The [2 + 3] cycloaddition reactions (which are greatly accelerated by microwave irradiation) of the di(azido)platinum(II) compounds cis-[Pt(N(3))(2)(PPh(3))(2)] (1) with cyanopyridines NCR (2) (R = 4-, 3-, and 2-NC(5)H(4)) give the corresponding bis(pyridyltetrazolato) complexes trans-[Pt(N(4)CR)(2)(PPh(3))(2)] (3) [R = 4-NC(5)H(4) (3a), 3-NC(5)H(4) (3b), and 2-NC(5)H(4) (3c)]. Compound 3c has been characterized as the N(1)N(2)-bonded isomer in the solid state by X-ray crystallography and represents the first bis(tetrazolato) complex of this kind. Complexes 3a and 3b have been used as metallaligands to generate heteronuclear coordination polymers in the presence of copper nitrate. A one-dimensional supramolecular architecture was obtained as the exclusive product, {trans-[Pt(2)(N(4)CR)(4)(PPh(3))(4)Cu](n)(NO(3))(2n).nH(2)O (4.nH(2)O) (R = 4-NC(5)H(4)), when 3a was employed, whereas with 3b the heteronuclear square complex trans-[Pt(N(4)CR)(2)(PPh(3))(2)Cu(NO(3))(2)(H(2)O)](2) (5) (R = 3-NC(5)H(4)), composed of Pt/Cu ions, was obtained. All the isolated complexes were characterized by IR, elemental, and (for 3b, 3c, 4, and 5) X-ray structural analyses. Complexes 3 were additionally characterized by (1)H, (13)C, and (31)P {(1)H} NMR spectroscopies.  相似文献

[2 + 3] Cycloaddition reactions of the di(azido)-PdII complex trans-[Pd(N3)2(PPh3)2] (1) with an organonitrile RCN (2), under heating for 12 h, give the bis(tetrazolato) complexes trans-[Pd(N4CR)2(PPh3)2] (3) [R = Me (3a), Ph (3b), 4-ClC6H4 (3c), 4-FC6H4 (3d), 2-NC5H4 (3e), 3-NC5H4 (3f), 4-NC5H4 (3g)]. The reaction of trans-[Pd(N3)2(PPh3)2] (1) with propionitrile (2h) also affords, apart from trans-[Pd(N4CEt)2(PPh3)2] (3h), the unexpected mixed cyano-tetrazolato complex trans-[Pd(CN)(N4CEt)(PPh3)2] (3h′) which is derived from the reaction of the bis(tetrazolato) 3h with propionitrile, with concomitant formation of 5-ethyl-1H-tetrazole, via a suggested unusual oxidative addition of the nitrile to PdII. The [2 + 3] cycloadditions of [Pd(N3)2(PTA)2] (4) (PTA = 1,3,5-triaza-7-phosphaadamantane) with RCN (2), under heating for 12 h, give the bis(tetrazolato) complexes trans-[Pd(N4CR)2(PTA)2] (5) [R = Ph (5a), 2-NC5H4 (5b), 3-NC5H4 (5c), 4-NC5H4 (5d)]. All these reactions are greatly accelerated by microwave irradiation (1 h, 125 °C, 300 W). Taking advantage of the hydro-solubility of PTA, a simple liberation of 5-phenyl-1H-tetrazole from the coordination sphere of trans-[Pd(N4CPh)2(PTA)2] (5a) was achieved. The complexes were characterized by IR, 1H, 13C{1H} and 31P{1H} NMR spectroscopies, ESI+-MS, elemental analyses and, for 3b, also by X-ray structure analysis. Weak agostic interactions between the CH groups of the triphenylphosphines and the palladium(II) centre were found.  相似文献

Counting of Escherichia coli DH5α‐cell suspensions in PBS is performed using a microflow cytometer based on a photonic–microfluidic integrated device. Side‐scattered light signals are used to count the E. coli cells. A detection efficiency of 92% is achieved when compared with the expected count from a hemocytometer. The detection efficiency is correlated to the ratio of sample to sheath flow rates. It is demonstrated that E. coli can be easily distinguished from beads of similar sizes (2–4 μm) as their scattering intensities are different.  相似文献

