An economical and efficient synthesis of dipyrimido-dihydropyridines and pyrimido[4,5-d]pyrimidines is described using greener and recyclable β-cyclodextrin as a supramolecular catalyst in aqueous medium. The remarkable features of this method are mild reaction conditions, short reaction times, easy workup procedure, recyclability of the catalyst, and excellent yields of the products. The highly functional group tolerance and shorter reaction times make this method suitable for the synthesis of dihydropyridine and pyrimido[4,5-d]pyrimidine derivatives with a wide substitution pattern.  相似文献

The first total synthesis was successfully achieved for biologically active 9,10-dihydrophenanthrene-1,5-diol. The key features of our synthetic approach are Perkin condensation, followed by bromination, palladium mediated intramolecular C-C bond coupling, and selective isopropyl ether cleavage. Synthesized compounds were purified and characterized by IR, 1HNMR, 13CNMR and HRMS/LC-MS.  相似文献

Medical grade propylene–ethylene (P–E) copolymer was irradiated by gamma rays. The radicals generated in the irradiated P–E copolymer were identified by using electron spin resonance (ESR) technique and the structural changes in the polymer were monitored with Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). The ESR spectra were analysed with computer simulations. The ESR studies show the formation of macro (~CH2–?H–CH2~), peroxy (POO˙), methyl and acyl (R–?=O) radicals and the asymmetric doublet, characteristic of peroxy radicals in the case of the sample irradiated at low dose (1 Mrad) and high doses (30 and 40 Mrad), respectively. The FTIR spectra of irradiated P–E copolymer indicate an increase in the concentration of peroxide groups. The absorption bands of –C=O and –OH groups were increased and the decline in the intensity of –CH3 group absorption band is reported.  相似文献

The current research work represents solvent free enzymatic synthesis of fatty acid ethyl ester; ethyl laurate. Immobilized lipase Fermase CALB?10,000 was used for the synthesis of ethyl laurate from ethanol and lauric acid. The influence of process parameters such as catalyst loading, speed of agitation, mole ratio, molecular sieves and temperature were studied. Fermase CALB?10,000 offered a conversion of 92.46 % at 60 °C in 4 h at optimized condition. The experimental data was best fitted by the Random Bi-Bi model with inhibition of both the substrates i.e. lauric acid and ethanol. The following kinetic parameters were retrieved from the model: Vmax = 1.243 × 103 mmol/min/g enzyme; KA = 0.1283 mmol; KB = 8.51 mmol; KiA = 5.098 mmol; and SSE = 0.0142. The activation energy for the enzymatic esterification was also determined and calculated to be 28.49 kJ/mol. A maximum conversion of 71 % was obtained after 5 successive reuse of Fermase CALB?10,000 lipase.  相似文献

A new palladium incorporated carbonaceous catalyst Pd@CCSO3HNH2 was synthesized by introducing palladium on glucose derived carbocatalyst. The catalyst was well characterized and was used for the Suzuki coupling of phenyl boronic acid with different aryl halides under aqueous conditions. This green methodology represents a ligand free, cost-effective and operationally convenient method for the synthesis of a variety of biaryl’s under the conditions that are tolerant for a broad range of functional groups with good to excellent yields. Moreover, the catalyst could be easily recycled and reused at least five times without any significant loss of its catalytic activity.  相似文献
