A cobalt‐catalyzed cross‐coupling between 3‐ and 4‐iodopiperidines and Grignard reagents is disclosed. The reaction is an efficient, cheap, chemoselective, and flexible way to functionalize piperidines. This coupling was used as the key step to realize a short synthesis of (±)‐preclamol. Some mechanistic investigations were conducted that highlight the formation of radical intermediates.  相似文献

To take advantage of the luminescent properties of d6 transition metal complexes to label proteins, versatile bifunctional ligands were prepared. Ligands that contain a 1,2,3‐triazole heterocycle were synthesised using CuI catalysed azide–alkyne cycloaddition “click” chemistry and were used to form phosphorescent IrIII and RuII complexes. Their emission properties were readily tuned, by changing either the metal ion or the co‐ligands. The complexes were tethered to the metalloprotein transferrin using several conjugation strategies. The IrIII/RuII–protein conjugates could be visualised in cancer cells using live cell imaging for extended periods without significant photobleaching. These versatile phosphorescent protein‐labelling agents could be widely applied to other proteins and biomolecules and are useful alternatives to conventional organic fluorophores for several applications.  相似文献

A highly K+‐selective two‐photon fluorescent probe for the in vitro monitoring of physiological K+ levels in the range of 1–100 mM is reported. The two‐photon excited fluorescence (TPEF) probe shows a fluorescence enhancement (FE) by a factor of about three in the presence of 160 mM K+, independently of one‐photon (OP, 430 nm) or two‐photon (TP, 860 nm) excitation and comparable K+‐induced FEs in the presence of competitive Na+ ions. The estimated dissociation constant (Kd) values in Na+‐free solutions (KdOP=(28±5) mM and KdTP=(36±6) mM ) and in combined K+/Na+ solutions (KdOP=(38±8) mM and KdTP=(46±25) mM ) reflecting the high K+/Na+ selectivity of the fluorescent probe. The TP absorption cross‐section (σ2PA) of the TPEF probe+160 mM K+ is 26 GM at 860 nm. Therefore, the TPEF probe is a suitable tool for the in vitro determination of K+.  相似文献

This study compared the characteristics of second graders' mathematical writing between an intervention and comparison group. Two six‐week Project M2 units were implemented with students in the intervention group. The units position students to communicate in ways similar to mathematicians, including engaging in verbal discourse where they themselves make sense of the mathematics through discussion and debate, writing about their reasoning on an ongoing basis, and utilizing mathematical vocabulary while communicating in any medium. Students in the comparison group learned from the regular school curriculum. Students in both the intervention and comparison groups conveyed high and low levels of content knowledge as indicated in archived data from an open‐response end‐of‐the‐year assessment. A multivariate analysis of variance indicated several differences favoring the intervention group. Both the high‐ and low‐level intervention subgroups outperformed the comparison group in their ability to (a) provide reasoning, (b) attempt to use formal mathematical vocabulary, and (c) correctly use formal mathematical vocabulary in their writing. The low‐level intervention subgroup also outperformed the respective comparison subgroup in their use of (a) complete sentences and (b) linking words. There were no differences between groups in their attempt at writing and attempts at and usage of informal mathematical vocabulary.  相似文献

We discuss a C1-continuous time integration method based on piecewise cubic Hermite approximation. This method, denoted as p2-scheme, belongs to a class of one-step integration methods derived recently [1]. The interaction and autoionization of HCl on low-temperature (80-140 K) water ice surfaces has been studied using low-energy (5-250 eV) electron-stimulated desorption (ESD) and temperature programmed desorption (TPD). There is a reduction of H(+) and H(2)(+) and a concomitant increase in H(+)(H(2)O)(n=1-7) ESD yields due to the presence of submonolayer quantities of HCl. These changes are consistent with HCl induced reduction of dangling bonds required for H(+) and H(2)(+) ESD and increased hole localization necessary for H(+)(H(2)O)(n=1-7) ESD. For low coverages, this can involve nonactivated autoionization of HCl, even at temperatures as low as 80 K; well below those typical of polar stratospheric cloud particles. The uptake and autoionization of HCl is supported by TPD studies which show that for HCl doses ≤0.5 ± 0.2 ML (ML = monolayer) at 110 K, desorption of HCl begins at 115 K and peaks at 180 K. The former is associated with adsorption of a small amount of molecular HCl and is strongly dependent on the annealing history of the ice. The latter peak at 180 K is commensurate with desorption of HCl via recombinative desorption of solvated separated ion pairs. The activation energy for second-order desorption of HCl initially in the ionized state is 43 ± 2 kJ/mol. This is close to the zero-order activation energy for ice desorption.  相似文献

The possibilities of stable isotope analysis using AAS are pointed out. The different isotopic effects occurring in optical spectra are discussed and the influence of the isotopic distribution in a sample on the line profile including broadening effects is analysed.An apparatus, based on the Zeeman scanning technique, is described, which can detect variations in the natural isotopic distribution. Measurements were carried out using the intercombination lines of Hg, Cd and Zn.  相似文献