We combine nanotechnology and chemical synthesis to create a novel multifunctional platinum drug delivery vehicle based on magnetic carbon nanotubes (multiwall carbon nanotubes/Fe3O4@poly(citric acid)/cis‐[(Pt(1,7‐phenanthroline)(DMSO)Cl2)]‐b‐poly(ethylene glycol) (MCNTs/FO@PC/Pt(II)‐b‐PEG)) for targeted cancer therapy. MCNTs/FO@PC/Pt(II)‐b‐PEG was conveniently prepared by conjugating cis‐[Pt(1,7‐phenanthroline)(DMSO)Cl2] complex to MCNTs/FO@PC‐b‐PEG via strong hydrogen‐bonding interactions. In comparison with free cisplatin and Pt(II) complex, MCNTs/FO@PC/Pt(II)‐b‐PEG shows higher solubility in aqueous solution and higher cytotoxicity towards human cervical cancer HeLa cells and human breast cancer MDA‐MB‐231 cells. In vitro release experiments revealed that the platinum drug‐loaded delivery system is relatively stable under physiological conditions (pH = 7.4 and 37 °C) but susceptible to acidic environments (pH = 5.6 and 37 °C) which would trigger the release of loaded drugs. Fluorescence microscopy studies revealed that this magnetic nanohybrid system possesses marked cell‐specific targeting in vitro in the presence of an external magnetic field. The results indicated that the prepared superparamagnetic MCNTs/FO@PC/Pt(II)‐b‐PEG nanohybrid system is a promising candidate for inhibiting the proliferation of cancer cells.  相似文献

MoO3 can react with the gamma phase of bismuth molybdate (Bi2MoO6) in the conditions of propene oxidation to form the alpha phase (Bi2Mo3O12) resulting in a more selective catalyst for propene oxidation to acrolein. Intimate contact between MoO3 and the gamma phase is an important factor favoring the formation of the alpha phase.

In this work, a three-component reaction of 3-acetyl-4-hydroxycoumarine, malononitrile, or cyanoacetate in the presence of ammonium acetate was used to form coumarin derivatives. The chemical structures of new compounds were identified by 1H, 13C NMR and an elemental analysis. These compounds were examined in vitro for their antimicrobial activity against a panel of bacterial strains. In addition, these compounds were investigated for antioxidant activities by superoxideradical, DPPH (2,2-Diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl), and hydroxyl radical scavenging assays, in which most of them displayed significant antioxidant activities. Furthermore, these compounds were evaluated for anti-inflammatory activity by indirect hemolytic and lipoxygenase inhibition assays and revealed good activity. In addition, screening of the selected compounds 2–4 against colon carcinoma cell lines (HCT-116) and hepatocellular carcinoma cell lines (HepG-2) showed that that 2-amino-4-hydroxy-6-(4-hydroxy-2-oxo-2H-chromen-3-yl)nicotinonitrile 4 exhibited good cytotoxic activity against standard Vinblastine, while the other compounds exhibited moderate cytotoxic activity. Docking simulation showed that2-amino-4-hydroxy-6-(4-hydroxy-2-oxo-2H-chromen-3-yl)nicotinonitrile 4 is an effective inhibitor of the tumor protein HCT-116. A large fluorescence enhancement in a highly acidic medium was observed, and large fluorescence quenching by the addition of traces of Cu2+ and Ni2+ was also remarked.  相似文献

