阳极的电渗流；当流动相pH值升至约7．5时，电渗流方向发生了反转（由阳极流向阴极）。在优化的实验条件下，用所制备的整体柱对所考察的酸性（中性）化合物实现了快速分离，并获得了高达160，000N／m的柱效。     

Multiresidue determination of pesticides in drinking and related waters by gas chromatography/mass spectrometry after solid-phase extraction: interlaboratory study

As part of a project funded by the European Commission (EC) for the development and evaluation of multiresidue methods for analysis of drinking and related waters, 15 European laboratories evaluated a method using styrene-divinylbenzene co-polymer solid-phase extraction followed by gas chromatography/mass spectrometry. The main aim of the study was to evaluate whether the method meets the requirements of EC Directive 98/83 in terms of accuracy, precision, and detection limit for 22 pesticides according to the following requirements: limit of detection, < or = 0.025 microg/L; accuracy, expressed as recovery between 75 and 125%; and precision, expressed as repeatability relative standard deviation of the method of < 12.5% and as reproducibility relative standard deviation of the method of < 25%. Analyses for unknown concentrations were performed with fortified commercial bottled and tap waters. All laboratories were able to achieve detection limits of 0.01 microg/L for all pesticides except dimethoate and desisopropylatrazine (0.02 microg/L). The criteria for repeatability were met for all compounds except trifluralin, dimethoate, and lindane in bottled water and chlorpyrifos, dimethoate, and lindane in tap water. The criteria for reproducibility were met for all compounds except trifluralin, dimethoate, and lindane in bottled water and pendimethalin, chlorpyrifos, dimethoate, terbutryn, and lindane in tap water. In terms of accuracy, the method meets the requirements for all pesticides in both matrixes, except for lindane in bottled water and lindane and chlorpyrifos in tap water.     

Synthesis of some 3-Methyl-11H-indolo[3,2-c] [1,8]naphthyridines. A New heterocyclic ring system

Some derivatives of 11H-indolo[3,2-c] [1,8]naphthyridine, a new heterocyclic system, have been prepared using the Fischer indole synthesis on the appropriately phenylhydrazones. The preparation of some substituted 5,6-dihydro-11H-indolo[3,2-c][1,8]naphthyridines is also described.     

Conformations of the ten-membered ring in 5,10-secosteroids I. X-ray and NMR. Analysis of (E)-3 β-hydroxy-5,10-seco-1(10)-cholesten-5-one esters

X-ray structure determination of the p-bromobenzoate 2b of one of the (E/Z)-isomeric 3β-hydroxy-5,10-seco-1(10)-cholesten-5-ones confirmed the (E)-configuration proposed previously and showed the cyclodecenone ring to adopt an extended crown conformation of type A ₁ (Fig. 9). Analysis of the ¹H- and ¹³C-NMR. spectra of acetate 2a revealed that in solution the ten-membered ring of this steroid exists in at least two distinct forms, the predominant (about 85%) corresponding to the solid-state conformation of 2b (= A ₁), and the minor most likely to B ₂ (Fig. 9). From NMR. data the energy difference between the two species and the relevant activation energy were estimated. A number of conformational force field calculations using a simplified partial structural model was performed; but the computed energy differences between the various possible conformations do not reproduce the effective situation, neither in solution nor in the crystal lattice, indicating that additional effects such as the transannular interaction of the double bond with the carbonyl group may strongly influence the thermodynamic stability of the system. The conformations deduced were used to rationalize the stereochemical course of different chemical reactions of 2a .     

新型四硫代富瓦烯衍生物的合成及其性质的研究

合成了3个新的含有卤素取代基的四硫代富瓦烯衍生物及6个新的相关化合物。利用溶液的电子吸收光谱对四硫代富瓦烯衍生物的性质进行了研究。研究结果表明, 四硫代富瓦烯衍生物的分子中π轨道之间的能级差较小, 因而分子具有较高的稳定性。     

Schnelle Trennung von Barium aus einem Gemisch von Spaltprodukten

Zusammenfassung Eine Methode zur schnellen und selektiven Trennung von Barium aus einem Gemisch von Spaltprodukten wurde ausgearbeitet, die auf der Fällung des Bariumsulfats in Anwesenheit von äDTA beruht. Die Selektivität wurde durch Messung der -Spektren und der Zerfallskurven ÜberprÜft. Die Schnelligkeit der Methode wird durch die Abtrennung des Kernisomers ^137m Ba aus einem im Gleichgewicht befindlichen Gemisch von ^137m Ba und ¹³⁷Cs gezeigt.Das angefÜhrte Verfahren eignet sich fÜr die Herstellung von radiochemisch reinem Barium, fÜr die quantitative Auswertung der Kontamination der Spaltprodukte und fÜr die Berechnung des Alters radioaktiver atmosphärischer Niederschläge.

Summary A method has been developed for the rapid and selective isolation of barium from a mixture of fission products, based on precipitating barium sulphate in EDTA medium. The selectivity was checked by measuring -spectra and by decay curve analysis. The rapidity of the method is illustrated by the isolation of the ^137mBa isomer from an equilibrium mixture of ¹³⁷Cs+^137m Ba.The method described is convenient for preparing radiochemically pure barium, for a quantitative evaluation of a decontamination with fission products and for determining the age of radioactive fall-out.

     

A note on the radical of a Banach algebra

Relying on the results of the paper [5], we show that the Jacobson radical of a Banach algebra can be characterized as the set of exactly those elements perturbations by which leave the spectrum invariant. A number of corollaries are listed.     

Lycopodine‐Type Lycopodium Alkaloids from Huperzia serrata

Eleven Lycopodium alkaloids with a lycopodine‐type skeleton were isolated from the basic material of the whole plant of Huperzia serrata (Thunb .) Trev. (Huperziaceae). Among them, 12‐epilycodoline N‐oxide (=(12α,15R)‐12‐hydroxy‐15‐methyllycopodan‐5‐one N‐oxide; 1 ), 7‐hydroxylycopodine (=(15S)‐7‐hydroxy‐15‐methyllycopodan‐5‐one; 2 ), and 4,6α‐dihydroxylycopodine (=(6α,15R)‐4,6‐dihydroxy‐15‐methyllycopodan‐5‐one; 3 ) are new compounds. Their structures were identified spectroscopically, especially by means of 1D‐ and 2D‐NMR.     

Native and stearic acid modified ceria-zirconia supports in normal and reversed-phase HPLC

Porous ceria-zirconia composite with narrow particle size distribution and large specific surface area was synthesized by a sol-gel process. Chromatographic properties of the native supports was investigated in normal phase mode for the separation of test mixtures of basic, neutral and acidic compounds. The new packing material exhibited polar and basic properties, which are suitable for the separation of basic compounds. Lypophilic packing has been obtained by the modification of the ceria-zirconia with stearic acid, which exhibited strong hydrophobicity relative to the native packing. Therefore, the modified ceria-zirconia behaves as a reversed-phase packing material. Different selectivity towards basic compounds was observed on the new packing compared to the native ceria-zirconia and conventional ODS stationary phase.
