The complex coordinate approach of theoretical atomic spectroscopy is applied to the study of resonant tunnelling in (Ga,In)As/(Al,In)As-based asymmetrical double-barrier heterostructures within applied electric field. The method yields complex eigenvalues E = E r – i/2 of the Hamiltonian matrix evaluated in a normalizable basis, where E r is the resonant energy and = / is the tunnelling lifetime. The dependence of E res on the field and barrier asymmetry is discussed.  相似文献

A model for the longitudinal structure function FL at low x and low Q2 is presented, which includes the kinematical constraint FL ~ Q4 as Q2 → 0. It is based on the photon-gluon fusion mechanism suitably extrapolated to the region of low Q2. The contribution of quarks having limited transverse momentum is treated phenomenologically assuming that it is described by the soft pomeron exchange mechanism. The ratio R = FL/(F2 ? FL), with the F2 appropriately extrapolated to the region of low Q2, is also discussed.  相似文献

Alternating deposition of Ge and Si in the step-flow growth regime using Bi acting as a surfactant can lead to a spontaneous formation of one atomic layer deep pits in the area of surface covered by Ge. During Si growth Ge atoms of the epitaxial 2D Ge layer move to Si step edges where stronger bonds with Si atoms are formed. Appropriate growth conditions can suppress or enhance the pit formation effect and consequently a new type of self-organized nanostructures can be formed.  相似文献

In our work we propose a novel method of analysis of photorefractive transport equations. The method based on a perturbative approach can be used in the case of two wave mixing and four wave mixing geometry, i.e. for the samples illuminated by interference patterns. Presented approach can be employed for a broad range of material and experimental parameters, particularly for arbitrary depth of light modulation pattern. The approximate analytical solution is compared with results of numerical calculations and a good agreement practically in every case was found. An enzymatically modified ammonium ion-selective electrode has been applied for the determination of urea in spent dialysate. The biosensor has been used in a simple flow-injection analysis (FIA) system. The system enables one to perform over 25 dialysate urea nitrogen (DUN) determinations per hour. The interferences from other components of posthemodialysis fluid were eliminated by simultaneous measurements with non-modified enzymatically ion-selective electrode. It is possible to use both the sensors in a simplified differential potentiometric system. The results of DUN determination using the biosensor/FIA system and a conventional method of urea determination were comparable. The presented analytical system can potentially find wider biomedical application in the monitoring of hemodialysis progress.  相似文献

The generalized calibration strategy (GCS), developed and previously applied to chemical analysis, has been adapted to two-component (2C) analysis. According to the 2C-GCS procedure, a set of 10 calibration solutions containing a sample and standards of two analytes in well-defined composition was diluted. The measurements performed at a given dilution stage allow the concentration of both analytes in a sample to be evaluated with six apparent concentrations calculated with various mathematical approaches. As a result, the method allows the detection, examination, and elimination of nonlinear and interference effects with multiplicative and additive characteristics. To perform 2C-GCS automatically and effectively, a dedicated flow sequential injection system was designed to be fully controlled by a computer. Caffeine and paracetamol were determined in synthetic and pharmaceutical samples using this calibration approach. The analytes were determined with good precision and accuracy with low consumption of sample and standard solutions. On the basis of this experimental model, the influence of effects and tendencies in the examined analytical system was detected and evaluated.  相似文献
