A compound formulated as (C4H12N2)[Ge2(pmida)2(OH)2] x 4 H2O (where pmida(4-) = N-(phosphonomethyl)iminodiacetate and C4H12N2(2+) = piperazinedium cation), containing the anionic [Ge2(pmida)2(OH)2]2- complex, has been synthesised by the hydrothermal approach and its structure determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. Several high-resolution solid-state magic-angle spinning (MAS) NMR techniques, in particular two-dimensional 1H-X(13C,31P) heteronuclear correlation (HETCOR) and 1H-1H homonuclear correlation (HOMCOR) experiments incorporating a frequency-switched Lee-Goldburg (FS-LG) decoupling scheme, have been employed for the first time in such a material. Using these tools in tandem affords an excellent general approach to study the structure of other inorganic-organic hybrids. We assigned the NMR resonances with the help of C...H and P...H internuclear distances obtained through systematic statistical analyses of the crystallographic data. The compound was further characterised by powder X-ray diffraction techniques, IR and Raman spectroscopy, and by elemental and thermal analyses (thermogravimetric analysis and differential scanning calorimetry).  相似文献

Collisions of the vibrationally excited OH(v = 1) molecule with atomic oxygen are investigated theoretically using a coupled-states, statistical capture (CS-ST) model. Vibrational relaxation can occur by inelastic scattering, and the vibrationally excited molecule can also be removed by reaction to form O(2) in both the ground (X (3)Sigma(g)(-)) and first excited (a (1)Delta(g)) state. In the former case, reaction occurs on the lowest potential energy surface of (2)A(") symmetry, and, in the latter case, by reaction on the lowest potential energy surface of (2)A(') symmetry. We report new ab initio potential energy surfaces for both these states in the product and reactant regions necessary for application of the coupled-states, statistical method. Comparison with exact, reactive scattering calculations within the J-shifting approximation indicate that the CS-ST rate constants for removal of OH(v = 1) can be expected to be reasonably accurate. Our calculated rate constants at 300 K agree well with the experimental results of Khachatrian and Dagdigian [Chem. Phys. Lett. 415, 1 (2005)]. Reaction to yield O(2) (X (3)Sigma(g)(-)) is the dominant removal pathway. At subthermal temperatures, the rate constants for the various vibrational quenching processes all increase down to T approximately = 60 K and then decrease at lower temperature.  相似文献

The search for a 2'-OH protecting group that would impart ribonucleoside phosphoramidites with coupling kinetics and coupling efficiencies comparable to those of deoxyribonucleoside phosphoramidites led to an assessment of 2'-O-(4-nitrogenated benzyloxy)methyl groups through solid-phase RNA synthesis using phosphoramidites 2a-d, 12a, and 14a. These phosphoramidites exhibited rapid and efficient coupling properties. Particularly noteworthy is the cleavage of the 2'-O-[4-(N-methylamino)benzyloxy]methyl groups in 0.1 M AcOH, which led to U19dT within 15 min at 90 degrees C. [reaction: see text]  相似文献

Two surface-active and one surface-inactive 18-crown-6 derivatives were synthesized and evaluated for their abilities to enhance flame atomic absorption and flame emission signals of monovalent cations. Enhancement of potassium signals were noted for the surface-active compounds but not for the surface-inactive compound. The critical micelle concentration was determined and compared to the degree of enhancement. Surfactant-induced signal enhancements are not due to the slight or moderate decrease in the size of the aerosol first produced in the nebulizing chamber. Ultrafast photolysis (lambda(ex) = 308 nm) of phenyl azide in 100% formic acid produces a broadly absorbing transient within the instrument time resolution (300 fs), which is assigned to an excited state of the azide. The azide excited state fragments within 300 fs to form singlet phenylnitrene. The decay of the nitrene (tau = 12.0 ps) produces a new species with absorption centered at 500 nm, which is assigned to phenylnitrenium ion. The lifetime of phenylnitrenium ion is 110 ps in 100% formic acid. This is the first spectroscopic observation of phenylnitrenium ion.  相似文献

The equilibrium structure and potential energy surface of calcium dichloride (CaCl2) have been determined from accurate ab initio calculations using the coupled-cluster method, CCSD(T), in conjunction with basis sets of quadruple- and quintuple-zeta quality. The CaCl2 molecule was found to be linear at equilibrium. The vibration-rotation energy levels of various CaCl2 isotopomers were predicted by the variational method. The calculated spectroscopic constants could be used to guide future high-resolution spectroscopic experiments on calcium dichloride.  相似文献