The association of COVID-19 with neurological complications is a well-known fact, and researchers are endeavoring to investigate the mechanistic perspectives behind it. SARS-CoV-2 can bind to Toll-like receptor 4 (TLR-4) that would eventually lead to α-synuclein aggregation in neurons and stimulation of neurodegeneration pathways. Olive leaves have been reported as a promising phytotherapy or co-therapy against COVID-19, and oleuropein is one of the major active components of olive leaves. In the current study, oleuropein was investigated against SARS-CoV-2 target (main protease 3CLpro), TLR-4 and Prolyl Oligopeptidases (POP), to explore oleuropein potency against the neurological complications associated with COVID-19. Docking experiments, docking validation, interaction analysis, and molecular dynamic simulation analysis were performed to provide insight into the binding pattern of oleuropein with the three target proteins. Interaction analysis revealed strong bonding between oleuropein and the active site amino acid residues of the target proteins. Results were further compared with positive control lopinavir (3CLpro), resatorvid (TLR-4), and berberine (POP). Moreover, molecular dynamic simulation was performed using YASARA structure tool, and AMBER14 force field was applied to examine an 100 ns trajectory run. For each target protein-oleuropein complex, RMSD, RoG, and total potential energy were estimated, and 400 snapshots were obtained after each 250 ps. Docking analyses showed binding energy as −7.8, −8.3, and −8.5 kcal/mol for oleuropein-3CLpro, oleuropein-TLR4, and oleuropein-POP interactions, respectively. Importantly, target protein-oleuropein complexes were stable during the 100 ns simulation run. However, an experimental in vitro study of the binding of oleuropein to the purified targets would be necessary to confirm the present study outcomes.  相似文献

Matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization (MALDI) process of sialoglycoconjugates is generally accompanied by different levels of cleavage of sialic acid residues and/or by dehydration, and decarboxylation reactions. Quantitative densitometry of the mouse brain ganglioside (MBG) components separated by high-performance thin layer chromatography (HPTLC) and evidenced by orcinol staining was a basis to verify the ganglioside composition pattern with respect to the relative abundances of individual components in the mixture. A systematic mass spectrometry (MS) sialylation analysis has been carried out to evaluate the feasibility of an axial time-of-flight (a-TOF) MS, equipped with a vacuum MALDI source and an orthogonal-TOF (o-TOF) instrument with an ion source operated at about 1 mbar of N(2). Besides, the esterification by one methyl group of the carboxyl group in sialic acid to increase the stability of the ganglioside species for MALDI MS analysis has been tested and the yield of intact ganglioside species and of the neutral loss of water and carbon dioxide estimated. For the sialylation analysis of native ganglioside mixtures the MALDI o-TOF analysis with 6-azo-2-thiothymine/diammonium citrate (ATT/DAC) as a matrix appears as an optimal approach for ganglioside profiling.  相似文献

The preparation of TiO2-coated polyester fabrics for purposes of photocatalytic water purification requires coating agents with crystalline TiO2 particles preferably in the anatase modification. The resulting coatings should exhibit a high water resistance and high photocatalytic activity according to reaction with structurally different dyestuffs. For this, the synthesis of anatase sols by hydrolysis of tetraisopropyltitanate in acidic medium under reflux was optimized. By precoating or addition of polymeric epoxysilanes a good adhesion on the polyester support could be realized. The photocatalytic activity was tested with different dyestuffs as: Methylene blue, Rhodamine B and the azo dyes AcidOrange 7 and C.I. Reactive red 158. The rate of photodestruction depends strongly on the type of used dye and its structure. Surprisingly, no differences in photodegradation were found in case of investigations with Rhodamine B, if the photoreaction is performed under exposure with UV or with visible light. A possible explanation of the similar behavior of photoreaction under different light sources could be a photodestruction by electron transfer from Rhodamine B to TiO2. Therefore, Rhodamine B seems to be generally not suitable for the evaluation of the photoactivity of TiO2 under irradiation with visible light.  相似文献

One of the important requirements for spintronic devices concerns an efficient magnetization reversal, which may eventually lead to ultra-fast non-volatile magnetic memory applications. In particular, it is necessary to achieve stable sub-nanosecond switching times and to reduce magnetization “ringing”, so that the reversal will proceed along the shortest ballistic path connecting the initial and the target magnetization states. This paper is dedicated to the numerical simulations of a mono-domain ferromagnetic particle, described by the Landau–Lifshitz–Gilbert equation. We study the general case of arbitrary orientation of the applied field/current pulses, constructing dynamic diagrams for the reversal time. We have found that even short 50 ps pulses, applied at a proper angle, will induce magnetization reversal with minimal ringing effects.  相似文献
