We study the problem of restricting Schrödinger maps onto Lagrangian submanifolds. The restriction is imposed by an infinite constraining potential. We show that, in the limit, solutions of the Schrödinger map equations converge to solutions of generalized wave map equations. This result is applied to the anti-ferromagnetic systems where we prove rigorously that the dynamics is governed by wave map equations into .  相似文献

A three-dimensional triply interpenetrated mixed metal-organic framework, Zn(2)(BBA)(2)(CuPyen)·G(x) (M'MOF-20; BBA = biphenyl-4,4'-dicarboxylate; G = guest solvent molecules), of primitive cubic net was obtained through the solvothermal reaction of Zn(NO(3))(2), biphenyl-4,4'-dicarboxylic acid, and the salen precursor Cu(PyenH(2))(NO(3))(2) by a metallo-ligand approach. The triple framework interpenetration has stabilized the framework in which the activated M'MOF-20a displays type-I N(2) gas sorption behavior with a Langmuir surface area of 62 m(2) g(-1). The narrow pores of about 3.9 ? and the open metal sites on the pore surfaces within M'MOF-20a collaboratively induce its highly selective C(2)H(2)/CH(4) and CO(2)/CH(4) gas separation at ambient temperature.  相似文献

Parkinson’s disease is characterized by the loss of dopaminergic neurons in substantia nigra pars compacta (SNpc) and the resultant loss of dopamine in the striatum. Various studies have shown that oxidative stress and neuroinflammation plays a major role in PD progression. In addition, the autophagy lysosome pathway (ALP) plays an important role in the degradation of aggregated proteins, abnormal cytoplasmic organelles and proteins for intracellular homeostasis. Dysfunction of ALP results in the accumulation of α-synuclein and the loss of dopaminergic neurons in PD. Thus, modulating ALP is becoming an appealing therapeutic intervention. In our current study, we wanted to evaluate the neuroprotective potency of noscapine in a rotenone-induced PD rat model. Rats were administered rotenone injections (2.5 mg/kg, i.p.,) daily followed by noscapine (10 mg/kg, i.p.,) for four weeks. Noscapine, an iso-qinulinin alkaloid found naturally in the Papaveraceae family, has traditionally been used in the treatment of cancer, stroke and fibrosis. However, the neuroprotective potency of noscapine has not been analyzed. Our study showed that administration of noscapine decreased the upregulation of pro-inflammatory factors, oxidative stress, and α-synuclein expression with a significant increase in antioxidant enzymes. In addition, noscapine prevented rotenone-induced activation of microglia and astrocytes. These neuroprotective mechanisms resulted in a decrease in dopaminergic neuron loss in SNpc and neuronal fibers in the striatum. Further, noscapine administration enhanced the mTOR-mediated p70S6K pathway as well as inhibited apoptosis. In addition to these mechanisms, noscapine prevented a rotenone-mediated increase in lysosomal degradation, resulting in a decrease in α-synuclein aggregation. However, further studies are needed to further develop noscapine as a potential therapeutic candidate for PD treatment.  相似文献

A series of cyclopentadienyltin(III) radicals have been prepared by the reaction:
The substitution reactions of these radicals with alkyl bromides, and their addition reactions with ethylene, biacetyl, 3,6-di-t-butyl-1,2-benzoquinone, and nitrocompounds, have been studied by ESR spectroscopy. The apparent reactivity decreases as the number of Cp ligands increases, and in this, and in the ESR parameters of the Sn(IV) adducts which are formed, the Cp ligands resemble chloro groups rather than alkyl groups. This is supported by the quadrupole splitting which is observed in the Mössbauer spectra of alkylcyclopentadienyl tin compounds.In η1-Sn(IV) compounds this effect may be ascribed to carbon—metal hyperconjugation (σ—π-interaction), but as yet there is no evidence whether CpSn(III) radicals are σ(η1) or π(η2?5) bonded.  相似文献

Solid-phase extraction of trace amounts of copper from large volumes of aqueous solutions was studied. The extraction was carried out by means of an octadecyl silica cartridge modified with cupron. The effect of different parameters such as sample matrix, flowrates of sample solution and eluent, pH, breakthrough volume, and potentially interfering ions was examined. Cu2+ was extracted from solution in the pH range of 6–8.5 on a modified cartridge. Elution was accomplished using 2mL of 0.2M HNO3. Hence, with a typical preconcentration factor of 1000, a detection limit of 0.02ngmL–1 was obtained. The method was applied to the determination of copper in natural water samples.  相似文献

A carbon-paste electrode chemically modified with a Schiff-base complex of cobalt (cobalt(II)-4-chlorosalophen, CoClSal) is utilized to investigate the voltammetric response of propylthiouracil (PTU). The mechanism of electrocatalytic oxidation of the compound is investigated by means of cyclic voltammetric studies applying various pHs to the buffered solutions. The modified electrode exhibits effective catalytic properties that lower the anodic overpotential and enhance the rate of electron transfer for the electrochemical oxidation of PTU. The results of the cyclic voltammetric (CV) and differential pulse voltammetric (DPV) techniques showed that the modified electrode exhibits good selectivity for discriminating between the anodic wave of PTU and some biological thiols (e.g. cysteine) which may be present in human serum samples. DPV is used as a very sensitive electroanalytical method for the detection of trace amounts of PTU in pharmaceutical and clinical preparations. The results showed that the anodic peak current for the analyte in DPV varies linearly with the concentration of PTU in the range of 7.5 × 10−6 to 7.5 × 10−4 M (RSD for the slope of calibration curve <4%, n = 6).  相似文献
